Digital production management of the pagelaran Ketoprak Mataram program in RRI Yogyakarta during Covid-19 pandemic
This research was motivated by the important role of digital content production management at the Ketoprak Mataram RRI Programa 4 Yogyakarta event and how to implement health protocols during the pandemic. This paper aims to find out how to manage digital content production for the Mataram Ketoprak Show program and the application of health protocols during the production of the RRI Program 4 Yogyakarta Ketoprak Mataram Show program during the pandemic. The method used is a case study method while data collection techniques are carried out by in-depth interviews, observation, documentation, and archival recordings. The results showed that during the production process due to the pandemic, RRI Programa 4 Yogyakarta employees had succeeded in designing new strategies and concepts to continue to hold the Mataram Ketoprak Performance. They use the media in the form of Live Streaming via the YouTube platform @RRIJOGJAOFFICIAL. The production management model that is applied to the intended digital content can go through several stages, namely pre-production, production, and post-production. In addition, good health protocols have also been implemented properly to minimize the spread of COVID-19 virus transmission at all stages carried out during the production process. at the Ketoprak Mataram Program RRI Program 4 Yogyakarta has been implemented and implemented well, as well as the implementation of health protocols according to the standards that have been set during the pandemic

INITIATING MULTICULTURAL EDUCATION IN INDONESIAN COMMUNICATION STUDIES
The issue of multiculturalism into a time bomb that exploded after the 1998 reform. The various conflicts that contains multicultural sentiment as happened in Ambon, Poso and Sambas proof multicultural issues in Indonesia. In relation to communication, multicultural conflict is inseparable from the role of opinion leaders who communicate ideas and ideas on the audience and also how the mass media do multicultural framing the conflict that occurred. An important role of communication in the realm of multicultural issues is the position of higher education is becoming increasingly significant communication sciences. Communication studies in Indonesia is in the face of communication seen stuttering multicultural issues that occur. This bias was also not released from the state of higher education before the reform of science communication is dominated by a paradigm that was developed to emphasize the New Order developmental models. In the New Order era, multicultural issues covered by the government and if the emerging multicultural issues through the repressive military government officials and leading into the solution. This condition is different from the post-reform era, when transparency of information and communication occurs. Multicultural issues can no longer be solved by the approach of state power but should involve civil society. Involving civil society is an open communication opportunities for higher education to contribute in the insertion of multiculturalism in education. Pelanggaran Pedoman Perilaku Penyiaran dan Standar Program Siaran (P3SPS) pada Tayangan Talk Show (Studi Analisis Isi Pelanggaran P3SPS dalam Program Ini Talk Show di NET TV)
Pedoman Perilaku Penyiaran and Standar Program Siaran are a control or regulatory devices compiled by Komisi Penyiaran Indonesia for use as reference in all broadcasting operations in Indonesia. The rise of competition in the broadcast industry has resulted in a decrease in the quality of broadcast programs. Violations against P3SPS become a common occurrence, especially on television. Television programs that have a good image do not guarantee whether the program has a good quality as well. This study was conducted on the Ini Talk Show program that aired on December 18-22, 2017 as many as 5 episodes. Measurement of violations using four categories referring to P3SPS, 1) Prohibition and restriction of sex scenes, 2) Prohibition and restriction of violent scenes (verbal and non verbal), 3) Protection of certain people and community groups, 4) Breach protection to children, teenagers, and women. This type of research is content analysis using quantitative approach. Based on 5 episodes that have been analyzed, researchers found violations in the categories of sex scenery 1%, restrictions on the scene of violence as much as 34%, protection to people and certain communities as much as 31%, and protection of children, adolescents, and women as much as 34%. Such violations occur both verbally and nonverbally and can be found in all episodes.

The research methodology that is used is qualitative descriptive with data collection through in-depth interviews involving an offender of cinema in Yogyakarta, the literature study and relevant documents. This study found that was the film community as the basis distributor of short film or alternate in Yogyakarta. This community can come from campus and outside campus. In a line distribution filmmaker of Yogyakarta play the movie from one place to another place by the festival playback on a campus and screening outside campus. The development of the internet technology made it easier for in search of a sac culture and decent it can be used the movie. PENERIMAAN PENONTON MENGENAI PERAN GENDER PADA KARAKTER PEREMPUAN DALAM FILM BUMI MANUSIA
This research is an reception analysis from Stuart Hall theory developed by David Morley. The research aims to find out how the audience in accepting and interpreting gender roles in women in Bumi Manusia film through in depth interviews and Focus Group Discussion (FGD) with seven informants. Informants came from Klub DIY Menonton, Montase Film, Feminis Yogya, Yogyakarta Hijrah, LDK Jama’ah Shalahuddin, Rumah Baca Komunitas, dan Himpunan Mahasiswa Islam (HMI) Tunas Bangsa. Bumi Manusia is a historical genre film directed by Hanung Bramantyo. The film tells the suffering of the natives and the suffering of women in the suppression of patriarchal culture. The results of the study prove the concept of active audiences in interpreting media messages. The researcher found the encoding-decoding is in dominant-hegemonic position. The informant agree that woman is in second position in society and law
University Students Behavior in Searching and Disseminating COVID-19 Online Information
Various accesses to information of COVID-19 can be reached through the internet. The internet, which can be used by anyone, anytime, and anywhere, pervades the boundary of people's dimensions of life, time, and space. Social media is the platform used by internet users to search for information about COVID-19. From the perspective of technological determinism, technology determines and shapes human life. This research attempts to analyze the use of social media for searching for information regarding COVID-19 and aims to comprehend the use of social media for searching for information regarding COVID-19 among Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta's students. The research is essential to map out student's behavior in searching for information regarding COVID-19. The research found that students were digital natives that used social media for searching for information about COVID-19. The students were digitally literate in using social media to search for information regarding COVID-19 by verifying information before disseminating it on their social media account

Abstract: The growth of soccer clubs in the cities and districts in Central Java provokes clashes among supporters, and even between supporters and locals. This article looks at how local daily newspapers, Suara Merdeka and Wawasan, built a narrative reports related to the clash by using Marie Gillespie’s narrative analysis model to see the structures. The analysis shows the narratives put fanatic supporters as citizen’s enemy. Interestingly, the narratives also depict fanatic supporters as “powerless†group who has to be rescued by the army or security forces, whereas in Europe, especially in Italy and the UK, supporters are strictly against themAbstrak: Pertumbuhan klub sepak bola di kota dan kabupaten di Jawa Tengah menyulut bentrokan supporter-suporter dan suporter-warga.
