Influence of microrays on the fibrinolytic activities of streptokinase and streptodornase

The results of our study may briefly be summarized as follows: 1) The irradiation with microrays (20&#8764;30 watts) similar as 2,000 R and 5,000 R Gamma radiation did not substantially affect the activity of fibrinolysin (SK+SD). 2) By the irradiation method so far mentioned it has been demonstrated that the fibrinolytic activity of anticoagulant of the SK+SD preparation is preserved in all the clotting systems which we used. 3) Our findings indicate that it is possible to irradiate patients for therapeutical purpose with Radarmed (electromagneticrays) provided that there is produced some enhancing influence of the same blood clotting factors or systems. Together with earlier works in this field it appears that this method of the microirradiation could provide us with an important evidence on which we can base our further in vitro and in vivo radiohematologic studies; investigations with various preparations, types of radiation that are still underway9&#8764;16.</p

Eine neue gerinnungsphysiologische methode : die thrombelastographie

Der Verfasser macht die HARTERT sche Thrombelastographie bekannt; das Verfahren ist noch nicht in Ungarn und vielen anderen Laendern im Gebrauch. Auf Grunde seine Untersuchungen geht er auf die detaillierte Auswertung des Thrombelastograme ein und referiert ueber die Anwendung und Brauchbarkeit der Thrombelastographes und gibt im Tabelle 1. den Angaben verschiedenen Patienten bekannt.</p

L'auteur donne la description de ses instruments le myotonometre et le myographe servant a mesurer dans des conditions physiologiques sur la base du changement de volume des muscle la capacite de fonctionnement des muscles stries de l'homme et l'animal ainsi qu'a constater l'etat du systeme nerveux des capillaires ou les douleurs abdominales. Le myotonometre enregistre egalsment le tonus (la consistance du tonus).</p

Klinisch-experimentelle Untersuchungen fiber die Wirkung von Triparanol (TP) bei Arteriosklerose

Es wurde ein Triparanol-Präparat bei Arteriosklerose an 34 Patienten ambulant untersucht. Der Autor hat beim grö&#946;ten Teil seiner Falle eine wesentliche objektive und subjektive auch registrierdare Besserung beobaehtet. Der Blutcholesterin und der Blutdruek sind nicht nur bei den erfolgreiehen Fällen, sondern auch bei den wenigen Patienten, die Triparanol nicht vertragen konnten, gesunken, Oszillometrische, angiomyologisehe Werte und Hauftemperatur sind besser geworden. Schwinde1, Grübeln, Unsicherheit, stenokardische Beschwerden, schwermütige Gedanken, Benommenheit u. a. Symptome haden sich nur selten und nur in kleinem Ma&#946;e gezeigt.</p

Der Zusammenhang zwischen akuten Nierenlaesionen und aplastischen Anamien

Der Autor berichtet uber verschiedene Beobachtungen, nach welche ein akutes Nierenversagen in der Aetiologie der aplastischen Anamie auch eine Rolle spielen kann.</p

Der Autor berichtet &#252;ber seine Erfahrungen durch Beeinflussung der peripheren Zirkulation und NervenzusHinde mit Heacrin (HAH) bei der Behandlung der Facialis-L&#228;hmungen verschiedener Aetiologie und &#252;ber die diagnostische M&#246;glichkeit, die mit dem von ihm entwickelten Myotonometer, Angio-Myograph, sowie mit Elektro-Hautthermometer. Mit seiner Oxygen-Insuffiziens-Theorie '(0. I. T.) und Behandlungsmethode der generellen Therapie durch Oxygenversorgung der peripheren Zirkulation (G.T.O.P.C.) hat der Autor die Erfolge erkHirt.</p

The authors give an account of the important developments in blood coagulation knowledge from the times of Malpighi and Moravitz to data. The article is followed by original tables providing a general and comprehensive view on blood coagulation, hemorrhagic syndromes and fibrinolysis.</p

Die registrierung der krankhaften bauchhohlen und anderen prozesse und der bauchschmerzempfindlichkeit mit szirmalschen myotonometer

Der Verfasser schildert auf Grund eigener Untersuchungen, bzw. Erfahrungen die Verwertungsmoglichkeit seines Myotonometer genannten Apparates fur die Registrierung von Krankheitsprozessen der Bauchregionen und der Schmerzempfindung.</p

Examination and control of phlebothrombosis, thrombophlebitis and thromboembolic conditions with Szirmai's angio-myograph and their treatment with "HAH"

Summing up the above problems we may group them as follows: 1) Szirmai's angio-myograph and myotonometer furnish us with means to evaluate the author's successful method or medical treatment in thrombophlebitic, postthromboembolic (ulcer, etc···) states on the basis of the blood circulation through the muscles, clearly registered by the angio-myograph. 2) Szirmai's medical preparation &#34;HAH&#34; serves as a quick and effective cure for thrombophlebitis. Results are very often reached within a few days. The patient's health is restored so as to make him able to work. 3) The above preparation assures full success in the cure of thrombotic esp. thromboembolic states of the lower limbs-cases of ulcus cruris includedwhich up to now could not be favourably influenced by any other method of treatment. Description of varieties of above problems and other types of cases of peripheral circulation (Endangitis, etc.) and their relationships with the subject will be given in additional papers. The author reports on registering and controlling thrombophlebitis, postthromboembolic states, including ulcus cruris, origin~ting either in above morbid conditions or in independent causes by means of the angio-myograph and myotonometer devised by the author. The reader is made familiar with the author's (Szirmai's) preparation &#34;HAH&#34; (Heacrin) and with the results achieved by applying it for the cure of acute thrombophlebitis and thrombotic states. Results are often showing up remarkably soon (2 to 6 days).</p
