Objective: The objective of this study was to formulate an oral sustained release delivery system of ezetimibe mucoadhesive beads by ionic gelation technique based on sodium alginate used as a hydrophilic carrier in combination with carbopol 934P which acts as a rate modifier. Methods: Microbeads of ezetimibe were prepared using an easy method of ionotropic gelation by little modification while in addition of drug. The prepared beads were characterised for mean particle size, entrapment efficiency, swelling capacity, and in vitro release. They were also subjected to various studies such as Fourier Transform Infrared Spectrophotometer (FTIR) Spectroscopy for drug polymer reaction, Scanning Electron Microscopy for surface morphology, and Differential Scanning Calorimetric Analysis to determine the physical state of the drug in the beads. Results: The microspheres of ezetimibe were formulated successfully. The addition of drug concentration gives higher drug loading and higher conc. of Alcl+3 yields small diameter beads and lower drug entrapment. Analysis of the release profiles showed that the data corresponds to zero order release and the diffusion-controlled mechanism as suggested by Higuchi concept. Conclusion: It can be concluded that beads produced by the sequential method had higher drug entrapment. Beads produced by simultaneous yields larger beads in diameter. The concept was cleared that drug release was dependent upon the quantity of polymer and increase in conc. of. aluminium chloride retarded the drug release in the sequential method. Prepared beads enhance the dissolution of ezetimibe and the oral bioavailability and also reduce the fluctuations in the oral bioavailability

The thought of traditional public-key file encryption by keyword search does not hold any hidden structure involving the public-key file encryption by keyword search cipher-texts correspondingly, its semantic security is just defined for your keywords and phrases. We are concerned in provision of efficient search performance missing of compromising semantic security within public-key file encryption by keyword search. Inside our work we introduce searchable public-key cipher-texts by hidden structures for keyword search as rapidly as achievable missing of compromising semantic security regarding encoded keywords and phrases. Our structure is inspired by a lot of interesting findings using the systems of on Identity-Based Key Encapsulation. Inside the recommended system, the entire keyword-searchable cipher-texts that are structured by hidden relations, by search trapdoor that suits a keyword, minimum data of relations is revealed with a search formula as management to locate the whole matching cipher-texts resourcefully

Experimental Evidence of Time Delay Induced Death in Coupled Limit Cycle Oscillators

    Get PDF
Experimental observations of time delay induced amplitude death in a pair of coupled nonlinear electronic circuits that are individually capable of exhibiting limit cycle oscillations are described. In particular, the existence of multiply connected death islands in the parameter space of the coupling strength and the time delay parameter for coupled identical oscillators is established. The existence of such regions was predicted earlier on theoretical grounds in [Phys. Rev. Lett. 80, 5109 (1998); Physica 129D, 15 (1999)]. The experiments also reveal the occurrence of multiple frequency states, frequency suppression of oscillations with increased time delay and the onset of both in-phase and anti-phase collective oscillations.Comment: 4 aps formatted RevTeX pages; 6 figures; to appear in Phys. This report presents the flow and heat transfer characteristics on magnetohydrodynamic non-Newtonian fluid across a wedge near the stagnation point. The fluid flow is time independent and laminar. The radiation and irregular heat sink/source effects are deemed. The system of nonlinear ODEs is attained from PDEs by choosing the proper similarity transformations. Further, the well-known shooting and Runge-Kutta methods are utilized to acquire the problem’s solution subject to assumed boundary conditions. Figures are outlined to emphasize the impact of several parameters on the fields of velocity and temperature. Further, the rate of heat transfer and friction factor are also anticipated and portrayed with the assistance of table. Results indicate that the curves of velocity diminish with shrinking parameter, magnetic field parameter and material fluid parameter. Also the non-uniform heat source/sink parameters play a crucial role in the heat transfer performance

Dynamics of FitzHugh-Nagumo excitable systems with delayed coupling

Small lattices of NN nearest neighbor coupled excitable FitzHugh-Nagumo systems, with time-delayed coupling are studied, and compared with systems of FitzHugh-Nagumo oscillators with the same delayed coupling. Bifurcations of equilibria in N=2 case are studied analytically, and it is then numerically confirmed that the same bifurcations are relevant for the dynamics in the case N>2N>2. Bifurcations found include inverse and direct Hopf and fold limit cycle bifurcations. Typical dynamics for different small time-lags and coupling intensities could be excitable with a single globally stable equilibrium, asymptotic oscillatory with symmetric limit cycle, bi-stable with stable equilibrium and a symmetric limit cycle, and again coherent oscillatory but non-symmetric and phase-shifted. For an intermediate range of time-lags inverse sub-critical Hopf and fold limit cycle bifurcations lead to the phenomenon of oscillator death. The phenomenon does not occur in the case of FitzHugh-Nagumo oscillators with the same type of coupling.Comment: accepted by Phys.Rev.

Toxic Comment Classification using Deep Learning

    Get PDF
Online Conversation media serves as a means for individuals to engage, cooperate, and exchange ideas; however, it is also considered a platform that facilitates the spread of hateful and offensive comments, which could significantly impact one's emotional and mental health. The rapid growth of online communication makes it impractical to manually identify and filter out hateful tweets. Consequently, there is a pressing need for a method or strategy to eliminate toxic and abusive comments and ensure the safety and cleanliness of social media platforms. Utilizing LSTM, Character-level CNN, Word-level CNN, and Hybrid model (LSTM + CNN) in this toxicity analysis is to classify comments and identify the different types of toxic classes by means of a comparative analysis of various models. The neural network models utilized for this analysis take in comments extracted from online platforms, including both toxic and non-toxic comments. The results of this study can contribute towards the development of a web interface that enables the identification of toxic and hateful comments within a given sentence or phrase, and categorizes them into their respective toxicity classes
