Výstavba objektů, jejíž konstrukce musí odolávat horizontálním silám, které tvoří především proud vzduchu, zemětřesení a mnoho dalších, klade zvýšené nároky na ztužení odolávající těmto silám. Mezi tyto konstrukce především patří stožáry, rozhledny a výškové budovy. Velké štíhlosti vertikálních konstrukcí, vyžadující vyšší nároky na tuhost ztužidel, přinášejí prostor pro nové netradiční řešení, které je předmětem uvedeného článku.Construction of buildings whose design must withstand the horizontal forces, consisting primarily of wind stream, water, earthquake, and many others, puts greater demands on the reinforcement to withstand these forces. These structures include masts, towers, high-rise buildings and more. Large slender vertical structures requiring higher stiffness bracing provide space for new innovative solution, which is the subject of the article

Insurance fraud in the real estate market

Diplomová práce pojednává o problematice pojistných podvodů v České republice konkrétněji na pojistné podvody v oblasti trhu s nemovitostmi. Práce je rozdělena do tří částí. První část práce se zabývá definováním základních terminologických pojmů používaných v oblasti pojišťovnictví, právní úpravou pojistného podvodu, dělením, příčinami a vyšetřováním pojistných podvodů. Druhá část práce pojednává o statistickém srovnání a analýze dat v rámci pojistného trhu se zaměřením na jednotlivé kraje České republiky a identifikování indikátorů pojistných podvodů v těchto krajích. Třetí část práce se zabývá výpočtem pojistného plnění při likvidaci pojistné události a problematikou pojistných podvodů na trhu s nemovitostmi.This thesis deals with the problem of insurance fraud in the Czech Republic, focusing on insurance fraud in the real estate market. The work is divided into three parts. The first part involves a definition of the basic concepts of terminology used in the field of insurance, insurance fraud legislation as well as division, causes and investigation of insurance fraud. The second part deals with a statistical comparison and analysis of data within the insurance market, with a focus on individual regions of the Czech Republic and the identification of indicators of insurance fraud in these regions. The third part comprises deals with the calculation of indemnity during the claim settlement and the issue of insurance fraud in the real estate market.

Experimental seismic measurement on the testing construction and the analyze

Konstrukce „stand“, která byla postavena v areálu Fakulty stavební, VŠB-TU Ostrava, má sloužit k realizaci experimentů a měření z různých oblastí stavitelství. Katedra geotechniky a podzemního stavitelství mimo jiné na konstrukci „standu“, konkrétně na železobetonových základových pásech, prováděla experimentální seizmické měření odezvy vibrační desky. Byl sledován útlum vibrací v prvních metrech od základu, získané záznamy byly vyhodnoceny v amplitudové i frekvenční oblasti a bylo provedeno zhodnocení na základě ČSN 73 0040. Součástí příspěvku je také možný návrh přístupu k analýze odezvy konstrukce na účinky vibrací za pomoci 3D matematického modelu vytvořeného programem SCIA Engineer 2011.1.Construction test „stand”, which was built on the premises of the Faculty of Civil Engineering, Technical University of Ostrava, is intended to implement the experiments and measurements from different areas of engineering. Department of Geotechnics and Underground Engineering carried out experimental measurements of seismic response of plate tamper on concrete strip footing of the construction test „stand”. Vibration attenuation was observed in the first meters from foundation constructions, obtained records were analyzed in amplitude and frequency domain and an evaluation based on ČSN 73 0040. Part of this paper is also possible approach to the response analyze of the structure to the effects of vibration using 3D mathematical model created by SCIA Engineer 2011.1

TESTING OF GLUED JOINTS ON PLASTIC PARTS MANUFACTURED USING FFF TECHNOLOGY

The article focuses on the testing of glued joints of plastic parts manufactured by 3D rapid prototyping, using the Fused Filament Fabrication technology. The first part of the article describes the suitability of using a glued joint. Then follows a brief description of the plastic materials used for the manufacturing of the testing samples. The materials include not only the common types, such as Polylactide, Polyethylene Terephthalate, Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene, but also Thermoplastic Polyurethane, which has a high elasticity and is usually described as a flexible material. The main section of the article deals with the testing of glued joints on a tensometric machine, which produces stress-strain curves. The shear strength of the joints is evaluated. For each material, multiple samples are prepared with different orientation of individual layers created by the 3D printing process. The impact of the orientation of the layers on the resulting strength of the glued joint is also evaluated. The final section of the article presents comparison and evaluation of the results –analyses of cracks, the impact of the orientation of the layers and the impact of individual materials. The experiment proved the independence of the orientation of the layers on the strength of the glued joint. It was also found out during the experiment that the use of a common adhesive on a flexible material was unsuitable

Nákladovost při zakládání vinice

This bachelor thesis describes the characteristics working operations and procedures for planting vineyard from the soil preparation to the construction of the supporting structure in two alternatives with difference in the seedlings buckle, row width and technical support. Costs were broken down by structure and significant costs were analyzed. A significant difference was found between these two alternatives. Difference was influenced by the number of planted trees per hectare. Biggest ratio consists from material costs and there has to be paid attention when the new vineyard is planted

Comparison shopping as a way to increase sales on the Internet

This bachelor thesis deals with a part of the Internet services, that's known as comparison shopping. Comparison shopping services on the Internet describes from a theoretical point of view but also from a practical point of view. Introduction to Internet marketing enriches by the acquired data and points to the importance of marketing mix in the context of a price comparison. The concept of price comparison is evaluated on the basis of practical experience from user perspective and in terms of vendor. This work shows, how the comparison shopping works in real world, what problems it has, what solutions are possible to do and suggests one of the potential way to future extensions. Based on the data and analysis explains the chosen corporate strategy. Using publicly available data and information collected by Google Analytics to evaluate the current status of comparison shopping on the internet. One part of this work is about introducing a new price comparison shopping service. Describes detailed the situation of Czech comparison shopping services in comparison with the new service introduced. Finally compares the measured metrics from the newly established service with the competition

System for precise 3D capturing of the continues surface of the foot arch

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá vývojem uživatelského rozhraní pro použití metody Phase shifting profilometrie. Nejprve se zabývá teoretickým přiblížením této metody, dále popisuje proces segmentace obrazových dat a jejich zpracování pomocí morfologických operací. V praktické části je navrhnuto uživatelské rozhraní pro získávání a zpracování obdržených dat v programu Matlab.This thesis deals with the development of the user interface for the application of the method Phase shifting profilometry. First deals with the theoretical approach of this method, and describes the process of image segmentation and data processing using morphological operations. In the practical part of the user interface is designed for acquiring and processing data received in Matlab.

E-shop project with the use of social networks

Diploma Thesis deals with the design and launch of the e-shop Hotversionparts.cz. For this purpose is used the knowledge about business through the Internet, Internet marketing, Competitive Intelligence discipline, social networks, car accessories market and the most important - deep knowledge about real competitors. The pur-poses of this thesis are methodical approach to the project, and go from theoretical information surveys to the application of this information in the real environment. The main part of this thesis is the description of Competitive Intelligence field from theoretical point of view with focus on entrepreneur, and using the latest tools for doing the Competitive Intelligence discipline via social networks. The target of theo-retical analysis is the application of methods and principals described here, in the practical part, which focuses on deep analysis of competitive e-shops chosen. The real illustration of the Competitive Intelligence discipline application in the online shop-ping environment is the biggest contribution of this thesis
