    Worldwide, there are more and more enterprises, organizations and educational institutions where the educational process works partially or exclusively via the Internet using a wide range of online courses. In such an online course design, resources and materials made available to learners must compensate the missing of the physical presence of the trainer or teacher as well as the missing of a direct and permanent communication between learners and trainers/teachers, these features being common to traditional educational process through classroom courses.     Investment management in associative units

    This paper proposes to find out the investment efficiency of an associative unit in vegetables processing and trading field. For this, a scenario by 100% loan is taken into consideration. This research focuses on broth, tomatoes juice, pickled cucumbers, pickled cabbage, assorted pickles and seedlings, also on how cooperation in processing and trading can determine efficiency, leading to an increasing level of development of unit. In this order, an economic and financial analysis was necessary. Indicators such as production, incomes and expenditures have been studied. The paper consists into the establishment of a processing vegetables to extend their life, mitigate seasonality of supply of vegetables and get products with higher value added that consumer demand; establishing a network for collecting local vegetables, supply of raw materials for the processing vegetables; providing storage and marketing services for cooperative members. As financial objectives, in this project, machinery and equipment for processing vegetables were purchased; the purchase of land for the location of the vegetables making factory and warehouse The obtained results show a positive investment result

    Farmers persuasion regarding implementing of the methodological support for determining the performance in agricultural exploitations

    This paper is a quantitative and qualitative approach of performance from Romanian agriculture exploitations, focusing on the need to implement the methods to determining of it. Are references to the content of performance, to the variables that influence, to the assimilation of methodology for assessing of the its level by managers or producers. For this purpose, are created theoretical and methodological conditions which to provide information necessary for the understanding and acceptance of application of methods for determining the performance. For this, are used the statistics in this area by presenting some methods with large utilization in production activities and in marketing and illustration, by elaborate a questionnaire from producers, to convince them to implement methods and techniques as scientific base of decisions. Considering the multitude of factors which acting on achieving performance, the results show, undoubtedly, the need of minimum of economic and managerial knowledge which to put in value the potentialities of exploitations

    The protected areas are considered among the most effective means for conservation of biological diversity, which is highlighted in the article 8 of the Convention on Biological Diversity. The historical approach to the process of nature protection in Romania reveals the existence of several stages, among which the establishment and organization of protected areas play an important role. In this respect, protected areas can become systems in which human activities are managed to allow maintaining of structure and function a full range of ecosystems, in order to provide benefits for present and future generations. The management plan to level of protected area is the instrument that substantiates the decisions of managers regarding the protected area and regulates the limitary site of activities, whatever of owner and category of land use, the aim being the respect of the management objectives. The paper presents the environmental, economic and social criteria that substantiate the management plan to the protected area level, appropriate and proactive approach in assessing performance of these areas.criteria, decisions, environment, management plan, protected area.
