AbstractThis research was motivated by the lack of writing or documenting traditional dance in the Sambas district which almost suffered extinction. One of them is the traditional dance that has almost suffered extinction, is The Structure of We are Indonesian Youth Islamic Radat Dance in Bekut Village, Tebas District, Sambas Regency, West Kalimantan. The objectives of this research are as follows 1). Descriptions of the structure of the presentation of  The Structure of We are Indonesian Youth Islamic Radat Dance in Bekut Village, Tebas District, Sambas Regency. 2). Descriptions of supporting elements on The Structure of We are Indonesian Youth Islamic Radat Dance in Bekut Village, Tebas District, Sambas Regency. The method used is descriptive analysis with a qualitative form. The approach used is the Ethochoreology approach. Data sources are divided into two, namely primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques in the form of interview techniques, observation techniques, and documentation techniques. Techniques for collecting data from researchers as instruments. The technique of testing the validity of the data is the technique of extension of observation and triangulation techniques. FUNGSI TARI NGANTAR PANOMPO DALAM UPACARA ADAT NAIK DANGO PADA SUKU DAYAK KANAYATN

Abstark: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui fungsi tari Ngantar Panompo dalam upacara adat Naik Dango pada suku Dayak Kanayatn. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan bentuk kualitatif, dengan sumber data Agus Frengki, Saena, Laitus dan Adang yang mengetahui tentang tari Ngantar Panompo dan upacara adat Naik Dango. Data tersebut adalah hasil wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa fungsi tari Ngantar Panompo adalah sebagai ritual terakhir atau penutup dalam upacara adat Naik Dango. Tari Ngantar Panompo adalah tari yang bersifat ritual, tujuannya untuk meringankan beban dengan memberikan Panompo atau upeti berupa hasil pertanian dan peternakan untuk tuan rumah yang mengadakan upacara.   Kata Kunci: Fungsi, Tari Ngantar Panompo, Naik Dango. Abstract: The aim of this research is to known the fungtion of Ngantar Panompo Dance in Naik Dango Traditional Ceremonies on Dayak Kanayatn. The method that is used in this research is descriftive in from qualitative, when the source of the data are coming from Agus Frengki, Saena, Laitus and Adang which are known fully about Ngantar Panompo dance in Sungai Ambawang District. Moreover, the writer used interview, observation and documentation as the technique. The result of data analysis showed that the fungtion of Ngantar Panompo dance is the last rites or closing in Naik Dango Traditional Ceremonies. MAKNA SIMBOL GERAK TARI NAMPI’ SEAK DALAM UPACARA ADAT NAIK DANGO MASYARAKAT DAYAK KANAYATN

Abstract This study aimed to describe the symbol, meaning the dance movement Nampi' Seak ceremonial Naik Dango on society Dayak Kanayatn. there are 5 types of core motion in dance Nampi' Seak namely motion Ngentak, motion Nampi', motion Ngaruman, motion Totokng and motion Napok nyiru. Motion Ngentak, Nampi', Ngaruman, and Napok Nyiruk has its own meaning related to the aim of Naik Dango and the belief value of the Dayak Kanayatn community in the myth of the origin of rice which is the background of the Naik Dango traditional ceremony. There is a relationship between the world above, the world of the middle and the world below, which symbolizes through the movements of the Nampi 'Seak dance in the traditional Naik Dango ceremony. The results of this research are expected to be reference rules and regulations in dance competitions Nampi' Seak ceremonial Naik Dango on society Dayak Kanayatn. MAKNA TARI AMBOYO DALAM UPACARA ADAT NAIK DANGO PADA SUKU DAYAK KANAYATN

AbstractThis studi aims to describe the meaning of the Amboyo dance in the Naik Dango traditional of the Kanayatn Dayak tribe. There are three interrelatede aspects of the meaning of this dance, namely motion, music and poetry. These three aspects heave meanings related to the purpose of the Naik Dango Traditional Ceremony, as well as public belief in the myth of the origin of rich which is the background for Naik Dango In the Naik Dango Traditional Ceremony which has a relationship between the upper world, the middel world adn the underwold, symbolized through motion, music and poety in the Amboyo dance. STRUKTUR GERAK TARI JEPIN SELENDANG DI KELURAHAN SIANTAN HILIR KECAMATAN PONTIANAK UTARA

This research was conducted because the Jepin Selendang Dance is still awake to the authenticity of the movement. Therefore, the researcher described and documented the Jepin Selendang Dance in the form of writing, pictures, and videos. The method in this research was descriptive method with qualitative research form and choreography approach. The source of the data in the study was the Jepin Selendang Dance. The data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and audio-visual study. The data validity testing technique used was the lengthening of the observation and triangulation of sources. Based on the data analysis, it was concluded that the motion structure of the Jepin Selendang Dance at the Kelurahan Siantan Hilir Kecamatan Pontianak Utara was as follows: There were 5 types of motion which consist of opening movements, gerak pasang anyam, gerak buka anyam and the closing movements. The Jepin Selendang Dance at the Kelurahan Siantan Hilir Kecamatan Pontianak Utara consists of 12 Motion Motives, 15 Motion Phrases, 8 Motion Sentences and 8 Motion Group which became a complete unit of motion in the Jepin Selendang Dance at the Kelurahan Siantan Hilir Kecamatan Pontianak Utara

FUNGSI TARI RODAT DALAM KESENIAN HADRAH DI KOTA PONTIANAK

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan serta menganalisis fungsi dan rancangan implementasi pembelajaran tari Rodat dalam Kesenian Hadrah di Kota Pontianak.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dalam bentuk kualitatif dan menggunakan pendekatan antropologi. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah Anwar Dja’far, Syarief Selamet Joesoef Al Kadrie, Awaludin dan Yuza Yanis Chaniago. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan analisis data disimpulkan bahwa tari Rodat dalam Kesenian Hadrah di Kota Pontianak, memiliki banyak fungsi yang amat penting bagi kehidupan. Fungsi sebagai hiburan, pertunjukan, media pendidikan dan fungsi sosial. Fungsi tari yang bermacam-macam disesuai dengan tujuan yang diinginkan, dikehendaki oleh masyarakat pendukung, penyelenggara, atau oleh pencipta tari itu sendiri, serta oleh penarinya sendiri. Maka dari itu adapun yang berkembang, berubah, adalah sisi penyajiannya yang disesuaikan dengan jiwa jamannya yang mendukung.   Kata Kunci: fungsi tari, tari Rodat, kesenian Hadrah Abstrak: The purpose of this research is to describe and analyze the function and the implementation in lesson plans of Rodat dance in the Hadrah culture in Pontianak. This research applied the descriptive method in the form of a qualitative research and used the antropology approach. The technique used to test the validity of the data were triangulation source and technique. Based on the data analyzed, it can be concluded that Rodat dance in the Hadrah culture in Pontianak has a lot of important function in daily life basis; the function as entertaiment and performance, the function as media in education and social function. The function of the dance can be adapted with the purpose intented by the society, or the coreografer and also the dancers.
