    Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem nosné konstrukce administrativní budovy. Budova je navržena pro oblast Svitavy. Půdorysné rozměry objektu jsou 54,0 x 54,0 m. Budova má 10 podlaží. Nosná konstrukce je navržena ve dvou variantách. Ve variantě A je osová vzdálenost sloupů 6 m, ve variantě B je to 9 m. Sloupy a stropní konstrukce jsou spřažené ocelobetonové. Součástí práce je výkresová dokumentace.Master's thesis is follow up with the disign of the load bearing structure of a office building. The building is designed for the area of Svitavy. The plan's dimension are 54,0 x 54,0 m. The objects has 10 floors. Load-bearing structure is disigned in two variants. In the variant A is centre to centre spacing 6m, in variant the B it si 9m. The coulomns and floor structure are composite steel-concrete. Thesis includes drawings.

    Title in English: Vladislav Vančura in the Literary Context of the 20th Century On June 23, 2021, it was the 130th anniversary of Vladislav Vančura’s birth, and June 1, 2022, was the 80th anniversary of his death. These anniversaries became the impetus for a collective volume entitled Vladislav Vančura in the Literary Context of the 20th Century. The editor Jiří Poláček approached researchers from various disciplines from literary studies to linguistics and to theatre studies with an appeal to think and rethink the literary and general cultural legacy of this important figure. The book volume by the team of researchers from six Czech universities is an attempt to reflect on the oeuvre by Vančura from the perspective of the current state of knowledge in literary studies and the broader context of the 20th century. The image of Vladislav Vančura within the context of the previous century arises from 15 texts by 15 authors, organized into four thematic blocks

    Treatment of complete loss of skin thickness requires expensive cellular materials and limited skin grafts used as temporary coverage. This paper presents an acellular bilayer scaffold modified with polydopamine (PDA), which is designed to mimic a missing dermis and a basement membrane (BM). The alternate dermis is made from freeze-dried collagen and chitosan (Coll/Chit) or collagen and a calcium salt of oxidized cellulose (Coll/CaOC). Alternate BM is made from electrospun gelatin (Gel), polycaprolactone (PCL), and CaOC. Morphological and mechanical analyzes have shown that PDA significantly improved the elasticity and strength of collagen microfibrils, which favorably affected swelling capacity and porosity. PDA significantly supported and maintained metabolic activity, proliferation, and viability of the murine fibroblast cell lines. The in vivo experiment carried out in a domestic Large white pig model resulted in the expression of pro-inflammatory cytokines in the first 1-2 weeks, giving the idea that PDA and/or CaOC trigger the early stages of inflammation. Otherwise, in later stages, PDA caused a reduction in inflammation with the expression of the anti-inflammatory molecule IL10 and the transforming growth factor beta (TGF beta 1), which could support the formation of fibroblasts. Similarities in treatment with native porcine skin suggested that the bilayer can be used as an implant for full-thickness skin wounds and thus eliminate the use of skin grafts

    The Effect of the Thermosensitive Biodegradable PLGA–PEG–PLGA Copolymer on the Rheological, Structural and Mechanical Properties of Thixotropic Self-Hardening Tricalcium Phosphate Cement

    The current limitations of calcium phosphate cements (CPCs) used in the field of bone regeneration consist of their brittleness, low injectability, disintegration in body fluids and low biodegradability. Moreover, no method is currently available to measure the setting time of CPCs in correlation with the evolution of the setting reaction. The study proposes that it is possible to improve and tune the properties of CPCs via the addition of a thermosensitive, biodegradable, thixotropic copolymer based on poly(lactic acid), poly(glycolic acid) and poly(ethylene glycol) (PLGA-PEG-PLGA) which undergoes gelation under physiological conditions. The setting times of alpha-tricalcium phosphate (-TCP) mixed with aqueous solutions of PLGA-PEG-PLGA determined by means of time-sweep curves revealed a lag phase during the dissolution of the -TCP particles. The magnitude of the storage modulus at lag phase depends on the liquid to powder ratio, the copolymer concentration and temperature. A sharp increase in the storage modulus was observed at the time of the precipitation of calcium deficient hydroxyapatite (CDHA) crystals, representing the loss of paste workability. The PLGA-PEG-PLGA copolymer demonstrates the desired pseudoplastic rheological behaviour with a small decrease in shear stress and the rapid recovery of the viscous state once the shear is removed, thus preventing CPC phase separation and providing good cohesion. Preliminary cytocompatibility tests performed on human mesenchymal stem cells proved the suitability of the novel copolymer/-TCP for the purposes of mini-invasive surgery

    Import 04/07/2011Cílem diplomové práce je charakteristika soudního systému České republiky, analýza nákladů soudního řízení a výší přiznaných náhrad. Práce je rozvržena do pěti kapitol. Práce se člení na úvod, teoretické seznámení se soudnictvím ČR, analýzu nákladů soudního řízení, dopady soudních nákladů na existenci podnikatele a závěr. Teoretické kapitoly jsou věnovány seznámení se soudnictvím ČR. Konkrétně jak právní úpravě soudnictví, ústavnímu soudnictví, soustavě obecných soudů, příslušnosti a pravomoci soudů tak i průběhu sporného řízení. Následně jsou charakterizovány a analyzovány druhy nákladů řízení. Praktická část se již zabývá vyčíslením dopadu inflace na výši náhrad a nástinem vyřešení problému s neplatícími odběrateli.The aim of thesis is the characteristic judical system of the Czech Republic, analysis proceedings costs and the amount of awarded compensation. The thesis is structured in five chapters. The thesis is divided to introduction, theoretical introduction to the judiciary CR, analysis cost proceedings, impacts of proceedings costs to existence of entrepreneur and conclusion. The theoretical chapters are devoted to familiarize with the judiciary CR, specifically as the legislation of the judiciary, constitutional justice, the general court system, jurisdiction and competences of the courts and the process of the adversarial proceedings. There are subsequently characterized and analyzed types costs of proceedings.
