On statistical approximation properties of -Baskakov-Szasz-Stancu operators
In the present paper, we consider Stancu type generalization of
Baskakov-Sz\'{a}sz operators based on the q-integers and obtain statistical and
weighted statistical approximation properties of these operators. Rates of
statistical convergence by means of the modulus of continuity and the Lipschitz
type maximal function are also established for operators.Comment: 12. arXiv admin note: text overlap with arXiv:1508.0529
-Statistical Convergence of Modified -Durrmeyer Operators
In this work, we investigate weighted -Statistical
approximation properties of -Durrmeyer-Stancu operators. Also, give some
corrections in limit of -Durrmeyer-Stancu operators defined in
\cite{mishra2013short} and discuss their convergence properties.Comment: 11 page
Error Bounds of Conjugate of a Periodic Signal by Almost Generalized N\"orlund Means
In this paper, we determine the error bounds of conjugate signals between
input periodic signals and processed output signals, whenever signals belong to
-class and as a processor we have taken almost
generalized N\"orlund means using head bounded variation sequences and rest
bounded variation sequences. The results obtained in this paper further extend
several known results on linear operators.Comment: 9 page
On Simultaneous Approximation of Modified Baskakov Durrmeyer Operators
In this present manuscript, we discuss properties of modified
Baskakov-Durrmeyer-Stancu (BDS) operators with parameter . We compute
the moments of these modified operators. Also, establish point-wise
convergence, Voronovskaja type asymptotic formula and an error estimation in
terms of second order modification of continuity of the function for the
operators .Comment: 14 pages, International Journal of Analysis,201
On Chlodowsky variant of (p,q) Kantorovich-Stancu-Schurer operators
In the present paper, we introduce the Chlodowsky variant of (p,q)
Kantorovich-Stancu-Schurer operators on the unbounded domain which is a
generalization of (p,q) Bernstein-Stancu-Kantorovich operators. We have also
derived its Korovkin type approximation properties and its rate of convergence.Comment: arXiv admin note: substantial text overlap with arXiv:1508.0688
On Generalized Sz\'{a}sz-Mirakyan operators
In the present article, we propose the generalization of Sz\'{a}sz-Mirakyan
operators, which is a class of linear positive operators of discrete type
depending on a real parameters. We give theorem of degree of approximation, the
Voronovskaya Asymptotic formula and statistical convergence
On approximation properties of Baskakov-Schurer-Szasz operators
In this paper, we are dealing with a new type of Baskakov-Schurer-Szasz
operators (\ref{eq1}). Approximation properties of this operators are explored:
the rate of convergence in terms of the usual moduli of smoothness is given,
the convergence in certain weighted spaces is investigated. We study
-analogues of Baskakov-Schurer-Sz\'{a}sz operators and it's Stancu
generalization. In the last section, we give better error estimations for the
operators (\ref{eq2}) using King type approach and obtained weighted
statistical approximation properties for operator (\ref{qb})Comment: 1
On King Type Modification of Baskakov Operators which preserves
In the present paper, we construct and investigate a variant of modified
-Baskakov operators, which reproduce the test function . The order
of approximation of the operators via K-functional and second order, usual
modulus of continuity, weighted approximation properties are disscussed. In the
end some graphical results, comparison with -Baskakov operators is
explained.Comment: 8 pages, 1 figur
Local and global results for modified Sz\'{a}sz - Mirakjan operators
In this paper, we study a natural modification of Sz\'{a}sz - Mirakjan
operators. It is shown by discussing many important established results for
Sz\'{a}sz - Mirakjan operators. The results do hold for this modification as
well, be they local in nature or global, be they qualitative or quantitative.
It is also shown that this generalization is meaningful by means of examples
and graphical representations.Comment: 20 pages, 13 graph
Study of sensitivity of parameters of Bernstein-Stancu operators
This paper is aimed at studying sensitivity of parameters \alpha and \beta
appearing in the operators introduced by D.D. Stancu [11] in 1969. Results are
established on the behavior the nodes used in Bernstein-Stancu polynomials and
the nodes used in Bernstein polynomials and graphical presentations of them are
generated. Alternate proof of uniform convergence of Bernstein-Stancu operators
and an upper bound estimation are derived. It is also established that the
parameters \alpha and \beta in Bernstein-Stancu polynomials can be used to get
better approximation at a point x = (\alpha)/(\beta) in [0,1] to the Bernstein
polynomials
