Superhyperfine interactions in Ce3+ doped LiYF4 crystal: ENDOR measurements
The first observation of the resolved Mims electron-nuclear double resonance
(ENDOR) spectra from the nearby and remote nuclei of 19F and 7Li nuclei on
impurity Ce3+ ions in LiYF4 crystal is reported. It shows that LiYF4:Ce3+
system can be exploited as a convenient matrix for performing spin
manipulations and adjusting quantum computation protocols while ENDOR technique
could be used for the investigation of electron-nuclear interaction with all
the nuclei of the system and exploited for the electron-nuclear spin
manipulations.Comment: 4 pages, 2 figures, 1 Table. Reported on Theor-2017 (Kazan, Russia)

Initial teacher education in Russia: connecting theory, practice and research
© 2017 Association for Teacher Education in EuropeThis paper explores initial teacher education (ITE) in Russia, its organisation and content in the light of international literature. Changes in the political, socio-economic and cultural life of Russia in recent decades have defined a completely different model of teacher education. This model has evolved through key policy documents including the ‘Conception of pedagogical education development support (2013; http://minobrnauki.rf/documents/3871); ‘The teacher professional standard’ (2013; http://www.rosmintrud.ru/docs/mintrud/orders/129/), and, in 2014, the ‘Comprehensive programme to improve the professional skills of educational institutions teaching staff (http://www.consultant.ru/document/cons_doc_LAW_166654/). These documents have led to important changes in teacher education policy with serious consequences in terms of structure and curriculum. A key objective of this paper, therefore, is to examine the structure and curriculum of ITE in Russia within competency-based approach. The article also explores how the research dimension is integrated in ITE programmes, as well as new concepts and approaches linking theory and practice. In outlining the new model, the approach to teacher education followed by Kazan Federal University is used an illustrative example
INFLUENCE OF QUALITY OF THE GOODS ON SATISFACTIONS OF CONSUMERS
In process of work the problems are set and solved. There are problems of social welfare research inconditions of nonhomogeneity of objects and subjects of management, of revealing and substantiating insuperabledifficulties in rising of social welfare by approaches, worked out before. Also there developed a new directionin implementation of the most important aim of any socially-oriented econom
Geological bases of the coal deposits prediction in the Volga-Ural oil and gas province in connection with depletion of oil resources
Volga-Ural oil and gas province is one of the oldest on the territory of Russia and is characterized by the depletion of proven reserves. An alternative source of hydrocarbons that can replace conventional oil is coal. Within the Volga-Ural oil and gas province in the territory of Tatarstan in the Lower Carboniferous deposits by now identified and evaluated 95 deposits with resources of about 3.5 billion tons. Patterns of distribution of Visean coal deposits in the region are controlling by paleotectonic, palaeogeomorphology and facies factors. Evaluation of prognostic resources of Visean coals with considering to the conditions of their formation and involvement to erosional incision significantly increases the accuracy of the prediction. Coal resources comparable with oil and may have industrial importance as a source of coalbed methane. Researches indicate that the increasing of gassing from the formation is possible by thermal effects on the coal substance. Thermal effects on the formation may increase the efficiency of coal deposits mining by method of gas field
Inhomogeneity of the intrinsic magnetic field in superconducting YBa2Cu3OX compounds as revealed by rare-earth EPR-probe
X-band electron paramagnetic resonance on doped Er3+ and Yb3+ ions in
Y0.99(Yb,Er)0.01Ba2Cu3OX compounds with different oxygen contents in the wide
temperature range (4-120)K have been made. In the superconducting species, the
strong dependencies of the linewidth and resonance line position from the sweep
direction of the applied magnetic field are revealed at the temperatures
significantly below TC. The possible origins of the observed hysteresis are
analyzed. Applicability of the presented EPR approach to extract information
about the dynamics of the flux-line lattice and critical state parameters
(critical current density, magnetic penetration depth, and characteristic
spatial scale of the inhomogeneity) is discussedComment: 17 pages, 5 Figures. Renewed versio
Coherent manipulation of dipolar coupled spins in an anisotropic environment
We study coherent dynamics in a system of dipolar coupled spin qubits diluted
in solid and subjected to a driving microwave field. In the case of rare earth
ions, anisotropic crystal background results in anisotropic g tensor and thus
modifies the dipolar coupling. We develop a microscopic theory of spin
relaxation in transient regime for the frequently encountered case of axially
symmetric crystal field. The calculated decoherence rate is nonlinear in Rabi
frequency. We show that the direction of static magnetic field that corresponds
to the highest spin g-factor is preferable in order to obtain higher number of
coherent qubit operations. The results of calculations are in excellent
agreement with our experimental data on Rabi oscillations recorded for a series
of CaWO4 crystals with different concentrations of Nd3+ ions.Comment: 16 pages, 9 figure
Socio-economic development of the region and its historical and cultural heritage
Current trends of protection and use of history and culture monuments testify to increasing attention to studying of historical and cultural heritage. The special attention is drawn by idea of formation of protected historical and cultural territories which can become historical cities, farmstead and monastic complexes, fields of historical battles, historical ways and roads, historical production territories and so forth. Such territories are already created in the shape of either memorial estates, or other spatial formations, including even specific administrative and territorial units. In some cases their activity is capable to define future economic specialization of the region, prospect of its social and economic development. In this work questions of the European-Russian cooperation on development of monuments of cultural and historical heritage and their promoting among the population for the purpose of spiritual and material development of society are made actual

Asymmetric information and consumer demand
© 2014, Canadian Center of Science and Education. All rights reserved. In the paper study the peculiarities of the formation the consumer demand for durable goods, the so-called «experience goods» in markets with asymmetric information. In the known literature sources studying of the demand is based on the assumption that at the moment of the purchase of goods and services people know exactly what price they are willing to pay for them and what utility they are going to obtain using those goods and services. Consider the signal model in which the initial price and advertising expenditures are the signals of the quality influencing the formation of the demand for new goods offered by the company of unknown quality through consumer behavior. The basis of this model is the study of producers by consumers, acquisition of knowledge, information about price and quality, as well as their use in order to determine the market share of high-quality goods and low-quality goods in the asymmetry of information
