Moral Gratitude to Ancestors in Worshiping Beliefs of Hung Vuong
Through the ritual of worshiping Hung Vuong, the Vietnamese send their gratitude to their ancestors. This ethic was formed and developed during the history of building and defending the country of the Vietnamese people, becoming the ethics and way of life of the Vietnamese people. The ethic of gratitude to ancestors in Hung Vuong worship belief shows morality with ancestors, it is the link between people in the national community. Neutron Yield from (γ, n) and (γ, 2n) Reactions following 100 MeV Bremsstrahlung in a Tungsten Target

Design of a fast cassette autoclaves for medical devices
Ensuring patient safety in healthcare necessitates the sterilization of medical devices. However, traditional autoclaves are impractical for certain medical settings due to their size, bulkiness, and time-consuming nature. To address this, a compact and portable alternative called a cassette autoclave was developed. This paper presents the design and manufacturing process of a high-speed cassette autoclave for medical devices. The autoclave features small dimensions, lightweight construction, and user-friendly operation. It achieves remarkable speed, sterilizing devices in approximately 3.5 minutes. Made of durable stainless steel, it includes a digital control panel for seamless management. Extensive testing and validation ensure compliance with sterilization standards. The results highlight the autoclave's effectiveness and safety, making a significant contribution to medical device sterilization
The Study of Isomeric Ratios in Photonuclear Reactions Forming High Spin Isomers in the Giant Dipole Resonance Region
We studied the isomeric ratios in odd-odd nuclei Au,Ta and Ir with high spin isomeric states produced in Au Au, W Ta and PtIr reactions by using the activation technique and -ray spectroscopic method in the giant dipole resonance (GDR) region. The high-purity natural Au, W and Pt foils in disc shape were irradiated with bremsstrahlungs generated from an electron accelerator Microtron. The irradiated foils were measured by the high resolution -ray spectroscopic system which consists of a Ge(HP) detector and a multichannel analyzer. In order to improve the accuracy of the experimental results, necessary corrections were made in the -ray activity measurements and data analysis. The results were analyzed, discussed and compared with those of other authors as well as with theoretical model calculations. The study shows that the isomeric ratios in nuclei with high spin isomeric states are much lower than that in low spin isomeric state isomers
TextANIMAR: Text-based 3D Animal Fine-Grained Retrieval
3D object retrieval is an important yet challenging task, which has drawn
more and more attention in recent years. While existing approaches have made
strides in addressing this issue, they are often limited to restricted settings
such as image and sketch queries, which are often unfriendly interactions for
common users. In order to overcome these limitations, this paper presents a
novel SHREC challenge track focusing on text-based fine-grained retrieval of 3D
animal models. Unlike previous SHREC challenge tracks, the proposed task is
considerably more challenging, requiring participants to develop innovative
approaches to tackle the problem of text-based retrieval. Despite the increased
difficulty, we believe that this task has the potential to drive useful
applications in practice and facilitate more intuitive interactions with 3D
objects. Five groups participated in our competition, submitting a total of 114
runs. While the results obtained in our competition are satisfactory, we note
that the challenges presented by this task are far from being fully solved. As
such, we provide insights into potential areas for future research and
improvements. We believe that we can help push the boundaries of 3D object
retrieval and facilitate more user-friendly interactions via vision-language

Study of the Isomeric Ratio of 135m,g 54Xe in Photofission 23793Np in Giant Dipole Resonance Region
In this work we present the results of measurement of the isomeric ratio of fission fragment e in photofission of 237Np induced by bremsstrahlung in the Giant Dipole Resonance Region by the method using the inert gaseous flow. The experiments have been performed at the electron accelerator Microtron MT-25 of the Flerov laboratory of Nuclear Reaction, Joint Institute for Nuclear Research, Dubna, Russia. The results were discussed and compared with that of other authors
Acceptance and user experiences of a wearable device for the management of hospitalized patients in COVID-19–designated wards in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam: action learning project
Background: Wearable devices have been used extensively both inside and outside of the hospital setting. During the COVID-19 pandemic, in some contexts, there was an increased need to remotely monitor pulse and saturated oxygen for patients due to the lack of staff and bedside monitors.
Objective: A prototype of a remote monitoring system using wearable pulse oximeter devices was implemented at the Hospital for Tropical Diseases in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, from August to December 2021. The aim of this work was to support the ongoing implementation of the remote monitoring system.
Methods: We used an action learning approach with rapid pragmatic methods, including informal discussions and observations as well as a feedback survey form designed based on the technology acceptance model to assess the use and acceptability of the system. Based on these results, we facilitated a meeting using user-centered design principles to explore user needs and ideas about its development in more detail.
Results: In total, 21 users filled in the feedback form. The mean technology acceptance model scores ranged from 3.5 (for perceived ease of use) to 4.4 (for attitude) with behavioral intention (3.8) and perceived usefulness (4.2) scoring in between. Those working as nurses scored higher on perceived usefulness, attitude, and behavioral intention than did physicians. Based on informal discussions, we realized there was a mismatch between how we (ie, the research team) and the ward teams perceived the use and wider purpose of the technology.
Conclusions: Designing and implementing the devices to be more nurse-centric from their introduction could have helped to increase their efficiency and use during the complex pandemic period
Wearable devices for remote monitoring of hospitalized patients with COVID-19 in Vietnam
Patients with severe COVID-19 disease require monitoring with pulse oximetry as a minimal requirement. In many low- and middle- income countries, this has been challenging due to lack of staff and equipment. Wearable pulse oximeters potentially offer an attractive means to address this need, due to their low cost, battery operability and capacity for remote monitoring. Between July and October 2021, Ho Chi Minh City experienced its first major wave of SARS-CoV-2 infection, leading to an unprecedented demand for monitoring in hospitalized patients. We assess the feasibility of a continuous remote monitoring system for patients with COVID-19 under these circumstances as we implemented 2 different systems using wearable pulse oximeter devices in a stepwise manner across 4 departments
