The analysis of structure and risk factors of development the fetal kidney pathology
The purpose - the structural analysis of congenital anomalies of kidneys at fetuses and revealing of significant risk factors of kidney pathology development.Objectives. The paper presents data of retrospective research of 2103 case records and reports (2001 -2010, Primorye Territory). Besides for studying risk factors of development of kidneys pathology at infants case records of 110 children with diseases of kidneys (comparison with 110 healthy children) are studied and the comparative estimation of a pathology of fetuses from women with a pathology (139 fetuses) and without a pathology of kidneys (378 fetuses) is resulted. Results. Various anomalies of development of kidneys in 2,66 % of cases are revealed (kidney dysplasia (28,6 %) more often). The Most significant risk of development of a kidney pathology at children is caused by mother factors that is proved by high frequency of congenital anomalies of development of kidneys at fetuses and newborns from mothers with diseases of kidneys.Π¦Π΅Π»Ρ ΡΠ°Π±ΠΎΡΡ - ΡΡΡΡΠΊΡΡΡΠ½ΡΠΉ Π°Π½Π°Π»ΠΈΠ· Π²ΡΠΎΠΆΠ΄ΡΠ½Π½ΡΡ

The comparative analysis shows that the government export support in terms of funds used for these purposes is rather little. The author undertakes the analysis of tools and measures of government financial export support such as export crediting, export financing and insurance in Russia, as well as considers their compliance with the WTO standards and rules. The author concludes that the system of state export support in Russia is less efficient than in other countries and it needs more modifications to fully comply with the WTO rules and regulations. The paper identifies the perspective areas of development for the system of state export support in Russia. The study can serve as a basis for improvement of this system which is an important factor to facilitate the integration of Russia into the world economic system by increasing the competitiveness of the national economy

The need of Russia's transition to a knowledge economy, knowledge-intensive production, high technology and intensive innovation requires transformation of the higher education system and the formation of entrepreneurial universities. The analysis of the Russia's higher education system revealed that the development of universities is contrary to the global educational trends and to the social and economic priorities of Russia. High efficiency of cluster policy in the leading countries of the world has led to the advancement of initiatives for the innovative regional cluster development in the region. The results of econometric analysis indicate that the presence of a strong university as an "anchor" increases the influence of innovation factors on the regions' socio-economic development. Formation of innovation clusters in the regions of Russia requires the emergence of "strong" universities that engage applied and fundamental research studies, work closely with the industry and implement knowledge into practice

The need of Russia's transition to a knowledge economy, knowledge-intensive production, high technology and intensive innovation requires transformation of the higher education system and the formation of entrepreneurial universities. The analysis of the Russia's higher education system revealed that the development of universities is contrary to the global educational trends and to the social and economic priorities of Russia. High efficiency of cluster policy in the leading countries of the world has led to the advancement of initiatives for the innovative regional cluster development in the region. The results of econometric analysis indicate that the presence of a strong university as an "anchor" increases the influence of innovation factors on the regions' socio-economic development. Formation of innovation clusters in the regions of Russia requires the emergence of "strong" universities that engage applied and fundamental research studies, work closely with the industry and implement knowledge into practice
