EFEKTIVITAS PENGGUNAAN KOMPUTER SEBAGAI MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN TERHADAP PENINGKATAN KOSAKATA ANAK BERKESULITAN BELAJAR BAHASA INGGRIS SISWA KELAS III SD NEGERI 5 JATEN KECAMATAN JATEN KABUPATEN KARANGANYAR TAHUN AJARAN 2010/2011
The aim of this research is to know the effectiveness of using computer as
learning media to improve english vocabulary of learning disabilities in english of third
grade students at SD Negeri 5 Jaten Jaten District Karanganyar Regency in academic
year 2010/2011.
This research uses experimental method. The populations are all of students in
the third grade who have learning disabilities, consist of 4 persons. In this research does
not apply sample and sampling technique because all of the populations become the
subject of research. The instrument used to collect the data is objective test in the form of
multiple choice. The technique of analyzing data that used is statistic non parametric
with Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test Analysis.
The analysis result of test shows Z = -2,000 with probability (P) 0,046. Because
the score probability from Z is lower than wrong probability that is 5% (α = 0,05), it can
be concluded that hypothesis says “Using computer as learning media is effective to
improve English vocabulary of learning disabilities in english of third grade students at
SD Negeri 5 Jaten Jaten District Karanganyar Regency in academic year 2010/2011” it
can be accepted.
According the result of analysis can be concluded that using computer as
learning media is effective to improve English vocabulary of learning disabilities in
English of third grade students at SD Negeri 5 Jaten Jaten District Karanganyar
Regency in academic year 2010/2011
