    We introduce the notion of λ\lambda-double Lie algebra, which coincides with usual double Lie algebra when λ=0\lambda = 0. We state that every λ\lambda-double Lie algebra for λ0\lambda\neq0 provides the structure of modified double Poisson algebra on the free associative algebra. In particular, it confirms the conjecture of S. Arthamonov (2017). We prove that there are no simple finite-dimensional λ\lambda-double Lie algebras.Comment: 27

    Measurement of the forward-backward asymmetry in low-mass bottom-quark pairs produced in proton-antiproton collisions

    We report a measurement of the forward-backward asymmetry, A[subscript FB], in b[bar over b] pairs produced in proton-antiproton collisions and identified by muons from semileptonic b-hadron decays. The event sample is collected at a center-of-mass energy of √s = 1.96 TeV with the CDF II detector and corresponds to 6.9 fb[superscript −1] of integrated luminosity. We obtain an integrated asymmetry of A[subscript FB](b[bar over b])=(1.2± 0.7)% at the particle level for b-quark pairs with invariant mass, m[subscript b[bar over b]], down to 40 GeV/c[superscript 2] and measure the dependence of A[subscript FB](b[bar over b]) on m[subscript b[bar over b]]. The results are compatible with expectations from the standard model

    Pile-Up Mitigation using Attention

    Particle production from secondary proton-proton collisions, commonly referred to as pile-up, impair the sensitivity of both new physics searches and precision measurements at LHC experiments. We propose a novel algorithm, PUMA, for identifying pile-up objects with the help of deep neural networks based on sparse transformers. These attention mechanisms were developed for natural language processing but have become popular in other applications. In a realistic detector simulation, our method outperforms classical benchmark algorithms for pile-up mitigation in key observables. It provides a perspective for mitigating the effects of pile-up in the high luminosity era of the LHC, where up to 200 proton-proton collisions are expected to occur simultaneously

    The aim of the study was to study the characteristics of the chemiluminescent activity of platelets in normal and coronary heart disease. The study involved 35 patients with coronary artery disease and 16 relatively healthy people. The object of study is peripheral blood. The result was significant differences in the intensity of luminescence of platelets. Patients have increased luminescence, and therefore increased production of reactive oxygen species. This feature of chemiluminescence is associated with a change in the functional activity of cells in CHD.Целью исследования явилось изучение особенностей хемилюминесцентной активности тромбоцитов в норме и при ишемической болезни сердца. В исследование приняли участие 35 больных ИБС и 16 относительно здоровых людей. Объект изучения – периферическая кровь. Результатом стали достоверные различия в интенсивности свечения тромбоцитов. У больных наблюдается повышенное свечение, а значит и увеличенное продукция активных форм кислорода. Данную особенность хемилюминесценции связываем с изменением функциональной активности клеток при ИБС
