Doping effect on the evolution of the pairing symmetry in n-type superconductor near antiferromagnetic phase boundary
We present the investigation results of the in-plane \{rho}(T) resistivity
tensor at the temperature range 0.4-40 K in magnetic fields up to 90kOe (H||c,
J||ab) for electron-doped Nd{2-x}Ce{x}CuO{4+{\delta}} with different degree of
disorder near antiferromagnetic - superconducting phase boundary. We have
experimentally found that for optimally doped compound both the upper critical
field slope and the critical temperature decrease with increasing of the
disorder parameter (d-wave pairing) while in the case of the underdoped system
the critical temperature remains constant and (dHc2/dT)|Tc increases with
increasing of the disorder (s-wave pairing). These features suggest a possible
implementation of the complex mixture state as the (s+id)-pairing.Comment: 9 pages, 2 figure
The Development Impact of the System of Federal Educational and Methodological Associations On the Quality of Secondary Vocational Education
The article considers the importance of qualifications of workers in the development of the real sector of the Russian economy. Trends of expected demand for middle-level specialists, the most in-demand occupations and expectations of employers regarding knowledge, skills and experience of technical specialists are analyzed. The main tasks and functional capabilities of federal educational and methodological associations as well as their role in the development of the secondary vocational education system are presented. The article highlights the need to update the lists of professions and specialties that are currently promising. The article presents the experience of the federal educational and methodological association in the system of secondary vocational education in enlarged groups of professions and specialties 12.00.00 Photonics, Instrument Making, Optical and Biotechnical Systems and Technologies.Рассмотрено значение квалификаций рабочих кадров в развитии реального сектора российской экономики. Анализируются тенденции ожидаемого спроса на специалистов среднего звена, наиболее востребованные профессии, а также ожидания работодателей в отношении знаний, навыков и опыта, необходимых для квалифицированных специалистов. Раскрыты основные задачи и функциональные возможности федеральных учебно-методических объединений, их роль в развитии системы среднего профессионального образования. Особое внимание обращается на необходимость актуализации перечней профессий и специальностей, перспективных в настоящее время. The use of yoga practice as a means of increasing emotional self-regulation of women

Принята к публикации: 18.12.2022.The article presents an analysis of the use of yoga as a method of improving people’s mental health, which has significantly decreased as a result of the pandemic and in the process of developing uncertainty and transformation of public life. The purpose of the study was to study the influence of yoga on the emotional self-regulation of women. The study involved 28 women, at the average age of 37.4, with different experience in yoga. To assess the development of emotional self-regulation, the method «Emotional Intelligence» (Lyusin D. V.) was used. The results of the study revealed significant differences between the development of indicators of emotional intelligence, such as understanding emotions, emotion management and expression control, depending on the duration of yoga classes. Increasing the emotional self-regulation of people who are engaged in yoga and who are under the influence of yoga requires further research. The research may be related to the role of yoga classes in improving the quality of life of those engaged.В статье представлены данные по использованию йоги как средства повышения психического здоровья людей, которое значительно снизилось в результате пандемии и в процессе развития неопределенности и трансформации общественной жизни. Цель исследования заключалась в изучении влияния йоги на развитие саморегуляции у женщин. В исследовании приняли участие 28 женщин, средний возраст 37,4, имеющий разный опыт занятий йогой. Для оценки развития эмоциональной саморегуляции использовалась методика «Эмоциональный интеллект» (Люсин Д. В.). Результаты исследования выявили достоверные различия между развитием показателей эмоционального интеллекта, такими как понимание эмоций, управление эмоциями и контроль экспрессии в зависимости от длительности занятий йогой. Повышение эмоциональной саморегуляции занимающихся под влиянием занятий йогой требует дальнейших исследований, которые могут быть связаны с ролью занятий йогой на повышение качества жизни занимающихся

The growth of a mutant strain of Serratia marcescens with high chitinase activity and the biosynthesis of endochitinase by this strain were investigated. The study was carried out using semisynthetic culture medium without inducers and culture medium containing colloidal chitin as a sole nitrogen and carbon source, with and without mitomycin C. The mutant strain, unlike the native one, was shown to produce endochitinase and to secrete the enzyme into the medium during the growth on culture medium without the inducers, chitin and mitomycin C. During growth on the medium with chitin the mutant strain differed from the native one with a short lag-phase of growth, the early appearance of endochitinase in the culture liquid and a high level of endochitinase activity. The difference between the strains disappeared after the addition of mitomycin C, an inducer of the cell SOS-response, to the culture medium containing chitin. Specific endochitinase activity of S. marcescens mutant strain grown on various culture media had two maxima, namely at the beginning and at the end of the stationary phase. Mitomycin C increased the specific activity in a second peak of endochitinase activity during the growth of the mutant strain

The study of the accumulation pattern of extracellular proteins with chitinase activity in the parent Serratia marcescens strain Bú 211 (ATCC 9986) grown in the presence of mitomycin C and its mutant strain with the constitutive synthesis of chitinases grown in the absence of the inducer showed that chitinase activity appeared in the culture liquids of both strains at the end of the exponential phase (4 h of growth) and reached a maximum in the stationary phase (18-20 h of growth). The analysis of the culture liquids (12 h of growth) by denaturing electrophoresis in PAAG followed by the protein renaturation step revealed the presence of four extracellular proteins with chitinase activity and molecular masses of 21, 38, 52, and 58 kDa

Construction of a Narrativeabout Socialist Realism in English-Language Art Criticism Discourse (based on Texts of Matthew Bown)
Based on the texts of the British expert Matthew Bown, the article deals with the issue of constructing a narrative about the Soviet fine arts. The aim of the study is to analyze the patterns of narrative formation and identify its significant elements. The frame CREATING NEW ART serves as the cognitive basis of the narrative. This frame is characterized by variability and has two main configurations, which can be represented as two scenarios. These scenarios differ in the composition of the actors and the content of the tasks they solve. The actors of the first scenario, actualized in the narrative within the framework of the “friend or foe” opposition, are the ideologists of socialist realism, party leaders and representatives of the creative elite. Their tasks include the formation of the ideology and content of the new art. The actors of the second scenario, updated within the framework of the opposition “self / other”, are Soviet artists. Their task is to develop a language of art that meets ideological requirements and at the same time realizes their creative potential. The article substantiates M. Baun’s willingness to see in socialist realism not only an ideological trend, but also a significant artistic direction. This approach contributes to the disclosure of the value component of socialist realism painting and the transmission of the historical cultural memory of this phenomenon to the world community
