SISTEM PAKAR DIAGNOSA AWAL PENYAKIT KULIT SAPI BERBASIS WEB DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE CERTAINTY FACTOR

This is a consultation media and it is a computer base application from an Expert System that uses facts and analogy techniques to solve problems which usually can only be solved by an expert in particular field. The Expert System increases in value for technology, to assist in overcoming the information era that is rapidly more advance. This Expert Application System produces outcomes in a form of possibility of skin disease in cows. It is based on some symptoms that have been entered by users. This system also shows the reliability of those symptoms towards skin disease that has been entered by the users. How big of the reliability is, as a result or product of calculation uses probability methods. Result of examination system shows that the system is able to diagnose of skin disease in cows which is based on symptoms that suffers by patients, even though those symptoms are indefinite. The result of the diagnoses accompany by score of certainty factor that shows the level of validity from the diagnoses

PERENCANAAN STRATEGIS SISTEM INFORMASI PADA INSTITUSI PENDIDIKAN TINGGI MENGGUNAKAN ANALISIS CRITICAL SUCCESS FACTORS (Studi Kasus : STMIK Duta Bangsa Surakarta)

There are many organization which develop their information technology only based on the recommendation of certain vendors and colleagues. The development of Information and Technology Systems need a proper consideration in order to avoid the chance of bigger loss in the financial and investation sectors. The unsystematic development of Information and Technology Systems will not fulfil a long term needs, there is no priority scale on it and it is not in line with the bussiness organization rhyme. The Information System Strategic Planning is a systematic approach about what is considered to be the most effective and effecient to fulfil the needs of information. The Strategic Planning Information System stated by Ward and Peppard (2002), which becomes the basis of this research, uses some analysis methods, like; Value Chain, Five Force Model, and Critical Success Factors. The result of this method is a blue print of the strategic planning which is based on the bussiness organization planning with the data gathered through the analysis method used and it involves all the organization component. RANCANG BANGUN SISTEM INFORMASI PENDAPATAN ASLI DAERAH PADA DINAS PENDAPATAN DAERAH KABUPATEN SANGIHE

Financial management, especially in the reception area of Revenue requires a Revenue Information System, so the performance of local governments in managing local revenue receipts, calculation and preparation of reports and evaluation of the effectiveness and efficiency of local revenue can be well presented, accurate, timely and can be utilized directly by the user. The purpose of this study was to design and build Revenue Information System (SIPAD) with the evaluation system on Sangihe District Revenue Office. Revenue consists of Local Taxes, Levies, the Company's results and outcomes of management kekeyaan area demarcated area, and Other legitimate PAD. For the evaluation process, conducted evaluation of the effectiveness and efficiency in order to measure the performance of the management of PAD. In the modeling system used Unified Modeling Language (UML) as a standard modeling language. The study design was Revenue Information System Internal Revenue Service that are useful in order to improve local government performance in managing the process of acceptance of the PAD, the PAD and be able to present a report evaluating the effectiveness and efficiency of the management of PAD. The calculations evaluate the effectiveness of the PAD District in 2011 for Sangihe 83.16 percent effective criteria for evaluating the results of an efficiency of 2.92 percent, with a highly efficient criteria. RANCANG BANGUN SISTEM INFORMASI LULUSAN DENGAN METODE ONLINE ANALITYCAL PROCESSING (OLAP) PADA POLITEKNIK NEGERI KUPANG

In this research design graduate information systems using OLAP in Kupang State Polytechnic Electronics Engineering Department. The importance of graduate information systems to support the leadership in making decisions related to the graduates produced. Data reports can be utilized directly by the user. Graduate information systems begins with collecting data on graduates, the analysis with the concept of Roll Up, OLAP presents the resulting information and graphics. The study design was a graduate information systems applied in Kupang State Polytechnic Electronics Engineering Department. In the context diagram modeling system used and the data flow diagram. The results show the development process OLAP uptake of graduates on stakeholder needs. Graduate information systems can be used as alternative in presenting information related to the graduates.
