In this work, carbonnanotubes (CNT) was firstly purified to remove residual metal catalyst in the preparation process. Afterward, H2O2/NH3 mixture was used as the oxidizing agent for CNT treatment in order to form functional groups COOH and NH2 on CNT surface. Polyethyleneglycol and bis(3-triethoxysilylpropyl) tetrasulfide (TESPT) were then grafted onto the oxidized surface of CNT under appropriate conditions of Fischer esterification reaction. The structure of CNT and modified CNT were characterized by infrared spectroscopy, Raman, transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and weight thermal analysis (TGA). The results have proven that organic functional groups (-COOH and -NH2) were successfully attached onto the surface of CNT and the content of the organic functional group is about 27.85 %. By the CNT modified with PEG and TESPT the content of –CO-PEG and –CO-TESPT are about 24.66 % and 3.28 %, respectively

Tổng hợp, xác định cấu trúc phức chất của Ni(II), Pd(II) với 5-bromo-6,7-dihidroxyl-1-metyl-3-sunfoquinolin bằng các phương pháp phổ và tính toán hóa học lượng tử

In this research, a new derivative of quinoline, namely 5-bromo-6,7-dihydroxyl-1-methyl-3-sulfoquinole (QOH) as well as two complexes of Ni(II) and Pd(II) with this ligand [M(QOH-1H)2] were synthesized. The molecular formulas and structures of the complexes were determined using a combination of IR, EDX, ESI MS and 1H NMR spectra. Additionally, the structure of the palladium complex was assigned by a combination with quantum chemical calculations using the method of density functional theory which is implemented in Gaussian 09 program package. The results show that this is a square planar complex, in which the QOH ligand coordinates with the center ion Pd(II) via the O atom of its –OH phenol groups and the OH groups have trans configuration. Thiết kế mô hình kiểm tra và giám sát thành tích trong thi năng khiếu thể dục thể thao tại Trường Đại học Cần Thơ

Ứng dụng khoa học kỹ thuật vào trong giảng dạy, nghiên cứu sản xuất và trong đời sống đang là xu thế tích cực hiện nay. Tuyển sinh năng khiếu thể dục thể thao cho ngành giáo dục thể chất tại Trường Đại học Cần Thơ lâu nay sử dụng những thiết bị xác định thành tích chủ yếu bằng thủ công và ảnh hưởng chủ quan của người đo. Công việc này ít nhiều chưa đảm bảo tính khách quan và công bằng cho thí sinh. Với mong muốn tạo ra những thiết bị có hệ thống giám sát và kiểm tra nội dung thi năng khiếu thể dục thể thao tại Trường Đại học Cần Thơ.  Đề tài nghiên cứu đã sử dụng Kit Raspberry Pi 3 được cài đặt với phần mềm WinIoT và Visual Studio, cảm biến quang SRF05, Module thu phát RF 315 MHz và những linh kiện thiết kế cảm biến quang. Những thiết bị này mang tính chuyên dụng, có chi phí thấp, có khả năng đảm bảo tính khách quan và chính xác trong việc xác định thành tích cho các thí sinh. Để đạt được điều này, nhóm nghiên cứu đã thiết kế và tạo ra ba sản phẩm: máy đếm thời gian môn chạy, máy đo gập dẻo dạng ngồi và bật xa tại chỗ

NGHIÊN CỨU CHẾ TẠO VÀ KHẢO SÁT HIỆU ỨNG KÍCH KHÁNG BỆNH GAN THẬN MỦ TRÊN CÁ TRA (PANGASIANODON HYPOPHTHALMUS) CỦA OLIGOCHITOSAN VÀ OLIGOβ-GLUCAN

TÓM TẮT Oligoβ-glucan và oligochitosan được chế tạo bằng phương pháp chiếu xạ dung dịch β-glucan và chitosan trong H2O2. Ảnh hưởng quá trình cắt mạch đến sự thay đổi khối lượng phân tử (KLPT) đã đựợc đo bằng sắc ký gel thấm qua (GPC). Kết quả thu được cho thấy KLPT của oligoβ-glucan và oligochitosan giảm khi tăng nồng độ H2O2 và liều xạ. Ðối với oligoβ-glucan, KLPT giảm từ 56.7 kDa xuống còn 7,1 kDa khi chiếu xạ dung dịch β-glucan 10%/H2O2 1% tại liều xạ 14 kGy. Đối với oligochitosan KLPT giảm từ  45,5 kDa xuống 5,0 kDa khi chiếu xạ dung dịch chitosan 4%/H2O2 0,5% tại liều xạ 21 kGy. Cá tra (Pangasianodon hypophthalmus) được cho ăn thức ăn có bổ sung oligoβ-glucan và oligochitosan ở các nồng độ 50, 100 và 200 mg/kg trong vòng 45 ngày và sau đó được gây nhiễm bệnh với vi khuẩn Edwardsiella ictaluri để khảo sát hiệu ứng kich kháng bệnh gan thận mủ. Kết quả cho thấy oligoβ-glucan và oligochitosan đều có hiệu ứng kích kháng bệnh tốt với  nồng độ thích hợp là khoảng 100 mg/kg

Four ent-kaurane diterpenoids, annoglabasin E (1), annonaglabasin B (2), 19-nor-ent-kauran-4α-ol-17-oic acid (3), and paniculoside IV (4) were isolated from the methanol extract of the Annona glabra fruits by various chromatographic experiments. Their structures were characterized by 1D- and 2D-NMR spectra and ESI-MS, as well as in comparison with those reported in the literature. Among these compounds, 4 has been isolated from the genus Annona for the first time
