Development of legal mind in the era of high uncertainty: The approach of systematic connection of social studies between elementary school and junior high school

This study aims to enable students to consider the significance and role of legal education in social life and problems concerning intellectual property right (trademark right), relating them to consumers' rights and duty, and company's social responsibility through lesson practice in elementary and junior high school, and acquire the basic way of thinking such as procedural justice. This experience is considered valuable from the perspective of legal literacy. As the achievement of this study is that considering the actual cases enabled the students to organize their own opinions by comprehending the facts, compare their own opinion with the others and understand the importance of creating a more desirable civil society

本研究を実践することで，他者の異なる意見に耳を傾け，具体的な根拠を挙げて議論できるようになり，同時に自由や平等，公正といった基本的価値に留意しつつ，関連する法制度や具体的な問題を理解・評価できるようになると考える。本研究は，小中それぞれの授業実践を通して，社会生活の中で生じる様々な考え方の違いをどのように調整することで，よりよい社会を形成することができるのか，事実に基づき，憲法や法律も参考にしつつ，効率・公正の視点から考えさせるものである。この経験は，グローバル社会の中でも希望を持って生き抜くことのできる国際的な資質を育成する上で求められるリーガルリテラシーの視点から見ても，意義あることだと考える。成果としては，具体的な事象を通して考えることで，事実をつかみ，他の意見も考慮に入れながら思考・判断することで，自分の考えを構築し，より望ましい市民社会を形成していくことの重要性を理解することができた。今後は，実践の更なる積み重ねを通じて，児童・生徒がより効果的にリーガルマインドを育てることのできるカリキュラム開発を行っていきたい。Through this research, we can listen to different opinion of others and discuss them with specific grounds to discuss basic values such as freedom, equality, fairness and related legal systems and specific problems it will be able to understand and evaluate. The qualitative difference and its factor in the social studies teaching plans designed by pre-service teachers : Implications for improving of the abilities of the social studies teacher

The aim of this paper is to clarify the factor of qualitative differences in the social studies teaching plans designed by the pre-service teachers. In this study, we investigated by the two following ways. First, we required student to design the teaching plan as assignment of "Teaching Social Studies" class, and compared the plans. Second, we conducted the interview for them to hear the background of their plans. As a result, the factors of the differentia among them are as follows. (1) It depends on whether they had experienced the high-quality Social Studies class from their elementary to high school. (2) It depends on whether they have the will to examine and apply the newly-acquired theories thought in the university critically. These results suggest that to encourage the student to reflect on their own perceptions on the meanings of learning/teaching Social Studies is significant for the pre-service teacher

Study of developing a teaching program for a voter education from an elementary school to a high school Based on developing a tentative lesson plan of an elementary social studies in order to teach about vote

　本研究は，市民社会に寄与し得る有権者の育成を目指し，児童・生徒の発達段階に応じた有権者教育のあり方 を追究して，小学校から高等学校までの12 年間を一貫する原理にもとづいた有権者教育プログラム開発のため の原理と方法を解明しようとするものである。そのために，第一に，子どもたちの政治に対する認識調査を行い， 子どもたちが政治的な概念についてどのような認識を持っており，それを教育によってどの程度まで変容させる ことができるかを明らかにした。そして，第二に，その調査の結果と従来の政治教育研究の成果をふまえて，有 権者教育のための小中高一貫カリキュラム・フレームワークを提示した。それに基づいて，第三に，具体的な単 元開発を行った。単元は，「選挙」，「議会」，「税金」という政治学の基本的概念をテーマとして取り上げて開発 したが，本稿では「選挙」概念をテーマとして開発した小学校社会科の単元を紹介する

Study on effective instruction method for student teaching (I) : Analysis of the trips in when the student teacher make a teaching plan

広島大学附属福山中・高等学校において実施されている教育実習をより充実させるために，教育実習指導Ｂと中高実習Ⅰ・Ⅱの効果的な指導方法を，３か年にわたり研究していく。この研究を行うことで，今まで指導教員の経験と直感に頼っていた実習生の取組課題に系統性を与えるとともに，指導教員の評価や助言も効果的なものにできると考える。１年次は，教育実習指導Ｂを受講した実習生が指導案作成のどの場面でつまづいているのかを調査するため，実習生へのアンケートをおこない，実習生が作成した指導案を分析した。その結果，多くの実習生が，教材研究の段階でつまづいていることが，明らかになった。また，実習Ｂの指導により，教材研究の段階から授業構成の段階へと，つまづき場面が変化していることも分かった。こうしたつまづきを克服するための，効果的な指導・助言といった手立ての研究をおこない体系化することが，今後の課題である。It lasts for three years and studies an effective instruction method of student teaching instruction B and training I, II to expand student teaching carried out in a high school in Fukuyama attached to Hiroshima University more.
