What this paper seeks to do is to precisely define one of the major terms used in the field—perceptual feedback. Perceptual feedback is a term that is used regularly by Fund for Shared Insight, along with other organizations, but it has not been clearly defined until now. In particular, in this paper, we address: * What perceptual feedback is, and how it differs from feedback generally * The various types of perspectives that comprise perceptual feedback and how they can be effectively solicited * How the collection of perceptual feedback can support organizational learning
