ある高齢障害者の生活史

人生の過程は,個々によって違うものであり,すべてに個別性がある。これは,障害者にとっても同じことであり,障害とともに過ごしてきた人生には,一つとして同じものはない。障害者を理解し,共感を得るためには,現在の姿だけでなく,生活や環境,歴史などを含め,多方面からの理解が必要となってくる。そのための一方法として,本稿では,生活史法を用いることによって,ある一人の高齢障害者がこれまでどのような人生を歩んできたのか,その過程を明らかにしようとした。具体的には,秋田県皆瀬村のMさんを調査対象として,研究を進めることにした。Every handicapped person\u27s life is different from each other\u27s and has his and her own personalaspects. In order to understand a handicapped person, we have to know their life, enviroment history, etc. It is, therefore, important for us to understand their life histories, including their living environment, to share fellow feeling with them and try to have the relevant social infrastructure or welfare systems. In this research, I summed up the life history of a senior handicapped person living is a village of Akita prefecture, to clarify the living process of an objectof study using the life history method

ケアハウスへの転居と利用者の対人関係

本稿は、ケアハウスへの転居後の対人関係に視点をあてている。対人関係の不安や不満の背景には、表面的なつき合いや希薄さがあるのかどうか、あるとすれば、その背景には何があるのか、そのことが生活に影響するかどうか、この点を明らかにしている。そこで、先行研究を整理し、ケアハウスの利用者8名を対象として、面接調査を行った。その結果、対人関係は、交友関係がある者と、そうではない者にわけられ、その認識としては、「排他的である」、「どこも同じである」、「つき合い方が難しい」と感じている。そこには、「トラブルを避けたい」、「環境が変わった」、「コミュニケーションが円滑にできない」ことが背景にある。しかし、交友関係が形成されなかったり、不満があるからといって、生活に不満足であるとはいえない。以上のことが示唆された。This paper has hit the viewpoint to the human relations after move to a care house.Then, precedence research was summarized and interview investigation was further conducted to the user 8 of a care house. As a result, the following thing became clear. A tenant is divided into people who have a friend, and people who are not. The tenant thinks that human relations are difficult and exclusive. ケアハウス利用者の入居過程に関する一考察

本稿は,ケアハウス入居過程を3段階にわけ,利用者本人がどのようにかかわっていったのか,検討,考察していくことを目的としている。目的達成のために,あるケアハウスの入居者12名を対象として,面接調査を行った。その結果,入居過程には,在宅生活の不安・困難状況があり,次に,ケアハウス入居に際し,情報とのかかわりがみられた。そして,最終的に入居決断をし,入居となっている。在宅生活の不安困難は,家族関係,家事,孤独,将来不安,年齢,病気,住宅事情からもたらされている。情報とかかわり方については,ケアハウスの認知によってわけられ,その態度・対応は,主体的,受動的なかかわりがみられた。そして,入居決定は,本人の主体的決定,家族(夫)の決定によるが,心境は,やむを得ない,納得,驚きにわけられた。このような点が,調査結果から示唆された。The purpose of this paper is carrying out the entrance process of a care house. The entrance process of aCare house is divided into three stages, and the factor for every stage is examined. For this purpose achievement, interview investigation was performed for 12 tenants of a certain Care house. Consequently, the first stage was the difficulty of a home life, Next, it was the stage of information gathering for entrance of a care house. And finally, a aged determines moving in and has entered. Such a point was suggested from the investigation result

農山村における相互依存関係とその変化

明治期から現在にかけて,農山村社会は大きく変化している。これまで,村落共同体に存在していた相互扶助や,家族がもっていた,生産,消費,生活保障,教育,娯楽,信仰,文化伝達といった機能は縮小し,その代替えとして,社会的諸制度が補完している。だが,高齢社会にあるいま,社会的諸制度だけでなく,地域と家族における共助・自助は,もっとも基本的支援体制であり,この基盤づくりが求められている。そのための前提として,本稿では,これまで農山村において,どのような相互依存関係があったのか,また,どのように変化したのか,その過程を明らかにしていく。From the Meiji era to the present, the farm village society has been changing a lot. Although the mutual aid custom existed in the local community and some family functions have substantially existed in it, now the functionmust be reduced and the social system have to come to complement these functions. Now, we need public welfare and the basis of the mutual aid as well as a fundamental organization to support familis, in the aging society. I, therefore, clarify the process of what the interdependent relation had grown and how it has changed in farm villages

特別養護老人ホームにおける音楽活動・実践についての一考察

現在では,高齢者と音楽との関わりについて,研究,実践などが報告されているが,本稿では,これらの研究成果を踏まえながら,特別養護老人ホームにおける音楽活動のプログラム,指導者の資格,あるいは課題等について明らかにしていった。具体的には,音楽活動を実践している特別養護老人ホーム4施設を選定し,セッションへの参加,見学,職員へのインタビューなどを実施し,さらには事例報告から,このねらいを達成していった。結果として,指導者は,音楽療法士,療育音楽療法士の資格者をもっており,月1～2回の頻度で実践されている。プログラムは,合唱,合唱などのように多岐にわたり,楽器,プログラム内容,リズムなどは,高齢者が参加しやすいような工夫がみられるなどの示唆を得ることができた。There are a lot of researches about the relation between the aged and music. This paper clarified the present of the music activity in a special nursing home while referring to the research before. Specifically, four special nursing home were chosen. And, interview to the staff, the visit, and participation to practice was done. The following result has been understood. The leader has music therapist and music rehabilitation qualifications. It is going over the program variably like a chorus and concert. 地域社会に住み続けるためのケアのあり方 : 地域分散型サテライトケアの試みをとおして

本稿が目的とするのは、地域社会に住み続けるための取り組みである、地域分散型サテライトケアを整理することにある。地域分散型サテライトケアは、宅老所・グループホームの自発的な取り組みが原点にあり、そこでの成果といえる小規模、多機能、地域密着を地域展開したものといえる。いうなれば、あたり前の生活や、生活の維持・継続を実現するための取り組みであり、そのための手段として、サテライト施設を分散させているのである。事例として、せんだんの社を取り上げている。せんだんの社では、小学校区にサテライト施設を配置しているが、サービスの組み合わせや選択は、地域事情や設置主体の目的に影響されている。展開に際しては、理念や運営方針、地域社会とのかかわり、総合相談機能の重要性が示唆された。The thrust of this study is to systematize regionally distributed satellite care so that individuals can maintain their base quality of life\u27s activities in their local communities. The movement has its origin in the spontaneous approach seen in day-care centers for the elderly and group homes. Small-scale, multi-functional activities that are closely related to the local community, which are the outgrowth of this approach, may be called regionally located satellite care. Its principles are to maintain an ordinary life in a normal environment and continue such a life style. To carry out this intent, the satellite facilities are dispersed throughout various communities. For example, the "Sendan no Mori" is cited, in which satellite facilities are located in elementary school districts where major activities are based. However, the combinations or selection of services to be offered are determined by the local situation and the purpose of the planning organization. It was suggested that in the development of these activities, the ideals, operational policies, interactions with local communities, and comprehensive counseling functions play important roles
