Konstitution und Transfer von Wissen in globalen Unternehmenskontexten

Transnationalisation processes of enterprises lead to extended needs of qualification and knowledge. There are no corresponding concepts and learning culture designs. Knowledge as a category and as a realistic interpretation of demands is not well enough developed as part of these arrangements. Entrepreneurial interests hide learning needs, this becomes obvious in findings of working cooperation analysis in contexts of cultural diversity. This article explains one part of an analytical access to explore the constitution of knowledge and processes of knowledge transfer of expatriates within german enterprises in china. Research findings on working and cooperation contexts reveal hybridization processes which are shaped by expatriates by using certain knowledge resources.Transnationalisierungsprozesse von Unternehmen bringen erweiterte Qualifizierungsund Bildungsanforderungen mit sich, die bislang noch nicht in entsprechenden theoretischen Konzepten und Lernkulturgestaltungen Aufnahme gefunden haben. Wissen ist sowohl als Kategorie als auch als (realistische) Anforderungsinterpretation nicht ausreichend platziert. Unternehmerische Interessen verdecken die Anforderungen an Lernen und Weiterbildung, die in den Arbeitszusammenhängen in kulturdifferenten Kontexten sichtbar werden. Der vorliegende Beitrag zeigt einen Ausschnitt eines empirischen Zugriffs auf Konstitutions- und Transferprozesse von Wissen über Praktiken am Beispiel von Expatriates deutscher global operierender Unternehmen in der VR China. Forschungsergebnisse belegen Hybridbildungsprozesse im Arbeitszusammenhang, für deren Durchsetzung unterschiedliche Wissensressourcen eingebracht werden

Aufgabe war es, die Angebotsstrukturen in der kulturellen - wie auch der interkulturellen - Bildung in der DEAE zu systematisieren und zu interpretieren und Ansatzpunkte und Problemanzeigen für zukünftige Programmentwicklung und -forschung zu identifizieren

What is the impact of migration, globalisation and European freedom of movement on adult education offers? The Federal Agency for Adult and Further Education (Agentur für Erwachsenen- und Weiterbildung) has commissioned a study on this topic with regards to the inter-cultural vocational offering in the federal state Lower Saxony. The authors examine the programme offered by Lower Saxony-based vocational education providers with the objective to develop a system that will capture and analyse inter-cultural offerings. The results show that adult and further education plays an important role in global networking and can aid in European integration.Welchen Einfluss haben Migration, Globalisierung und europäische Freizügigkeit auf die Angebote der Erwachsenenbildung? Dazu hat die Agentur für Erwachsenen- und Weiterbildung diese Studie zum interkulturellen Bildungsangebot in Niedersachsen beauftragt. Die Autorinnen analysieren das Programm niedersächsischer Bildungsanbieter mit dem Ziel, eine Systematik aufzubauen, die interkulturelle Bildungsangebote erfasst und analysiert. So zeigt sich, dass die Erwachsenen- und Weiterbildung einen wichtigen Beitrag zur globalen Vernetzung leistet und das europäische Zusammenwachsen mitgestalten kann

This volume aims at the description, the analysis and the explanation of cultural/arts education for adults.
