Attitude towards Labor Migration from Post-Soviet Economies among the Population of Central Siberia (Krasnoyarsk Krai Case Study)
Between 2010 and 2016, scientists and post-graduates from the Siberian Federal University have conducted a number of complex studies into the processes of labor migration in Krasnoyarsk Krai. These studies involved field research methods, surveying, expert interviews, statistical data analysis, and the associative experiment method designed by A.Β Nazarov and R.Β Sokolov. Based on these studies, the researchers were able to conclude that migration processes were taking contradictory paths. The new industrialization of Siberia requires substantial labor resources and Krasnoyarsk Krai needs a significant increase in manpower. Job-wise, the Central Siberian regions appear to look most attractive to people living in post-Soviet economies. The ethnic composition of the migrant workforce coming to Krasnoyarsk Krai has seen a substantial change over the past 10 years. At the same time, anti-migrant attitudes in Krasnoyarsk Krai are on the rise, whilst ethnic and religious tolerance is decreasing.

Foam Metals High-Temperature Electrical Characteristicsβ Investigation
In the work presented we have carried out experimental investigations of high- temperature electrophysical
properties of foam metals. We have obtained data of foam nickel and foam copper resistivity
and temperature coefficients of resistance (TCR) versus their plane deformation degree within the
temperature range from 100 to 950 ΒΊΠ‘
Characteristic Features of Ethnic Labor Migration in the Krasnoyarsk Krai (Central Siberia, Russia)
This research is devoted to the analysis of some aspects of ethnic labor mobility in Krasnoyarsk Krai. The main method of research is a quantitative
survey, including the interpretation of the quantitative results. Currently, Krasnoyarsk Krai (Central Siberia, Russia) is a zone of active ethnic labor
mobility. The majority of the ethnic migrant workers are from Central Asia (Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan). Ethnic labor mobility from Armenia
and Azerbaijan is decreasing. The hosts, the residents of the Krasnoyarsk Krai, are experiencing a range of phobias towards the labor immigrants
(xenophobia and migrant-phobia). For the harmonization of relationships between migrants and the hosts, preventative measures should be taken to
prevent possible confl icts, including constant monitoring of the situation. The study shows that students and youth of the Siberian Federal University
have a positive attitude toward people who are engaged in labor mobility. Political management should take the complex structure of the host into
the account and be ready to regulate diffi cult intercultural relationships between the people of Krasnoyarsk Krai and the people who come there from
Central Asia and other countries.

in the result of this process, which influence the activity of federal universities. We suggest a structural
model of the regional innovative platform, being based on the interaction of autonomic educational
institutions, territorial-administrative formations and financial-industrial groups
Quality of Life Evaluation by the Indigenous Population of the Arctic North of the Krasnoyarsk Territory (Krai) Based on Khatanga Rural Population
The subject of the research is the quality of life of the small-numbered indigenous peoples of
the Siberian North, the Nganasan and the Dolgans, locally resident in the territory of the rural
settlement cluster in Khatanga District of the Taymyr (Dolgano-Nenets) Municipal District
of the Krasnoyarsk Territory (Krai). The objective of the present research is to analyse the
differentiation of quality of life perception by various strata of population living in the remote
areas of the Northern Arctic zone of the Krasnoyarsk Territory (Krai). The purpose is to apply
the comparative analysis method developed for the research of the quality of life of people
living in the remote rural districts of the northern and Central taiga zones of Siberia. The main
methodological base for the research is a group of theoretical scientific methods related to the
analysis of empirical data obtained through questionnaires, surveys, observation and interview
of small-numbered indigenous peoples in the places of their residence. The academic novelty
of the research is the application of an efficient comprehension and evaluation method to the
quality of life of the people compactly resident in severe northern climate, classified as smallnumbered indigenous peoples of the North. For differentiation of the population strata by the
objective and subjective evaluation of their quality of life, statistic data were used; as a result,
the degree of their satisfaction with the quality of education, security, local authorities, material
welfare, cultural services, environmental situation and medical services was assessed
