Let GG be a filtered Lie conformal algebra whose associated graded conformal algebra is isomorphic to that of general conformal algebra gc1gc_1. In this paper, we prove that G≅gc1G\cong gc_1 or gr gc1{\rm gr\,}gc_1 (the associated graded conformal algebra of gc1gc_1), by making use of some results on the second cohomology groups of the conformal algebra \fg with coefficients in its module Mb,0M_{b,0} of rank 1, where \fg=\Vir\ltimes M_{a,0} is the semi-direct sum of the Virasoro conformal algebra \Vir with its module Ma,0M_{a,0}. Furthermore, we prove that gr gc1{\rm gr\,}gc_1 does not have a nontrivial representation on a finite \C[\partial]-module, this provides an example of a finitely freely generated simple Lie conformal algebra of linear growth that cannot be embedded into the general conformal algebra gcNgc_N for any NN

Seventeen-year-old high-school girl Jessa believes, after her final year of high school, she can leave this small boring town to open up a new and bright life. She grew up in a single family with her mother who is a restaurant service manager. Jessa\u27s mother, Margit, was pregnant before she went to college. In order to raise the little Jessa, Margit gave up studying in college. The only method Jessa can pay the tuition is getting the scholarships for swimming. She thinks she can win one until she finds herself pregnant. The baby\u27s father is Ethan; Jessa met him at a party. Following, Jessa is benched by her coach because of drinking. Also, pregnancy makes her feel weak. She receives an unofficial offer from Boston University, but it requires her to keep the champion position to get full scholarship. And what\u27s worse, Margit is overly optimistic and she is planning the celebration for Jessa, which only causes a big fight between them. Now, Jessa has to make a decision, give or take

Intelligent In-Vehicle Device Based on ARM-Linux Techniques

    Get PDF
A new Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) is introduced and some ideas about instruction trigger position (ITP) are presented. The design of terminal devices based on an embedded ARM-Linux system in vehicles is presented in detail, including the design and development of both hardware and software

Effects of Initial Density Fluctuations on Cumulants in Au + Au Collisions at sNN\sqrt{s_{NN}} = 7.7 GeV

Within the ultrarelativistic quantum molecular dynamics (UrQMD) model, the effect of initial density fluctuations on cumulants of the net-proton multiplicity distribution in Au + Au Collisions at sNN\sqrt{s_{NN}} = 7.7 GeV was investigated by varying the minimum distance dmind_{\rm min} between two nucleons in the initialization. It was found that the initial density fluctuations increased with the decrease of dmind_{\rm min} from 1.6 fm to 1.0 fm, and the influence of dmind_{\rm min} on the magnitude of the net-proton number fluctuation in a narrow pseudorapidity window (Δη≤\Delta \eta \leq 4) was negligible even if it indeed affected the density evolution during the collision. At a broad pseudorapidity window (Δη≥\Delta \eta \geq 4), the cumulant ratios were enlarged when the initial density fluctuations were increased with the smaller value of dmind_{\rm min}, and this enhancement was comparable to that observed in the presence of the nuclear mean-field potential. Moreover, the enhanced cumulants were more evident in collisions with a larger impact parameter. The present work demonstrates that the fingerprint of the initial density fluctuations on the cumulants in a broad pseudorapidity window is clearly visible, while it is not obvious as the pseudorapidity window becomes narrow

LZ-101, a novel derivative of danofloxacin, induces mitochondrial apoptosis by stabilizing FOXO3a via blocking autophagy flux in NSCLC cells

Non-small-cell lung carcinoma (NSCLC) continues to be a vital disease worldwide for its high incidence and consequent mortality rate. In this study, we investigated the anti-cancer effect of LZ-101, a new derivative of danofloxacin, against non-small-cell lung cancer and the underlying mechanisms. In vitro, LZ-101 inhibited the viability of human non-small cell lung cancer cell lines. We demonstrated that LZ-101 induced mitochondrial-mediated apoptosis by increasing Bax/Bcl-2 ratio, loss of mitochondrial membrane potential (ΔΨm), release of cytochrome c (Cyt c) and apoptosis-inducing factor (AIF) in A549 cells. Further research illuminated that LZ-101 induced apoptosis was related to the activation of FOXO3a/Bim pathway. Moreover, we found that LZ-101 increased the stability of FOXO3a by blocking autophagy-dependent FOXO3a degradation. However, inhibition of autophagosome formation abolished FOXO3a stabilization and apoptosis induced by LZ-101. In vivo, LZ-101 exerted a remarkable anti-tumor activity with high safety in xenograft model inoculated A549 tumor through the same mechanism as in our in vitro study. In conclusion, our findings indicated that LZ-101 induces mitochondrial apoptosis and stabilizes FOXO3a by blocking autophagy flux
