Economic Growth and Stimulating Private Business Investment in Infrastructure by Assessing Its Need
Global statistics indicate increasing in private investors’ activity. Instead of the debate about the growing infrastructure needs and adequacy of funding to meet, the more urgent is the search for more effective mechanisms to attract investment in infrastructure assets. The chief objective of the study is to analyze the demand for infrastructure services to ensure the activities of organizations forming the priority clusters in the region, made for orientation on the existing industry need in the infrastructure support plans formation, concerning the construction financing of transport and other Infrastructure on a parity basis for economic growth. It is determined that the quality of transport connections play a vital role. It was established, that in all studied clusters, there is a tendency to increase transport services demand. Given the results, the petrochemical cluster enterprisestrochemical cluster is ready to finance transport infrastructure from the profits (perhaps on a matching base state) to remove the constraints of its industrial growth. For marginal assessment of investments into the development of a transport complex efficiency, the regression model "investments - profit" is received. It is suggested that with the growth of the industry, its profit is increasing at a rapid pace, each additional ruble of investment brings higher returns

The purpose of the article is to analysis the issues of the process of education and business informatization. Education and Business informatization is accompanied by an increase in the volume of processed information and the speed of information exchange. To meet the aim of the study, the analytical method is utilized and numerous relevant studies are taken into account. Based on the results, increasing the level of reliability of information reduces the transaction costs of the company, reducing the probability of errors and risks in the management of the organization. The results of the study make it possible to draw the following conclusions. The introduction of modern information technologies in the activities of organizations leads to reduced transaction costs due to the increased reliability of the information database, as well as due to increased transparency of information flows of the organization.El propósito del artículo es analizar los problemas del proceso de informatización educativa y empresarial. La informatización de Educación y Negocios va acompañada de un aumento en el volumen de información procesada y la velocidad del intercambio de información. Para cumplir con el objetivo del estudio, se utiliza el método analítico y se tienen en cuenta numerosos estudios relevantes. Con base en los resultados, aumentar el nivel de confiabilidad de la información reduce los costos de transacción de la empresa, reduciendo la probabilidad de errores y riesgos en la gestión de la organización. Los resultados del estudio permiten sacar las siguientes conclusiones. La introducción de tecnologías de la información modernas en las actividades de las organizaciones conduce a costos de transacción reducidos debido a la mayor confiabilidad de la base de datos de información, así como debido a una mayor transparencia de los flujos de información de la organización.O objetivo do artigo é analisar as questões do processo de educação e informatização empresarial. Para cumprir o objetivo do estudo, o método analítico é utilizado e numerosos estudos relevantes são levados em consideração. Com base nos resultados, aumentar o nível de confiabilidade das informações reduz os custos de transação da empresa, diminuindo a probabilidade de erros e riscos na gestão da organização. Os resultados do estudo permitem tirar as seguintes conclusões. The Implementation of Project-Oriented Management Model in the Educational Sphere
Due to the purpose of entry into the world rankings of universities, there is a need for increase in management effectiveness of educational and innovative activity. With growth of changes, dynamics of consumers demand flexibility of organizational processes and structures has to grow. One of mechanisms of such transformation of the higher school is project-oriented management. Each educational, research, entrepreneurial, administrative project can be considered as the independent market product significantly raising indicators of university activity. Participants of educational process are integrated into development of projects therefore Groups of design training during study work on the solution of specific problems of customers that increases interest of business in university. The purposes of project-oriented model of university management are described, stages and results of model introduction are represented in the article. It is concluded that the internal system of a project-oriented university acquires the features of an entrepreneurial organization, according to which the main task of the organization's management is not the planning and monitoring of workers' actions, but the creation of favorable conditions for the initiative and the full support of personnel implementing projects in accordance with the strategy development

This situation became the main impetus for the development of domestic software. The development of domestic database management systems is also encouraged by government policy. All this led to an increase of popularity and number of developments of domestic software in general and DBMS in particular
