Some factors that influenced the turnover intention of employees in PT. Mandiri Tunas Finance Bengkulu. This research was mainly intended to figure out and described some factors that influenced the turnover intention of employees in PT. Mandiri Tunas Finance Bengkulu. Sample of methodthat used in research was purposive convenience sampling. Purposive sampling is the choices of sample based on deliberation, that took based on the goal of research. In this research, that has been of sampling were some of leaders and employees of PT. Mandiri Tunas Finance Bengkulu. Respondence based on deliberation, that for leaders has been worked in PT. Mandiri Tunas Finance Bengkulu since this opened in Bengkulu. Especially for employees, the new employees that joined with this corporation. The result of this research showed that some factors that influenced turnover intention were age, worked period, level of education, loyalty of organization, worked satisfication, and culture that showed in employees of PT. This research is to analyze the use of digital marketing strategies implemented at BUMDes Lestari Jaya and analyze the factors that hinder the development of BUMDes Lestari Jaya online stores and analyze the proposed appropriate marketing strategies to optimize the reach of BUMDes Lastari Jaya Digital Marketing.
This analysis process is carried out on Digital Marketing activities that have been carried out by BUMDes Lestari jaya using SWOT Analysis. Data This research was obtained from the results of several previous studies, interview results and questionnaire results distributed to 60 respondents consisting of Consumers and Social Media Folowers of BUMdes Lestari Jaya as a source of information for improving the digital Marketing Strategy of BUMDes Lestari Jaya. From the results of the SWOT analysis obtained : Strenght : a. It has abundant raw materials, b. The quality of the poduk is quite good, c. Pengaruh Motivasi Dan Kepemimpinan Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Dan Desa (DPMD) Provinsi Bengkulu
Employee performance is the quality and number of individual consequences or combinations in exclusive actions caused by the characteristic capacity obtained from learning interactions and to perform better. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of work discipline on employee performance at the Bengkulu Province Office of Community and Village Empowerment (DPMD), to determine the effect of work motivation on employee performance at the Bengkulu Province Office of Community and Village Empowerment (DPMD). This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline and work motivation on employee performance at the Bengkulu Province Office of Community and Village Empowerment (DPMD). The sample in this study was 44 employees, data collection using questionnaires and data analysis methods used multiple linear regression, determination test, and hypothesis testing. The results for the multiple regression equation show a positive regression direction with the equation Y = 9,747 + 0,897 (X1) + 0,832 (X2) + e, which means that if there is an increase in work discipline and work motivation, the performance of employees in the community and village empowerment office (DPMD) Bengkulu Province will also increase. Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance in the Bengkulu Province Community and Village Empowerment Office (DPMD) because the value of ttable (2,954 < 1.677) and a significance value of 0.004 < from 0.050. Work motivation has a significant influence on employee performance at the Bengkulu Province Community and Village Empowerment Office (DPMD) because the value of ttable (2,525 <1,677) and a significance value of 0.014 < from 0.050. The test results conclude that there is a significant influence between work discipline and motivation on employee performance at the Bengkulu Province Community and Village Empowerment Office (DPMD) together because the F arithmetic value > F table (154.995 > 3.133) with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05
Strategi Pengembangan Objek Wisata Kolam Renang Tirta Plamboyan Desa Talang Kering Kecamatan Air Napal Kabupaten Bengkulu Utara
The Tirta Plamboyan swimming pool tourist attraction which is located in Talang Dry Village, Air Napal District, North Bengkulu Regency is very likely to be developed with adequate resources, but this tourist attraction is not widely known to the outside community and is still lacking in terms of existing facilities. Therefore, the author takes the title "Strategy for the Development of the Tirta Plamboyan Swimming Pool Tourism Object, Talang Dry Village, Air Napal District, North Bengkulu Regency" the aim is to be able to find out what kind of development strategy is suitable for the Tirta Plamboyan swimming pool tourist attraction. The purpose of this study was to determine the strategy of developing a tourism object for the Tirta Plamboyan swimming pool, Talang Dry Village, Air Napal District, North Bengkulu Regency with SWOT analysis. The method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques distributing questionnaires to respondents. The analytical method used is SWOT, namely Strengths , Weaknesses , Opportunities and Threats . The results of this study indicate that the Tirta Plamboyan swimming pool tourism object, Talang Dry Village, Air Napal District, North Bengkulu Regency is in quadrant II position. This shows that the strategy used is a diversification strategy . In addition, the results of the SWOT diagram using the ST strategy explain that the Tirta Plamboyan swimming pool tourist attraction is can maintain a cheap swimming pool ticket price from others, keep the swimming pool clean and create comfort in the swimming pool area, and approach the public not to think badly about the Tirta Plamboyan swimming pool

