    El coraz贸n triauricular es una rara cardiopat铆a cong茅nita que se diagnostica casi en su totalidad durante la ni帽ez, aparece de forma aislada o asociada a otra cardiopat铆a. Se report贸 el caso de una gestante en la que se diagnostic贸 en el segundo trimestre del embarazo, por ecocardiografia transtor谩cica, la presencia de un coraz贸n triauricular (cor triatriatum sinester), la paciente estaba ligeramente sintom谩tica, se quejaba de palpitaciones. Evolucion贸 satisfactoriamente durante todo el embarazo con seguimiento estrecho por parte del cardi贸logo, pare por v铆a transpelviana, sin complicaciones para el reci茅n nacido ni la madre.Triauricular heart is a congenital heart disease that is mostly diagnosed during childhood. It may appear isolated or associated with another heart disease. The case of a pregnant woman who was diagnosed a triauricular heart ( cor triatriatum sinester ) on the second quarter of pregnancy by transthoracic echocardiography, was reported. The patient was mildly symptomatic and had palpitations. She evolved satisfactorily during the whole pregnancy and she was closely followed-up by the cardiologist. She had a transpelvic delivery. Complications were not observed either in the newborn, or in the mother
