Grado de satisfacción de los estudiantes de estomatología de la Universidad Privada Antenor Orrego sobre la educación virtual. Trujillo, 2020

El propósito de este estudio fue determinar el grado de satisfacción de los estudiantes de estomatología de la Universidad Privada Antenor Orrego sobre la educación virtual. Trujillo, 2020. MATERIALES Y MÉTODOS: La investigación fue descriptiva observacional, de corte transversal, la cual tuvo como instrumento un cuestionario virtual de 19 preguntas, y se aplicó a un total de 139 estudiantes de estomatología de la Universidad Privada Antenor Orrego, el muestreo fue de tipo no probabilístico. RESULTADOS: El 50.6% de los estudiantes identificaron su grado de satisfacción como bueno. Según sexo, el 51.8% de mujeres y el 47.7% de hombres calificaron su grado de satisfacción como bueno. Según el ciclo de estudios, el 63.6% del segundo ciclo encontró su grado de satisfacción como muy bueno, el 40% del sétimo ciclo lo clasificó como regular y otro 40% como muy bueno, en el octavo ciclo el 38.5% de los estudiantes obtuvo un grado de satisfacción regular, mientras que otro 38.5% lo obtuvo como bueno. En los estudiantes de los ciclos restantes se determinó un grado de satisfacción como bueno en un porcentaje mayor o igual a 50%. CONCLUSIÓN: El grado de satisfacción de los estudiantes de Estomatología de la Universidad Privada Antenor Orrego sobre las clases virtuales fue bueno. MATERIALS AND METHODS: A descriptive, observational, cross-sectional investigation was carried out, which had as an instrument a virtual questionnaire of 19 questions, and was applied to a total of 139 dentistry students from the Antenor Orrego Private University, the sampling was non-probabilistic. RESULTS: 50.6% of the students identified their degree of satisfaction as good. By sex, 51.8% of women and 47.7% of men rated their level of satisfaction as good. According to the study cycle, 63.6% of the second cycle found their degree of satisfaction as very good, 40% of the seventh cycle classified it as fair and another 40% as very good, in the eighth cycle 38.5% of the students obtained a degree of regular satisfaction, while another 38.5% obtained it as good. In the students of the remaining cycles, a degree of satisfaction was determined as good in a percentage greater than or equal to 50%. CONCLUSION: The level of satisfaction of the Dentistry students of the Antenor Orrego Private University in front of the virtual classes was good. No direct relationship was found between the sex of the students and their level of satisfaction with virtual classes. We did not find a direct relationship between student satisfaction with virtual learning and their study cycle.Tesi

Constitutional actions: reflections on their progress and challenges

El libro es el resultado de un esfuerzo académico derivado de las investigaciones llevadas a cabo al interior de la línea de investigación sobre mecanismos de protección de los derechos humanos de la Facultad de Jurisprudencia de la Universidad del Rosario, en asocio con la Fundación Hanns Seidel. Esta obra presenta una reflexión sobre los avances y retos que tienen las acciones constitucionales en nuestro país y busca destacar su importancia en el ordenamiento colombiano, como herramientas para el ciudadano en la defensa de sus derechos, del interés público y de los derechos humanos. Así mismo, también se busca comprenderlas como mecanismos de participación ciudadana al ser herramientas que el Constituyente creó para controlar las actuaciones del Estado y, por último, revisar los avances y los vacíos o aspectos que se deben mejorar en su aplicación. Esperamos que este libro sea de interés y utilidad para quienes, en estos casi treinta años de existencia de las acciones, han puesto su mirada en la importancia de estas, lo que representan en términos de progresividad del ordenamiento en cuanto a la garantía de derechos y para quienes quieren adentrarse en el análisis de estos mecanismos de defensa de derechos, que cada día son más relevantes en términos de participación ciudadana y ejercicio de derechos políticos del ciudadano en el marco de un Estado social de derecho.The book is the result of an academic effort derived from a research carried out in the line of research on human rights protection mechanisms at the Faculty of Jurisprudence of the Universidad del Rosario, in association with the Hanns Seidel Foundation. This work presents a reflection on the progress and challenges of constitutional actions in our country and aims to highlight their importance in Colombian laws, as tools for citizens to defend their rights, public interest, and human rights. Likewise, it seeks to understand them as mechanisms of citizen participation since they are tools created by the Constituent to control State actions; and, finally, to review the progress and gaps or aspects that should be improved in their application. We hope that this book is of interest and utility to those who, during almost thirty years of their existence, have paid attention to the importance of these actions and what they represent in terms of the progressiveness of laws as a guarantee of rights, as well as to those who want to learn in more depth about these rights protection mechanisms, which are becoming more relevant every day in terms of citizen participation and the exercise of citizens’ political rights within the framework of a social state of law
