    Redistribution of care and provision of caring labor has been the responsibility of government and charitable organizations in the United States and is largely and traditionally provided by women workers and volunteers. This presentation reports outcomes of a CART 2005 Small Grant project, which explores how “care” can be measured and incorporated in economic decision making of non-profit organizations in three states.
