In this investigation we researched process of formation of calcium-phosphate layer on surface of polylactide and composite materials. We investigate samples in SBF-solution which imitate biological environment conditions. Analysis shown that there is an active forming of new calcium-phosphate layer on the surface by chemical adsorption