This study aims to determine the marketing strategy of PT. Bintang Motor Bengkulu. The analysis method was used SWOT analysis consist of Internal Strategy Factor Matrix (IFAS) and External Strategy Factor (EFAS).SWOT analysis results obtained from the strength value is 25.71 while the weakness is 13.26 so the internal quadrant factor is 25.71-13.26 = 12.45, it means the ability of PT. Bintang Motor Bengkulu in harnessing the strength and minimize the weaknesses that are in the internal company. Opportunities of the strategy is 19.30 and the threat of 12.52. So the external quadrant factor is 19.30 - 12.52 = 6.78 means the high ability of of PT. Bintang Motor Bengkulu in exploiting the opportunities and overcome the threats faced by the company in the sale. So that is in the first quadrant is an aggressive strategy by applying: 1) Maintaining the quality and quality of honda products and perform services that can believe and satisfy consumers. 2) Harness the power in marketing the product based on quality and quality through promotion, sponsorship and exhibition so that of PT. Digital village is a program concept that implements a system of government services, community services, and community empowerment based on the use of information technology. This program aims to develop village potential, marketing and accelerate access and public services. The development of information and communication technology (ICT) has given rise to website media to inform everything via the internet. Utilization of Website information system media to inform village profiles and potential is also in line with Law no. 6 of 2014 concerning villages, where villages are entitled to greater access to obtain and disseminate development information. Based on this Law, Regional Governments are required to develop Village information systems and the development of Rural Areas independently or in collaboration with related institutions. As an effort to develop the Village Website application, this service proposes training activities for creating a village website to inform village profiles and potential in Air Cold Village, Sindang Kelingi District, Rejang Lebong Regency. Implementation of Community Service Activities (PKM) will be held on December 10, 2021 - January 10, 2022 at Air Cold Village, Bengkulu Province. All of these community service activities ran smoothly and were successful. Communicating is importance for everyone inside organization. All members in the organization must use communications to perform tasks. The process of communication that occurs in the organization especially internal communication is an important factor in creating an effective organization with to improve employee performance. Internal communication is well established can strengthen relationships among employees and generate trust, confidence, openness, honesty, security support, satisfaction work. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship of internal communication with the performance of employees at the Office of Revenue Management Finance and Regional Assets Bengkulu Tengah District. The method of analysis used is the validity and reliability test, rank spearman correlation, hypothesis test. Pelatihan Akuntansi Bagi Pengelola BUMDes di Desa Taba Terunjam Kec. Karang Tinggi Keb . Bengkulu Tengah
As an economic driver, BUMDes managers are expected to fulfill their obligations, including preparing financial reports. Based on this financial report, the financial performance, volume of BUMDes business, and the amount to be distributed to financiers will be determined as profit sharing to the village government or village business results. BUMDes have been established in various villages. BUMDes businesses that have been established include: salon services, table and chair rental, savings and loan services and convenience stores. In the process of preparing these financial statements, BUMDes also needs to determine the accounting policies adopted. The accounting policy to be selected is available in the Financial Accounting Standards for Micro, Small and Medium Entities (SAK-EMKM) published by the Indonesian Institute of Accountants (2016). BUMDes managers have attempted to report their responsibilities through financial reports. The importance of BUMDes managers is obliged to develop an adequate accounting system. An adequate accounting system in preparing financial reports includes, among others, the preparation of account codes, account names, general journal books, cash books, bank books, accounts receivable books, goods books, and trial balances. Our service team organizes technical skills training for BUMDes managers in compiling financial reports in accordance with SAK-EMKM. Community Service Activities (PKM) are carried out for 1 month located in Taba Terunjam Village, District, Karang Tinggi Regency, Central Bengkulu This training method is a lecture accompanied by hands-on practice for participants to prepare financial reports with an accounting system in accordance with the Financial Accounting Standards for Micro, Small and Medium Entities (SAK-EMKM) published by the Indonesian Institute of Accountants. The basic things that must be understood by participants include the definition of "account", providing "account code" and understanding "debit and credit" using five finger
