ETUDE CONTROLEE DE L'ACTION DE L'ANETHOLTRITHIONE (SULFARLEM) SUR LES ASIALIES ET LES HYPOSIALIES PROVOQUEES PAR LES MEDICAMENTS PSYCHOTROPES

In a double blind procedure, 30 patients under neuroleptics and 30 patients under antidepressants received either anetholetrithione or a placebo. Dryness of the mouth was quantified on a 5 points scale according to the patient's interview and the clinical observation. Anetholetrithione significantly improved 75% of patients, neuroleptic cases and antidepressant cases equally.
