In a country like Jordan, where technology acceptance and implementation are booming, eLearning acceptance has helped to cope with the current global healthcare crisis (Covid-19). This research examines the primary factors behind eLearning acceptance among Jordanian students. Employing an experimental approach and selecting a sample of n=332 respondents, using Structural Equation Modelling to assess the proposed conceptual framework, our findings indicated that perceived ease-of-use and usefulness were the primary determinants of shaping positive behavioral intentions towards eLearning acceptance. We found a strong significant mediating role of online videos to accept eLearning during the Covid- 19 outbreak and concluded that along with the primary factors of technology and behavioral intention, online videos play a strong role in accelerating eLearning acceptance

The study aimed at identifying the relationship between the most effective digital media in managing the Corona crisis in Jordan; and the contribution of digital media in managing the (Covid 19) crisis. To achieve the aims of the study, the researcher adopted the quantitative survey method using an electronic questionnaire designed to collect data. It was distributed to an intentional sample of 50 employees (males and females) from the communication and media staff in the Jordanian government institutions. The study concluded that the most effective digital communication technologies in managing the Corona crisis were press conferences (media briefings), press coverage through digital platforms, electronic news, video reports and community initiatives through social media platforms. The results also showed that digital media contributed to managing the Corona crisis in Jordan by relying on effective and organized digital crisis communication, which helped to coordinate efforts with the relevant health and security authorities in the country about the disease developments and the decisions related, besides the immediate responses to inquiries and questions of reviewers and callers about preventive health procedures and measures of safety from the Corona virus. In light of these results, the study recommended that media briefings in crises through digital media should be adopted due to their effectiveness in managing health crises facing countries, as one of the most effective methods of digital communication technologies

The objective of inclusive education is to increase the quality of social and psychological integration in society of students with disabilities in the learning process. This study aimed to identify the social and psychological effects of inclusive education of students with hearing disabilities at Sharjah University’s Disability Resource Centre. The study adopted a descriptive analytical approach with a purposive sample comprising 24 students with hearing impairment. An electronic questionnaire comprising 25 psychological and social statements and nine open-ended questions was administered to collect quantitative and qualitative data. The results revealed positive correlation coefficients between inclusive education and both psychological adjustment and social interaction and negative relationships between gender and age and both social interaction and psychological adaptation variables (for age ρ = 0.091 and ρ = 0.262 and for gender ρ = 0.47 and ρ = 0.076, respectively). A statistically significant difference of less than 0.05 was found in favour of those who agreed that inclusion affects psychological adaptation. A statistically significant difference of less than 0.05 was found in favour of students who agreed that inclusion affects social interaction. The research results can be used in the practice of inclusive education to determine ways to improve the social and psychological adaptation of students with hearing impairments

The study conducted aims to form a conceptual model to calculate the pupils’ acceptance of social media in education and its factors. The study is carried out by extending the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) using social influence factors. Alongside this, the collected data is evaluated through Machine learning approaches and the partial least squares-structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM). A total of 350 students enrolled at highly regarded universities in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) filled out questionnaire surveys, then analyzed, and results are stated. This research suggests that students’ intention to adopt social media networks in learning is significant social influence, perceived usefulness, and ease of use
