Programmatic Recommendations for EWEB's Voluntary Incentive Program
95 pagesIn 2001, the Eugene Water & Electric Board (EWEB) established a Water Source Protection Program to evaluate and mitigate risks to water quality. As part of its Source Water Protection Program, EWEB is exploring the possibility of rewarding good stewards of land within the McKenzie Basin.
