The Correlation of Utilization Facebook Social Networking Sites with the students’ Learning Outcomes of IAIN Bone
This aim of this article was to determine the correlation between using Facebook social networking sites with student learning outcomes of IAIN Bone. The sample of this research was the students of the Faculty of Economics and Business Islam, with 120 students in random sampling technique. Data analysis techniques used descriptive data analysis and inferential data analysis. The results showed that there was no correlation in the use of social networking sites Facebook with student learning outcomes for IAIN Bone, where sig = 0.071 > 0.05 and r count = 0.166 < rtable = 0.176, which means that the null hypothesis (H0) was accepted and hypothesis alternative (H1) is rejected

INTERPERSONAL COMMUNICATION BETWEEN LECTURERS AND STUDENTS IN INFLUENCING STUDENT’S LEARNING MOTIVATION
Abstract:This study is an ex post facto that aimed to determine the effect of interpersonal communication between lecturers and students on the students’ learning motivation. The population included all 4th-semester students at the Department of Sharia and Islamic Economics of State Institute Islamic Institute of Bone, consisting of 210 students with the sample as many as 42 students. The methods of data collection were observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The techniques of data analysis used were descriptive analysis and inferential analysis using a simple linear regression test. Based on the calculation of the questionnaire score, it was known that the significance value obtained at 0.00 was stated to be smaller than the confidence level of 0.05 (0.00 <0.05). Based on the significance value, it can be concluded that H0 was rejected, which means that there was an effect of Interpersonal Communication on the students’ learning motivation. While the R-squared value = 0.650, which means that the effect of interpersonal communication between the lecturers and students to the students’ learning motivation was 65% while 35% of students’ learning motivation was affected by other variables that are not the focus of this study. The results of this study proved that interpersonal communication between lecturers and students consisting of several indicators, namely the attitude of openness, empathy, support, positive attitude, and equality, has a positive effect on the students’ learning motivation.Abstrak:Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian ex post facto, bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh komunikasi interpersonal dosen dan mahasiwa terhadap motivasi belajar mahasiswa. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa semester 4 Jurusan Syariah dan Ekonomi Islam IAIN Bone yang berjumlah 210 mahasiswa dengan sampel sebanyak 42 mahasiswa. Pengambilan data menggunakan metode observasi, angket, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis inferensial menggunakan uji regresi linear sederhana. Berdasarkan perhitungan skor angket diketahui bahwa nilai signifikansi yang diperoleh sebesar 0,00 dinyatakan lebih kecil dari taraf kepercayaan 0,05 (0,00 < 0,05). Berdasarkan nilai signifikansi dapat disimpulkan bahwa H0 ditolak, yang berarti bahwa ada pengaruh komunikasi interpersonal terhadap motivasi belajar mahasiswa. Sementara itu, nilai R Square = 0.650 yang berarti bahwa pengaruh komunikasi interpersonal antara dosen dan mahasiswa terhadap motivasi belajar mahasiswa sebesar 65% sedangkan 35% motivasi belajar mahasiswa dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak menjadi fokus pada penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa komunikasi interpersonal antara dosen dan mahasiswa yang terdiri dari beberapa indikator yakni adanya sikap keterbukaan, empati, dukungan, sikap positif, dan kesamaan/kesetaraan berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi belajar mahasiswa
Pengaruh Disiplin Belajar terhadap Hasil Belajar Mahasiswa Pada Mata Kuliah Metodologi Penelitian
This study aims to determine: The Effect of Learning Discipline on Student Learning Outcomes of IAIN Bone on research methodology courses. This research is a field research using a quantitative approach. The population in this study was 212 students. Samples taken as many as 43 people using random sampling techniques. Data collection instruments in the form of questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this study is simple linear regression. The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect between learning disciplines on the learning outcomes of IAIN Bone Students in the Research Methodology Course.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: Pengaruh Disiplin Belajar terhadap Hasil Belajar Mahasiswa IAIN Bone pada mata kuliah metodologi penelitian. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 212 mahasiswa. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 43 orang dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel secara acak. Instrumen pengmpulan data berupa angket dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara disiplin belajar terhadap hasil belajar Mahasiswa IAIN Bone pada Mata Kuliah Metodologi Penelitian
Relationship Workloads with Work Satisfactionlabor Contract on The Tomkins Shoes Company
In facing global market competition, every company has different production standards. To meet work targets, the company imposes work on both low and high workloads. The workload was allegedly able to affect the satisfaction felt by the workforce. This study aims to determine the relationship of workload with contract labor satisfaction. The method used in this research uses the descriptive method by taking a sample of 86 contract workers. Analyze the correlation between variables, namely workload and job satisfaction, using the Spearman Rank Correlation formula. The results of this study indicate that there is a relationship between workload and job satisfaction of contract workers found that there is a relationship with a percentage of 21.6%.
