Analisis Pembangkit Listrik Hybrid Surya-Bayu untuk Pembelajaran Praktis
A hybrid solar-wind power plant is a combination of two renewable energy sources, namely solar and wind power, used to generate electricity. This research aims to analyze the performance and efficiency of the hybrid solar-wind power generation system as a practical learning tool. The research methodology involves collecting performance data from solar panels and wind turbines, as well as analyzing the integration of these two energy sources. The results show that this hybrid system can improve the stability and continuity of the electricity supply compared to using a single energy source. This is evidenced by the increase in hybrid plant efficiency to 33.78%, compared to the solar panel efficiency of only 15.589%, resulting in an efficiency increase of 18.191%. Additionally, the carbon emission reduction in the hybrid system is 94.42%. The implementation of the hybrid solar-wind power plant as a learning tool provides students with a deeper understanding of renewable energy technology applications and encourages innovation in the field of sustainable energy

AUDIT: MONITORING OF SIDE EFFECTS USING GASS (GLASGOW ANTIPSYCHOTIC SIDE-EFFECT SCALE)
Background: Anti-psychotics are often prescribed off-licence for personality and affective disorders. The aim of this audit was to
identify patients on specific wards within St Andrews Hospital and to determine how many of the Glasgow Antipsychotic Side- Effect Scale (GASS) forms had been completed as per policy.
Methods: Thirteen patients of Dr Boris Iankov, Consultant Psychiatrist within the adolescent service at St Andrews, were
identified. Their records were subsequently reviewed in order to determine how many had completed GASS forms.
Results: It was found only 31% of patients had completed the GASS forms. The remaining patients were supported to do so. As a result 92% of patients are compliant with the policy.
Recommendations: The suitability of the form for adolescents was brought into question due to the sensitive nature of certain
side effects. Furthermore the form should be completed routinely on admission and at regular intervals
Community perception on service quality at an international higher education institution: a case study
This paper reports on the exploration on community perception of higher education institution service quality from three dimensions namely academic, administrative and facilities. Focus group discussions were used for data collection involving three groups of neighbouring communities from both urban and rural areas. The objectives include to better understand issues and concerns facing the community; and in doing so highlight the aspects of services needing urgent attention. Thus, findings from the research exercise are grounded on empirical evidences promoting and recognizing community engagement and inclusiveness. It is hoped that by developing such mutual relationships the Institution could respond to the real community needs and expectations in delivering useful services as an effort to retain its relevance to the society. The findings from this study could inform the enhancement of management practice at the Institution. In this respect, there would be community engagement in taking the university forward as well as imparting the university’s role in transforming the lives of the community. While this study was useful in bringing some service quality issues to light, but it was only for a particular period. The Institution ought to continuously engage its stakeholders in dialogues on how things could be better as an effort to deliver seamless and painless services.

Making strategy at a Malaysian higher education Institution
Malaysia is working towards transforming into a knowledge-driven economy where the generation and the utilization of knowledge contribute significantly to economic growth and wealth creation.Knowledge being singled-out as one of the key factor in driving growth and creating value. This notion has an expansive implication on how industry, academia and government must now work closer to make active contribution. Universities are now driven to find their way to better deliver. Drawing upon Mintzberg’s five definitions of strategy: plan, ploy, pattern, position and perspective [1], this paper reviews the elements of strategic planning in the context of a higher education institution in facilitating their strive to deliver in responding to those emerging demands. It also demonstrates how the Balanced Scorecard framework can potentially help structure a more comprehensive thought-through process in shaping strategies. It concludes with a set of guidelines for strategy making
Prophetic Communication in Historical and Axiological Review
Prophetic communication needs to be reviewed from a historical and axiological perspective. Understanding from a historical point of view means trying to see the Prophet Muhammad as the perpetrator of the history of prophetic communication, reviewing from an axiological point of view to see how far the benefits of this prophetic communication are to human life both personally and communally. Seeing the integration of ethical and aesthetic values that must exist in prophetic communication is the next important part of unraveling prophetic communication from an axiological perspective. The research method used in this research is qualitative with a literature study, analyzing literary references and providing a critical review of prophetic communication in the historical and axiological review of these references. Suppose research on prophetic communication tends to be in the form of implementation. In that case, this research reviews prophetic communication from a historical perspective, which is the initial foundation of prophetic communication, and axiologically to see its application in individual and social aspects more deeply. The ultimate goal resulting from the implementation of prophetic communication is, of course, as we have seen to this day, namely, a change in civilization, specifically the transition from the Jahiliyah era or before the presence of the Prophet SAW to modern life today. The results of this study indicate that prophetic communication is closely related historically and axiologically
