The aim of this study is to predict the development of market price movements using the most popular technical indicators on a new type of interpretation. Technical indicators are series of data points derived by applying a formula to the price data of a security what includes any combination of the open, high, low or close prices over a period of time. This analysis can help investors to anticipate what will happen to prices over the time. We study the evolution and prediction for company ALBALACT SA Alba Iulia, symbolized ALBZ which is in Exchange segment RASDAQ, part of BVB. We are proving that a better prediction could be done using a increasing number of indicators, or using statistical analyses of data. For that we are using an indicator named Rate-of-Change (ROC) which is a centered oscillator that fluctuates above and below zero line, completed with MVSP statistical analyze of data in order to predict the evolution of prices

The main objective of this study is to present our researches regarding the determination of total polyphenols content of seventeen medicinal plants from Romania using NIR Spectroscopy. For this it were performed correlations between the values obtained for total polyphenols content (mM/g) using a chemical method with Folin Ciocalteau reagent and the reflectance values of frequencies from NIR spectra. To obtain the main parameters of the regression model for total polyphenols content determination using NIR Spectroscopy it was used PLS-Laverage method of UNSCRAMBLE software. The correlation coefficient R2 obtained for regression equation was equal with 0.994752. The good quality of prediction of obtained PLS-Leverage model was done by the small values of the deviation, between 6% and 8%

Were investigated in this paper the nitrogen content in soil, in leaf and in tomato fruit after NPK fertilization. The experience was done in a cambic cernosium soil, with low acidity reaction and the high natural fertility potential favorable vegetables cultivation. The study was performed on control soil samples (without fertilizers) and soil samples after differentiated NPK fertilization in variable dozes: N30P30K30, N45P45K45, N60P60K60, N120P60K60. A field experiment was using tomatoes samples in different precocity steady: early (Export II) and middle tardy (Ace Royal). Nitrate content in fruit varied from 0.27-0.45ppm; the highest concentration was found in N45P45K45 doses fertilization and the lowest was in control. Tomatoes sorts did not influence the nitrogen content in fruit. Nitrate content in soil before or at harvest are known to be critical factors in determining nitrate levels in tomato fruit

The influence of the rate of fertilizer on tomatoes fruit quality aspects such as taste and content of nutritionally important compounds were investigated in this paper. The tomatoes were analyzed for sugar content, titrable acidity, vitamin C (ascorbic acid), lycopene, phenolic compounds and total antioxidant activity by FRAP. The experience was done in a cambic cernosium soil, with low acidity reaction and the high natural fertility potential favorable vegetables cultivation. The study was performed on control soil samples (without fertilizers) and soil samples after differentiated NPK fertilization in variable doses: N30P30K30, N45P45K45, N60P60K60, N120P60K60. The fertilization doses and the application methods in tomatoes fertilization were to determine in correlations between agro chemistry factors. A field experiment was using tomatoes samples in different precocity steady: early (Export II) and middle tardy ( Campbell 1327). The NPK fertilization doses were affect the quality of tomatoes fruit

Virtually all metals can produce toxicity when ingested in sufficient quantities, but there are several which are especially important because either they are so pervasive, or produce toxicity at such low concentrations. When speaking of heavy metals we generally mean, lead, mercury, iron, copper, manganese, cadmium, arsenic, nickel, aluminium, silver, and beryllium. The analysis performed on animal model have been chosen to offer information regarding to the accumulation levels of cadmium in different organs and tissue of the laboratory mice and to test some new methods to detoxify the organisms. In order to obtain the information there have been performed two programs: programme of cadmium poisoning and programme of detoxification

In this paper it was obtained the apple vinegar with addition of red wines concentrates in different percents for to improve the antioxidant properties. For processing of red wine concentrates it was used the young red wines Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. For resulted vinegar types were analyzed total acidity, extract, total antioxidant capacity (using FRAP method), total polyphenols amount (by Folin-Ciocalteu method) and monomeric anthocyanins (using pH-differential method). Polyphenols content from vinegar with Cabernet Sauvignon concentrates addition was situated in the range 0.74-3.42 mM gallic acid/L and for vinegar with red wine Merlot concentrates addition between 0.74-2.64 mM gallic acid/L. The antioxidant capacity was presented the values between 0.45-8.18 mM Fe2+/L for apple vinegar with Cabernet Sauvignon concentrates addition and between 0.45-6.69 mM Fe2+/L for vinegar with Merlot concentrate addition. The polyphenols content and monomeric anthocyanins content of apple vinegars with red wine concentrates increase in rapport with the percent of red wines concentrates added. The values of polyphenols content and total antioxidant capacity were more with approximate 20% in the case of vinegar with Cabernet Sauvignon concentrates addition comparatively with the case of vinegar with Merlot concentrates addition

In this paper it was determined the antioxidant properties – evaluated by FRAP and DPPH methods, total polyphenols content, monomeric anthocyanins amount and color structure for natural concentrates obtained from berries (bilberry, gooseberry, raspberry, blackberry) and garden fruits (cherry and strawberry). The antioxidant capacity determined by FRAP method was presented the values between 149.5-444.38 mM Fe2+/L and in the case of DPPH assay the obtained values was situated in the range 10.97-40.60%. Polyphenols content from analysed concentrates was situated in the range 86.57-217.60 mM gallic acid/L and the amounts of monomeric anthocyanins it was found in the range 8.47•103-23.58•103 mg/L calculated as cyanidin-3-glucoside. In the case of color structure analysis, it was determinate the fraction of color due to monomeric anthocyanins, copigmented anthocyanins and polymeric pigments. For all analyzed concentrates, the monomeric anthocyanins represent the main fraction which contribute to the final color of products. For concentrates obtained from garden fruits the percent of color due to monomeric anthocyanins is 59-66%, comparativelly with the case of natural concentrates from berries (68.41-77.55%). Copigmented anthocyanins and polymeric pigments contribute in small measure to the natural concentrates color
