Critical exponents and equation of state of the three-dimensional Heisenberg universality class
We improve the theoretical estimates of the critical exponents for the
three-dimensional Heisenberg universality class. We find gamma=1.3960(9),
nu=0.7112(5), eta=0.0375(5), alpha=-0.1336(15), beta=0.3689(3), and
delta=4.783(3). We consider an improved lattice phi^4 Hamiltonian with
suppressed leading scaling corrections. Our results are obtained by combining
Monte Carlo simulations based on finite-size scaling methods and
high-temperature expansions. The critical exponents are computed from
high-temperature expansions specialized to the phi^4 improved model. By the
same technique we determine the coefficients of the small-magnetization
expansion of the equation of state. This expansion is extended analytically by
means of approximate parametric representations, obtaining the equation of
state in the whole critical region. We also determine a number of universal

25th-order high-temperature expansion results for three-dimensional Ising-like systems on the simple cubic lattice
25th-order high-temperature series are computed for a general
nearest-neighbor three-dimensional Ising model with arbitrary potential on the
simple cubic lattice. In particular, we consider three improved potentials
characterized by suppressed leading scaling corrections. Critical exponents are
extracted from high-temperature series specialized to improved potentials,

analyses of the 25th-order series of the standard Ising model provide the
estimate for the exponent associated with the leading scaling
corrections. By the same technique, we study the small-magnetization expansion
of the Helmholtz free energy. The results are then applied to the construction
of parametric representations of the critical equation of state, using a
systematic approach based on a global stationarity condition. Accurate

Calculations of binding energies and masses of heavy quarkonia using renormalon cancellation
We use various methods of Borel integration to calculate the binding ground
energies and masses of b-bbar and t-tbar quarkonia. The methods take into
account the leading infrared renormalon structure of the hard+soft part of the
binding energies E(s), and of the corresponding quark pole masses m_q, where
the contributions of these singularities in M(s) = 2 m_q + E(s) cancel.
Beforehand, we carry out the separation of the binding energy into its
hard+soft and ultrasoft parts. The resummation formalisms are applied to
expansions of m_q and E(s) in terms of quantities which do not involve
renormalon ambiguity, such as MSbar quark mass, and alpha_s. The
renormalization scales are different in calculations of m_q, E(s) and E(us).
The MSbar mass of b quark is extracted, and the binding energies of t-tbar and
the peak (resonance) energies for (t+tbar) production are obtained.Comment: 23 pages, 8 double figures, revtex4; the version to appear in

Weakly predicted multidirectionality and rapid changes in the effects of environmental factors, as well as the introduction of new sanctions, have a negative impact on the production activities of many enterprises in leading sectors of the Russian economy. To counter these circumstances, the Ministry of Industrial Development has developed a set of industry-specific import substitution strategies, the successful implementation of which will largely be determined by increasing the efficiency of enterprises in leading sectors of the Russian economy. The article shows the importance of improving the efficiency of enterprises in leading sectors of the Russian economy in the face of the negative impact of sanctions restrictions, as well as a system of resulting indicators for its assessment. Econometric modeling of the development of helicopter industry enterprises taking into account the innovation factor
Over the past decade, the Russian helicopter industry, which has been characterized by steady growth, has been confronted with difficulties caused by unstable political situation, fierce competition in world markets, rapid development and introduction of innovative technologies in this sector of the Russian economy. In order to maintain their position in the global market and increase the competitiveness of their products, Russian companies must adapt production to the changing demand for helicopters and pay increased attention to supporting the technological support of production with the latest materials, equipment and components of domestic production. The purpose of this study is to analyze the current state of the enterprises of the domestic helicopter industry on the example of the holding "Helicopters of Russia". To achieve this, the econometric package EViews10 was used and linear and nonlinear models were built, allowing to evaluate the existing and promising demand for Russian helicopters. As a result of the analysis of the models, factors that have a significant impact on the production of Russian helicopters were identified

