PEMBINAAN PENDIDIKAN DAN PEMBELAJARAN DALAM MENINGKATKAN PENGETAHUAN AGAMA BAGI SANTRI PADA DAYAH DARUL ULUM TANOH MIRAH: (Implementasi Qanun Nomor 5 Tahun 2008 Tentang Penyelenggaraan Pendidikan)

The formulation of the problem in this research is how the coaching education and any supporting factors and obstacles to the development of education and learning to improve the religious knowledge for students at Darul Ulum Islamic boarding school Tanoh Mirah Bireuen. This study uses qualitative methods, data collection through interviews, documentation and observation. Mechanical examination of the validity of data using four criteria. The research found that coaching education and learning in Darul Ulum Islamic boarding school environment Tanoh Mirah is done in the classroom and coaching outside of formal learning. Pattern formation is done during the learning process is handled by teaching part, the head of the education unit, and the entire teaching staff. Sesi penyadaran Kekerasan Berbasis Gender (Raising Awarenes Session on Gender Based Violence)

AbstrakUmumnya pengungsi tidak memahami dan menyadari tentang kekerasan berbasis gender, dimana perempuan dan anak dianggap sebagai objek didasarkan kurangnya atau salah memahami hukum agama, hukum positif, dan budaya, sehingga dianggap perempuan dan anak harus menerima kondisi diperlakukan dengan cara apapun oleh suami, orangtua, keluarga, bahkan masyarakat. bahkan banyak dari laki-laki yang yang berkonflik dan melakukan kekerasan terhadap istri dan anak dalam situasi dan kondisi yang seharusnya memberikan perlindungan serta pemenuhan hak perempuan dan anak. Perempuan mengambil sikap dan pilihan untuk memilih diam demi menghindari kondisi yang semakin tidak harmonis, namun tanpa disadari justru situasi tersebut mengakibatkan perempuan dan anak berada dalam situasi rentan terhadap tindak pidana kekerasan berbasis gender yang berkelanjutan. Oleh karena itu, dipandang perlu untuk dilakukan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat di Akomodasi International Organization for Migration (IOM), dengan judul “Sesi penyadaran Kekerasan Berbasis Gender (Raising Awarenes Session on Gender Based Violence)”. Tujuan kegiatan adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat pemahaman pengungsi tentang Kekerasan berbasis gender yang dilakukan suami, orangtua, keluarga, dan masyarakat, baik diruang privat atau ruang publik, menumbuhkan kesadaran dari pengungsi International Organization for Migration (IOM), bahwa Negara Republik Indonesia telah mengatur ketentuan tentang penghapusan pekerasan berbasis gender, khususnya terhadap perempuan dan anak sebagai pengungsi yang harus ditaati, serta untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan, pemahaman, dan kesadaran pengungsi supaya suami, orangtua, keluarga, dan masyarakat mencegah terjadinya kekerasan berbasis gender, terutama terhadap perempuan dan anak, serta memiliki tanggungjawab bersama dalam menciptakan ruang aman (privat dan publik) yang perspektif gender demi terpenuhinya hak asasi manusia, termasuk perempuan dan anak. Kata Kunci : Penyadaran, Kekerasan, Gender. AbstractGenerally refugees do not understand and are aware of gender-based violence, where women and children are considered as objects based on a lack of or misunderstanding of religious laws, positive laws, and culture, so that women and children are considered to have to accept the condition of being treated in any way by their husbands, parents, family. , even society. As one of the livelihoods of the Indonesian people, the sea has many benefits, such as fish, marine plant cultivation, and others. Most Indonesian live in the coastal area and work as fishermen. Its existence and role are very important in coastal development, especially fisheries. This study aims to investigate logic tree analysis to solve defects in traditional shipbuilding. It is envisaged that such implementation shall improve the quality of ships produced. Traditional ships are currently experiencing a significant demand proportionally to the increase in the number of fishermen utilizing traditional ships. However, shipbuilders experienced many obstacles during the manufacturing process. Therefore, the quality of the ships produced was different from the ship owners' standards or demands. For solving this problem, initial identification processes should be conducted to determine any potential defects that may affect the quality of the ships. Defects that pose a high risk to the quality of the ship were resolved using a logic tree analysis to obtain recommendations for improvements. The result shows that four risks of damage have been identified that affect the quality of the traditional ships produced: the selection of the quality of raw materials, imperfect wooden joints, easily corroded steel bolts, and poor installation of additional equipment
