    AbstractThe purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the application of full day school on student achievement. With a research background, the implementation of full day school in formal education is the one of government effort to improve the quality of education. The method in this research is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. While the analysis technique uses descriptive analysis techniques and simple linear regression analysis. The findings of the study indicate that: (1) The implementation of full day school in SMA Negeri 1 Kembayan is categorized "Good Enough". (2) The level of learning achievement of class XI IPS students at SMA Negeri 1 Kembayan is categorized as Good category. (3) the results of the analysis show that the relationship obtained by variable X (full day school) and variable Y (learning achievement) has a weak relationship with a negative direction, thus Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that there is an influence between the implementation of full day school on the learning achievement to the students. So it can be concluded that the better the implementation of full day school, the learning achievement of students will decrease.Keywords: Full Day School, Learning Achievement

    AbstrackThis study aims to determine the analysis of public interest in CU Semarong products. The research method used is descriptive research in the form of qualitative research. The data sources of this study used data from interviews and observations, consisting of 5 respondents as CU members and 1 respondent as administrative staff. To test the validity of the research data, triangulation of sources and theories was carried out. Based on the tests conducted, this study shows that people's interest in saving is influenced by 2 significant factors, namely location and reputation factors. Close location, good road access, has a good name so that customers feel comfortable and safe in choosing savings products at the Semarong Tayan Hilir CU and the public's interest in choosing loan products at the Semarong Tayan downstream CU is influenced by 3 factors, namely Promotion, Product Knowledge, and Quality of Service. Promotions are carried out by distributing pamphlets/brochures, via the internet, and social media, spreading knowledge to the public so that it raises people's curiosity to find out more by visiting branch offices, the services they provide are also good, polite, courteous, thus attracting public interest. to borrow at CU Semarong.Keywords: Interests, Society, CU Semarong Products

    This study aimed to determine the main factors causing students' learning difficulties and the teacher's efforts in overcoming the problems of students' learning difficulties during the COVID-19 pandemic in social studies subjects for class VII at SMP Negeri 03, Galing. The research method used was descriptive qualitative research. The informants were students of class VIIA and the teacher of social subjects. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. The data collection tools were observation and interview guidelines, and documentation tools. The results of the study indicated: (1) the main factors causing students' learning difficulties can be observed from the aspects of internal and external factors. The internal factors can be observed from students' intelligence, attention, learning interest and motivation. While the external factors of students’ learning difficulties can be observed from the aspect of the school, which includes facilities, infrastructure, and their social environment, it can be concluded that the main factor was the aspect of attention. (2) the teacher's efforts in overcoming the problem of students' learning difficulties by finding out the learning problems faced by students, and the teacher's providing learning guidance, motivation, reprimanding students who do not focus on learning, and conducting remedial programs for students who do not reach the passing grade

The methode used is a qualitative reseatch metode with the type was carriedout by interview, observation, and documentation. Analysis of research SWOTanalysis the results showed the existence of innovation and creativity that chips “ke’sini” and try to compete with other competitors.     This study aims to identify the factors that influence students' interest in learning and to know the role and efforts of social studies teachers in increasing students' learning interest in class VIII C of SMPN 1 Jawai. The research method applied is descriptive with a qualitative research form. Informants in this study were class VIII C students and a social studies teacher. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation using observation guidelines, interview guidelines, and documentation tools. Based on the data, (1) the role of the social studies teacher includes being a motivator, demonstrator, class manager, mediator, facilitator, and evaluator. (2) The lack of students' interest in learning is caused by internal and external factors. Internal factors include aspects of intelligence, attention, feelings, and interest. Meanwhile, external factors include family and school aspects in facilities and infrastructure. (3) Efforts made by teachers to overcome students' lack of interest in learning include providing motivation, using various learning methods, and giving appreciation to students