The development and implementation of import substitution strategies have become the worthy response of our country and key sectors of the Russian economy to the sanctions pressure of leading Western countries. The relevance of the article is determined by an integrated approach used in the development of import substitution strategies in each sector of the Russian economy. Its implementation consisted in the fact that the strategy of import substitution in each sector laid its own set of measures aimed at reducing dependence on imported products and components or their complete replacement by analogues of domestic production. The main goal is to select as one of the defining conditions for the implementation of import substitution strategies, the requirements for compliance with the quality of new types of products and components replaced by international standards. In addition, domestic samples of products and components in quality should not be inferior to analogues of imported equipment, and, if possible, should not exceed them. The subject of this study is the assessment of the dynamics and structural changes in the development of the leading sectors of the Russian economy, caused by the implementation of import substitution strategies. The object of the study was the functional features of the activities of industrial enterprises of leading sectors of the Russian economy and their consideration in the implementation of import substitution strategies. Isothermal Pneumo-Forming of Hemispherical Parts Made Out of Anisotropic Materials In Short-Term Creep Mode
International audienceProvided here are results of theoretical and experimental research of strained and stressed state, force modes, geometrical sizes for the blanks, and limit possibilities of deformation during isothermal blow molding of hemispheric parts of anisotropic material in creeping mode .Determined is the effect for the researched parameters of the studied deformation process, produced by anisotropy of mechanical properties, loading conditions and blank's geometric dimensions. Comparison of the theoretical and experimental data regarding the relative blank thickness in the blank dome and base points, and of data regarding the relative height of the blank, point to their satisfactory agreement (up to 10 percent). Recommendations have been developed regarding calculation of scientifically-based technological parameters for operations of isothermal straining of semi-spherical components made out of highly strong anisotropic materials in the mode of short-time creeping. The recommendations were used during development of technological processes of manufacture-in the mode of short-time creeping and out of highly strong anisotropic materials-.of semispherical components conforming to the operational technical requirements. The technological processes provide for increasing specific strength by 1,5 β 1,7 times, for decreasing the mass by 1,5 times, for reducing labor content by 2-3 times, and for growth of capacity factor β from 0,3 to 0,9

The main purpose of this article is to substantiate the availability of replacement potential for domestic products and the opportunities for its implementation in the leading sectors of the Russian economy. To achieve this, the urgency of implementing import substitution strategies and specific measures will be substantiated in relation to the leading sectors of the Russian economy. The strategies of import substitution are based on measures aimed at reducing the volume of imported products and components or its complete cessation as they are replaced by analogues of domestic production. Hence the potential of import substitution can be considered as a difference between own production and consumption of imported products and components. The article presents the results of an econometric modeling of the influence of factors on the formation and development of human capital of the Russian economy. The equations of the paired linear regres sion model and the exponential model for calculating the human capital development index (HDI) are obtained. Models are based on statistics from the United Nations Development Program (Human Development Report), the World Bank and the State Statistics Committee of Russia for 2000-2018. Studies of factors of sustainable economic development in modern conditions are highly relevant for Russia due to the constant increase and tightening of sanctions restrictions. They have a negative impact on the introduction of innovative developments and economic growth, and reduce the competitiveness of Russian enterprises and their products on world markets. Human capital can become one of the key factors for countering sanctions restrictions, improving the efficiency of economic development and gaining additional competitive advantages for domestic enterprises and the economy as a whole. Assessing the impact of human capital on the sustainable development of the economy is difficult, since it is one of the specific forms of capital. When making appropriate measurements, economic scientists rely on a number of developed theoretical methods and practical tools that support them, which allow us to obtain fairly accurate values of the human capital development index (HDI) based on statistical data. First of all, this is the current UN methodology for calculating the HDI indicator, as well as modern software systems OriginPro-8.6 and Eviews-10.0, which have sufficiently advanced functionality for performing calculations. Russia today has all the necessary prerequisites and opportunities for progressive social and economic development. However, the formation of econometric models will help to timely determine the current and forecast values of the level of human capital development for individual enterprises, industries, and the country's economy as a whole. This paper shows the practical application of the econometric tools of all the above approaches to obtain the calculated values of the HDI indicator for different time periods and different scenarios for the development of the Russian economy. The results obtained confirmed the high practical significance of the tools used and the acceptable accuracy of the calculations. However, the current and forecast values of the level of human capital development alone will not be able to ensure the effective development of the Russian economy. On the contrary, the effective use of human capital in the implementation of import substitution strategies and national projects will allow our country to become one of the world's leading economic development countries.
