The research of occupational risks of nursing assistants: interdisciplinary approach to the study of health risks

The aim of the article is to present the critical analysis of the main directions of research of health risks. Therefore the sociological conceptualization of the notion «risk» has been defined. Basic foundations of phthisiology professionalization in the assessment of experts

The aim of the work is to study the conditions and stereotypes that determine the process of professionalization in the field of phthisiology. The main factors have been analyzed that characterize the situation of ТВ as a public health sphere in Russia. Material and Methods. Applying qualitative research strategy — semi-structured expert interviews. The basis of the study is the expert opinion of practitioners in the field of ТВ: ТВ service specialists of Saratov Region (Regional Clinical ТВ Dispensary in Saratov) and lecturers of the department of Phthisiopulmonology of Saratov State Medical University n.a. V. I. Razumovsky (n=10). Results. The article presents research materials, aimed at identifying the specifics of the basic foundations of national ТВ professionalization. The main factors of vocational choice include a personal interest in the profession, value preferences, information availability, safety and the risk of occupational diseases, the contingent of patients. Conclusion. On the basis of expert opinion the influence of endogenous and exogenous factors to assess ТВ status of the professional medical community, as well as students — physicians in the context of their future professional socialization have been described.</p

Forming value orientations on healthy lifestyle among students

This work contains the model of forming the students' value priorities on healthy lifestyle based on the following levels: influence of the government, influence of the educational institution, influence of surrounding community, and self-motivation. The analysis of government motivation system used in Russia is given as well as how this policy integrated into the activities of the educational institution (on example of Saratov State Medical University n.a. Phithisiology status as a specialization in the representation of medical students

The aim of the research is to determine the status of ТВ as a vector of professional specialization, based on the survey of medical students. Material and methods. The survey of the 5th year students of Saratov State Medical University n.a. V. I. Razumovsky. Results. The status of ТВ in the views of students in the context of its impact on the selection of individual career has been identified. Conclusion. The study has found out the low professional ТВ status. The survey results help update the search for solutions to the problem of forming the prevalence of ТВ status as a specialization
