Znojmo, the Reconstruction of House Malá Františkánská , Nr. 121

Řešené reziduum domu se nachází v historickém centru města Znojma, které je městskou památkovou rezervací. Dům je součástí rezervace a je památkově chráněný. Dům se nachází na nároží ulic Malá Františkánská a Klácelova a je součástí blokové zástavby. V současné době dům chátrá. Některé zdi už musely být podepřeny ztužujícími konstrukcemi. Dle statického průzkumu nebude možné většinu nadzemních konstrukcí zachovat. Zachovají se pouze sklepní prostory, část obvodové zdi z ulice Malá Františkánská, dva gotické portály, kamenná ostění sklepních oken a vstupní secesní dveře. Výchozím bodem pro návrh byla snaha vytvořit objekt, který bude do okolní zástavby zapadat a nebude narušovat ráz okolí, které je charakteristické vysokou hustotou historických staveb. Stavba bude převážně řešena zděnými stěnami, pouze schodišťové křídlo je řešeno jako ocelový skelet, na kterém je zavěšena prosklená fasáda. Střecha je navržena sedlová s vikýřovými okny, pokrytá bobrovkou. Výplně otvorů jsou dřevěná - odstín dub. Vnější omítka je užita bílá vápenná Cemix památkářský program. Objekt je funkčně rozdělen na plochy kavárny, vinárny se sklípkem a dvou mezonetových bytů. Suterén a celé 1NP slouží pro komerční účely kavárny s celkovou plochou 97 m2 a vinárny s 139m2. V 2NP spolu s 3NP jsou obytné plochy mezonetových bytů, 4+KK s plochou 125m2 a 6+KK s 180m2. Za hlavní vstup do objektu je považován otevřený průjezd vedoucí na malé vnitřní uzavřené nádvoří. Z průjezdu vede vstup do kavárny a dále je odtud přístup na kryté schodiště propojující všechna podlaží od suterénu, vinného sklípku, přes vyvýšené podlaží vinárny až do 2NP, kde se vchází přes pavlač do mezonetových bytů. Z tohoto atria je také navržen bezbariérový přístup pro celý objekt, schodišťovým křídlem s bezbariérovým výtahem.The solved remains of a house are located in the Znojmo historical center. The old house is protected monument in an urban conservation area. The house is situated of a block of buildings on the corner of a Malá Františkánská and Klácelova streets. The building is dilapidated in this time. Some walls are supported by reinforcing structures. Most of the aboveground structures won´t be able to retain. Only some parts of the house will retain such as cellar, the walls of the Malá Františkánská street, two gothic portals, rock lining of the basement windows and entrance secession´s doors. The main idea was to create an object fitting into the surroundings which is characterized by a high density of historic buildings. The construction is largely solved by brick walls. There are also glazed facade stairs which are designed as a steel frame. The gabled roof covered with plain tiles is proposed with dormer windows. Doors and windows are made of wood - oak shade. There is used white lime Cemix preservationist program on the external plaster. The building is functionally divided into areas cafes, wine cellar and two maisonettes. Basement and whole 1st floor are used for commercial purposes cafe with a total area of 97 square meters. The wine bar is spread at the area of 139 square meters. There are two maisonettes in the 2nd and 3rd floor. The first one is 4+KK with the area of 125 square meters. The second one is 6+KK with 180 square meters. The main entrance to the building is an open passage leading to a small enclosed courtyard. The passage is the entrance to the cafe and also to staircase connecting all floors including the basement, wine cellar, wine bars and both floors with penthouse apartments. There is designed lift for disabled in the whole object from this atrium.

Moravian wine centre Brno

Tématem diplomové práce byl návrh Moravského vinařského centra přímo v jádru města Brna, a to na ulici Hlinky, kde se právě již od středověku na jižních svazích pěstovala vinná réva. Vymezený pozemek určený pro návrh centra je úzký a podlouhlý svažující se směrem na jih a propojuje významnou lokalitu Žlutého kopce a Brněnského výstaviště. Nosnou myšlenkou této diplomové práce je právě tyto lokality propojit a nabídnou návštěvníkovi zcela volný průchod po celé délce areálu. Načež reaguje i hlavní budova Moravského vinařského centra. Ta rozšiřuje prostor uličního parteru a formuje jej prostřednictvím převýšeného „loubí“. Do tohoto prostoru se dům otevírá – ať už prosklenou fasádou prvních dvou podlaží, tak i bohatě dimenzovaným prostupem právě do zadního traktu. Hlavní budova v sobě ukrývá stávající sklepení, kde je umístěn wellness, vinárna, pronajímatelné vinné boxy a degustační sál navazující na výrobu vína. V dalších podlažích jsou umístěny provozy, jako je galerie vína, infocentrum, recepce, obchod, restaurace, kongresové centrum a hotel. V posledním ustoupeném podlaží návštěvníkovi vinařské centrum nabídne prostory kavárny se střešní terasou, z které je vynikající výhled na panoramata města Brna, Brněnské výstaviště a svah Žlutého kopce. Ve vnitrobloku je navrženo nádvoří s jezírkem pro relaxaci. Opodál ve svahu je umístěna budova vinařského institutu se zázemím pro výrobu vína. Tato budova je propojena samostatnou vertikální komunikací do stávajícího sklepení, kde se právě výroba vína odehrává. V druhé polovině pozemku mám umístěny ve svahu tři bloky apartmánů, které nabízejí exkluzivní luxusní ubytování v centru města Brna přímo uprostřed vinohradu. Nejvýraznějším prvkem fasády je předsazená konstrukce, která je jakousi pavučinou, abstraktně graficky odkazující na popínavé šlahouny révy vinné spolu s klenutými oblouky vstupů do vinných sklípků. Tato konstrukce zároveň nenásilně vymezuje část uličního prostoru, který prostorově i funkčně přináleží ke stavbě.This diploma thesis gives a proposal for a new Moravian wine center in the city center of Brno. Wine center is situated on the street Hlinka, where grapevines were planted in the Middle Ages. Demarcated land is narrow and elongated sloping towards to the south and connects the Yellow hills and the Brno Exhibition Centre. The main idea of this thesis is connect these two significant locations and offer the visitor a free passage along the entire length of the complex. Also main building Moravian Wine Centre reflects this fact and it expands the space of the street stalls and forms it into overgrown "arcade". The house is opened into this space - with glazed facade of the first two floors or with transmission into the rear wing. The main building consist of the cellar, where it is located wellness, winehouse, rentable wine boxes and tasting room connected with wine production. The rest of floors are designed for wine gallery, information center, reception, shop, restaurant, conference center and hotel. There is a café with roof terrace in the last floor. It offers a magnificent view into cityscape of Brno, Brno Exhibition Centre and the Yellow slope of the hill. There is designed a pond for relaxation in the courtyard. Nearby is situated Wine Institute building with facilities for making wine. In the second half of the land are located three blocks of luxury apartments in the middle of a vineyard. A leading construction is the most striking feature of the facade that reminds bougainvillea vines with vaulted arches wine cellars and attracts at first sight.

Integration of socially excluded people in the "Nový prostor"project

Thesis Integration of the Socially Excluded in the New Space project deals with the possibilities and ways of help to people in a difficult social situation through involvement in the street paper sale with another support of social services. The theoretical part defines the concepts of social exclusion and homelessness as its most difficult form, social business or human, social and cultural capital. The practical part focuses on social business of the New Space, the characteristics of their clients. An empirical research part is included, with examination about the impact of the support of New Space clients in their-own point of view and the degree of their reintegration into society.