 
PENGARUH EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT TERHADAP WORK-LIFE BALANCE KARYAWAN
A company’s objective to create employee engagement is to maintain the loyalty of its human resources. Employee engagement is directly related to the allocation of employee’s role and time inside and outside of their work environment as part of the work-life balance dimension. The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of employee engagement on the employee’s work-life balance in the Bank X. The sample consisted of 39 employees collected by applying census sampling. Data were analyzed using PLS. The results indicated that employee engagement had a significant effect on employee work-life balance in the Bank X. This finding implies that employee’s work-life balance could be weakened or strengthen depends on the level of their engagement towards the company or organization.

Student Eco-literacy in Preventing Ecological Damage
This study aimed to determine student eco-literacy by giving projects in the Waste Management course. This qualitative research uses a survey approach to obtain data from certain natural places (not made by researchers). Still, researchers carry out the treatment in collecting data by distributing questionnaires and giving eco-literacy projects to 26 FKIP UMMA students. The data analysis technique used was Miles and Huberman’s data reduction. The analysis showed that all aspects received a positive response from students of 98%. It means that students were interested in writing to take part in learning by utilizing the environment as a source of learning. The projects produced by students showed an attraction to eco-literacy learning by giving projects.ABSTRAK: Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui ekoliterasi mahasiswa dengan pemberian proyek pada mata kuliah Pengolahan Limbah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan survey, metode survey digunakan untuk mendapatkan data dari tempat tertentu yang alamiah (bukan buatan peneliti) tetapi peneliti melakukan perlakuan dalam pengumpulan data dengan mengedarkan angket dan pemberian proyek ekoliterasi pada Mahasiswa FKIP UMMA berjumlah 26 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu reduksi data Miles and Huberman. Hasil analisis diperoleh bahwa seluruh aspek yang dinyatakan sebagai kemampuan ecoliterasi mahasiswa proyek mendapatkan respon positif dari mahasiswa sebesar 98%. Hal ini berarti mahasiswa tertarik secara tertulis untuk mengikuti pembelajaran dengan memanfaatkan lingkungan sebagai sumber belajar begitu pula dengan proyek yang dihasilkan oleh mahasiswa menunjukkan bahwa ada daya tarik pembelajaran ekoliterasi dengan pemberian proyek
PENGARUH DEASETILASI DAN ALKALINASI TERHADAP KARAKTERISTIK KARBOKSIMETIL KITOSAN
Carboxymethyl chitosan (CMCts) is one of the chitosan derivatives produced by the carboxymethylation process of chitosan. Compared to chitosan which is soluble in weak acid, the CMCts is soluble in water and it becomes more desirable in many applications both in pharmaceutical and food industries. Chitosan as the raw material of CMCts was made from chitin deacetylation. The reasearch aimed to study the effect of chitin deacetylation methods and concentrations of sodium hydroxide in the alkalination process on the characteristics of CMCts produced. Three deacetylation processes were applied in the production of chitosan, i.e. treatment with 60% NaOH at 70oC for 2 and 3 days, and treatment with 60% NaOH at ambient for 5 days. Whereas, the alkalination process was conducted using NaOH at the concentrations of 20, 30, 40 and 50%. The carboxymethylation of chitosan was carried out using monochloroacetic acid with the ratio of chitosan to monochloroacetic acid of 1 : 1.5 (w/w) at 50oC for an hour. The results showed that the CMCts produced had solubilitiy of 27.0 to 98,1% and viscosity of 28 to 265 cPs. Based on the solubility and viscosity, the best treatment was found on using chitosan which had been deacetylated with 60% NaOH at 70oC for 3 days followed by alkalination using NaOH of 30% before carboxymethylation. The treatment resulted CMCts with water solubility 98.1%, viscosity 265 cPs and yield 72.2%
PENGEMBANGAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN BERBASIS PENDEKATAN SCIENTIFIC PADA SUB TEMA GAYA DAN GERAK
