Pelatihan Mengenali Emosi Marah Bagi Siswa SMP
As social beings, humans always interact with each other, this is what is always done by every individual. In interacting emotions always appear in someone's, then bring up an attitude and mind to act according to his circumstances. The ability to act then raises an emotional expression. One of them is the expression of angry emotions, this is one of the problems that arise in every teenager (student). This training took place in MuhammadiyahYunior High School Palangkaraya on the grounds of the results of observations and interviews from class teachers and school counselors, based on the results of a questionnaire about the knowledge of angry emotions in pretest is in a low category, no similar training had been conducted at school. The results of this training activity show that there is an increase in the average value of students' understanding of recognizing angry emotions. This means the pretest score is 91.8 (medium category) and the posttest average is 127.28 (high category)
THE IMPLEMENTATION OF GUIDANCE AND COUNSELLING IN SMA (SENIOR HIGH) GOVERNMENT SCHOOL IN PALANGKARAYA
This study was conducted based on the data from the results of interviews and documentation in several government high schools Palangkaraya that there are limitations in the mastery of information technology, lack of infrastructure, limited budget, causing the lack of application of the instrument to be used as guidelines for the implementation of guidance and counseling, including the collection of data results service becomes not routinely performed. The purpose of this study is to investigate the implementation of guidance and counseling in SMA Govenrment School Palangkaraya. This research used descriptive research, by adapting the evaluation of the two models, namely models EPIC from Hammond and Countenance Model of Stake. Data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. The assessment criteria is three categories; low, medium, and high. The results showed: (1) Components antecedents in the form of service characteristics as supporting the implementation of guidance and counseling in SMA Government School in Palangkaraya, categorized: Medium. (2) Components of transactions in the form of activity characteristic of services as the implementation of guidance and counseling in high schools in Palangkaraya, categorized: Low. (3) Components outcomes in the form of the results of activities in the implementation of guidance and counseling in high schools in Palangkaraya, in the form of benefits from the implementation of the guidance and counseling that marked the development of behavioral changes of students, categorized: High
Inculcate the Value of Decency Based on Dandang Tingang Philosophy
To inculcate the value of decency based on Dandang Tingang philosophy to the students is a form of concern for local culture and pertained to the preservation of the life philosophy adopted by the Dayak tribe is "Huma Betang Culture or Belom Bahadat". This is done so that they know about the customs and culture adopted by the Dayak tribe. This study aims to instill the values of decency in Dandang Tingang philosophy to the students. The method used is observative descriptive. The research population of grade VIII students in M.Ts. Islamiyah Palangka Raya as many as 30 people with a sample of the entire population. Data collection was done by questionnaire. Data analysis techniques use the percentage formula on the attitude scale. The results showed that the values of politeness based on Dandang Tingang philosophy can be understood by students well, it is based on the level of students' understanding categorized: (1) high category with an average score of 129.25 with a minimum score of 122 and a maximum score of 142 (2) medium category with an average score of 112.5 with a minimum score of 90 and a maximum score of 121. (3) low category with an average score of 77 with a minimum score of 75 and a maximum score of 80. Keywords: courtesy; philosophy of Dandang Tingan
Kepercayaan Diri, Kematangan Emosi, Pola Asuh Orang Tua Demokratis dan Kenakalan Remaja
Abstract, The aims of this study is to investigate the correlations among the self-confidence, emotional maturity and the democratic-parenting with the youth delinquency. The subjects of this study were 46 students of class X of SMK Muhammadiyah,Malang. Based on the correlation and the regression analysis were obtained there were no correlation among the emotional maturity variable and the democratic parenting with the youth delinquency. Expectionally the self-confidence, there was significant and negative correlation with youth delinquency. The more self confidence, the less youth delinquency. PROBLEMATIK PELAKSANAAN KONSELING INDIVIDUAL
