A New Approach for Solving Assignment Problem by using Divided Star Graph – DSG Method
In this paper introduced solving Assignment problem in another way by using divided star graph directly with algorithm and solution steps. The edges are represented the cost of assigning person to task after divided method, the nodes are represented the tasks and persons after divided method. The solution will be by choosing the minimum cost (edge) from the costs (edges) and delete the selected edge as well as nodes associated with the corresponding edge, then delete all other edges associated with the nodes
Alterations in tumour suppressor gene p53 in human gliomas from Indian patients
Alterations in the tumour suppressor p53 gene are among the most common defects seen in a variety of human cancers. In order to study the significance of the p53 gene in the genesis and development of human glioma from Indian patients, we checked 44 untreated primary gliomas for mutations in exons 5-9 of the p53 gene by PCR-SSCP and DNA sequencing. Sequencing analysis revealed six missense mutations. The incidence of p53 mutations was 13.6% (6 of 44). All the six mutations were found to be located in the central core domain of p53, which carries the sequence-specific DNA-binding domain. These results suggest a rather low incidence but a definite involvement of p53 mutations in the gliomas of Indian patients

Hydroponics agriculture as a modern agriculture technique
Purpose Hydroponics, also known as controlled environment agriculture, is a method of cultivating plants and herbs without soil using mineral-supplemented solutions. Agriculture biotechnology enhances its wings on developing genetically modified plants for expanding crop yield and introducing characteristic features such as growing seasonal crops throughout the year, weather-resistant, and pest resistance. Compared to traditional agriculture, hydroponic cultivation yields high-quality crops with 90% more efficient use of water. Therefore, hydroponic cultivation could be considered a succeeding future of agriculture. In this context, understanding agriculture through the hydroponic route is vital for the efficient cultivation of crops. This review elaborates on the different classes of hydroponic systems and the factors that enable the systematic elements of the frame-up. Design/methodology/approach The significant intent of this review is to provide information on distinct hydroponic systems. Findings The present review reports a comprehensive discussion about the significance of the hydroponics system, its mechanism, nutrient solution preparation, types of hydroponic setup, and the challenges faced and would light up the knowledge in the same.