Kurikulum 2013 dengan penerapan pendekatan scientific, menuntut para praktisi pendidikan untuk melaksanakan pembelajaran melalui kegiatan ilmiah. Untuk mengemas kegiatan ilmiah yang dapat mengarah pada proses pembelajaran dengan melibatkan siswa secara aktif didalamnya, diperlukan penerapan model pembelajaran yang menekankan pada proses penyelidikan. Tetapi masih terdapat proses pembelajaran yang hanya menekankan pada penyampaian materi saja tanpa melibatkan siswa secara aktif. Sehingga munculah hambatan belajar, khususnya pada pembelajaran satu sub tema Gaya dan Gerak tema Selalu Berhemat Energi. Hambatan belajar (learning obstacle) siswa muncul bukan karena ketidaktahuan siswa terhadap suatu materi, tapi karena kesulitan siswa untuk memahami materi tersebut. Hambatan belajar siswa dipengaruhi juga oleh hambatan didaktis (hambatan dalam cara mengajar). Hambatan didaktis tersebut berkaitan dengan hubungan guru dan siswa (Hubungan Pedagogis) yang terdapat pada salah satu komponen segitiga didaktis. Dalam hubungan pedagogis tersebut, salah satunya menjelaskan tentang bagaimana guru memilih dan melaksanakan sebuah model pembelajaran. Model pembelajaran berbasis pendekatan scientific ini diterapkan pada implementasi desain didaktis I dan II dengan menggunakan metode Didactical Design Research (DDR) melalui tiga tahapan, yaitu sebelum melaksanakan pembelajaran (prospective analysis), ketika pembelajaran (metapedadidaktik analysis), dan setelah melaksanakan pembelajaran (retrrospective analysis). Setiap tahapan tersebut mengacu pada komponen HLT (Hypothetical Learning Trajectory) yang terdiri dari tujuan, kegiatan dan hipotesis proses belajar. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di dua Sekolah Dasar di Kabupaten Ciamis dengan subjek penelitian yaitu guru dan siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 3 Benteng dan SD Negeri 1 Cijeunjing. Setelah implementasi model pembelajaran tersebut. Proses pembelajaran menjadi lebih aktif, sistematis mengarah pada pencapaian tujuan. Serta persentase learning obstacle siswa terlihat mengalami penurunan. Ketika studi pendahuluan rata-rata persentase learning obstacle siswa sebanyak 54,30%. Setelah implementasi desain didaktis I sebanyak 52,68% dan setelah implementasi desain didaktis II rata-rata persentase learning obstacle siswa sebanyak 36,49%. Penerapan model pembelajaran berbasis pendekatan scientific mampu membantu guru dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran secara sistematis dengan melibatkan siswa dalam penemuan konsep secara terarah dan mampu mengatasi learning obstacle siswa kelas IV pada pembelajaran satu sub tema Gaya dan Gerak.

2013 curriculum’s with an adoption of a scientific approach, is demanding on education practitioners to implement learning through scientific activities. To pack the scientific activities that can lead to learning by involving students actively, is required the application of learning models that emphasize the process of investigation. But there is still a learning process which emphasizes the delivery of content without actively involving students. So appear barriers to learning particularly in the sub-theme of learning styles and themes Always Frugality Motion Energy. Barriers to learning (learning obstacle) students emerged not because of ignorance of students towards a material but because of the difficulty students to understand the material. Barriers to student learning is influenced also by the didactic obstacles (obstacles in the way of teaching) . The didactic obstacles related to the relationship between teachers and students (Pedagogical Relations) contained in one component of the didactic triangle. In the pedagogical relationship, one of which describes how teachers select and implement a learning model. The learning model is based on a scientific approach applied to the implementation of the didactic design I and II by using didactical Design Reserach (DDR) through three stages before implementing learning (prospective analysis), at the time of learning (metapedadidaktik analysis), and after implementing the learning (retrrospective analysis). Each of these stages refers to the HLT components (Hypothetical Learning Trajectory) consisting of objectives, activities and learning hypotheses. The research application at two Elementary School of Ciamis City with research subject is fourth grade teacher and students at SD 3Benteng and SD 1 Cijeunjing. The application of a scientific approach based learning model can help the teacher to be able to carry out a systematic learning by involving students in the discovery of the concept in a focused and able to overcome the obstacle of learning fourth grade students in the learning of the sub-themes Force and Motion.