Ketidakpuasan pengguna layanan konseling ditujukan pada kinerja konselor atau guru BK di lapangan. Kurang profesionalnya guru BK disebabkan oleh dua hal yaitu: (1) guru BK yang belum menunjukkan sebagai konselor professional, dan (2) guru BK yang pendidikannya bukan berlatar belakang BK atau guru bidang studi yang ditugaskan sebagai guru BK. Ruangan BK acap kali hanyalah ruangan-ruangan parasit yang menumpang pada ruang guru atau ruang tata usaha. Dalam suasana konseling individual, guru BK memberikan ruang dan suasana yang memungkinkan konseli membuka diri secara transparan yang bersifat pribadi. Diperlukan ruang khusus yang memenuhi standar, terlebih untuk konseling individual. Ruangan konseling individual merupakan tempat yang nyaman dan aman. Profesional seorang konselor, harus memenuhi standar kualifikasi akademik. Kompetensi konselor telah dikembangkan dan dirumuskan menjadi empat kompetensi pendidik, yaitu kompetensi pedagogik, kepribadian, sosial, dan profesional. Saat ini Pemerintah telah melakukan upaya yaitu dengan adanya program Pendidikan Profesi Konselor (PPK), karena itu wajib diikuti oleh semua calon konselor.________________________________________________________________ Dissatisfaction of users of counseling services aimed at the performance of counselor or teacher counseling guidance in the field. Less professional counseling guidance teachers are caused by two things: (1) counseling guidance teacher who has not shown as professional counselor, and (2) counseling guidance teacher whose education is not the background of counseling guidance or teacher of study area assigned as counseling guidance teacher. The counseling guidance room is often only parasitic rooms that occupy the teacher's office or the administrative room. In an individual counseling setting, the counseling guidance teacher provides the space and atmosphere that allows the counselee to open up in a personal, transparent manner. Special rooms that meet the standards are required, especially for individual counseling. Individual counseling rooms are comfortable and safe places. A counselor's professional, must meet the standards of academic qualification. The competence of counselor has been developed and formulated into four competences: pedagogic, personality, social, and professional competence. Currently the Government has made efforts to the Counselor Profession Education Program, because it must be followed by all prospective counselors

Leadership is a person\u27s ability to convince and motivate others to do something that are related to the common goals. The leadership involved the process of convincing in determining the goal of organization, motivating the attitude of the participator to reach the goal, convincing to improve their group and culture. Leadership is a formal position, that ask to get facilities and services from the constituents that should be served. Although among the leaders that when they are inaugurated said that the position is a trust, but in fact, there is very little or it can be said almost no leader that truly implementing the leadership from their heart, that is a serving leader. Even that needs to be a note here is how a leader must have a vision in building an independent soul, views, thoughts, attitudes and behaviors of all of the people at one the leader in order to be oriented to the progress and modern, so Indonesia become a big nation and be able to have competition with the other nations in the world. A truly leader always worked hard to improve himself before the leader busy to improve the others. Preferensi siswa terhadap perilaku konselor dengan minatnya pada program bimbingan dan konseling
This study aimed to describe (1) students' preferences on counselor behavior, (2)student interest in guidance and counseling program, and (2) relation between student preference to counselor behavior and interest to counseling and guidance program. The research was conducted in Junior High School (SMP) in Palangka Raya City with a population of 843 students. The sample of this study is 84 students taken proportional random sampling. The result of this research are (1) students' preference toward counselor behavior is positive, (2) student's interest toward guidance and counseling program tends to be positive, and (3) there is a positive correlation between student preference toward counselor behavior and interest to guidance and counseling program

Preferensi siswa terhadap perilaku konselor dengan minatnya pada program bimbingan dan konseling
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan (1) preferensi siswa terhadap perilaku konselor, (2) minat siswa terhadap program layanan bimbingan dan konseling , serta (2) hubungan antara preferensi siswa terhadap perilaku konselor dan minatnya terhadap program layanan bimbingan dan konseling. Penelitian dilakukan di Sekolal Menengah Pertama (SMP) di Kota Palangka Raya dengan populasi sebanyak 843 siswa. Sampel penelitian ini sebesar 84 siswa yang diambil secara proportional random sampling. Hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) Preferensi siswa terhadap perilaku konselor tergolong positif, (2) minat siswa terhadap program layanan bimbingan dan konseling cenderung positif, dan (3) terdapat hubungan positif antara preferensi siswa terhadap perilaku konselor dan minatnya terhadap program layanan bimbingan dan konseling
