High Rating Recent Preferences Based Recommendation System
AbstractThe availability of huge amount of information on Web makes it difficult for users to dissect relevant information from the unnecessary and irrelevant information. This paper highly facilitates the filtering of irrelevant over-abundant stuff in automotive manner. It efficiently plummet the complexity of search space for users and hence attract more users on web and ultimately increases the earn benefits of site holders. In this paper, an attempt has been made to design a high rating recent preferences based recommendation system by using Item-to-Item collaborative filtering. The movie data set is used to provide users’ recommendations based on ratings, and classified data. Classification is done in WEKA data mining tool using J48 pruned tree based classifier. The recommendations contain only high rated movies and according to users’ recent interest. Similarity, index is measured by using Pearson correlation, Cosine based similarity and Euclidean distance based similarity. The design challenges and choice guidelines are also discussed
Sexually transmitted diseases in children in India
Sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) in children are not uncommon in
India, though systematic epidemiological studies to determine the exact
prevalence are not available. STDs in children can be acquired via
sexual route or, uncommonly, via non-sexual route such as accidental
inoculation by a diseased individual. Neonatal infections are almost
always acquired intrauterine or during delivery. Voluntary indulgence
in sexual activity is also an important factor in acquisition of STDs
in childhood. Sexual abuse and sex trafficking remain the important
problems in India. Surveys indicate that nearly half of the children
are sexually abused. Most at risk children are street-based, homeless
or those living in or near brothels. Last two decades have shown an
increase in the prevalence of STDs in children, though most of the data
is from northern part of the country and from major hospitals. However,
due to better availability of antenatal care to majority of women,
cases of congenital syphilis have declined consistently over the past
two-three decades. Other bacterial STDs are also on decline. On the
other hand, viral STDs such as genital herpes and anogenital warts are
increasing. This reflects trends of STDs in the adult population.
Concomitant HIV infection is uncommon in children. Comprehensive sex
education, stringent laws to prevent sex trafficking and child sexual
abuse, and antenatal screening of all the women can reduce the
prevalence of STDs in children

Insects are Crawling in My Genital Warts
A 23-year-old woman presented with large exophytic genital wart arising from perineum, vulva, introitus of the vagina, and inner aspect of thighs. Patient developed severe itching and formication (insect-crawling sensation) in the lesions for past 1 week, though careful examination did not reveal any insects. Considering that the disease was causing psychological stress and physical symptoms, radiofrequency excision was planned. However, during the procedure, several maggots appeared from the crypts. The procedure was abandoned and maggots were removed manually. Subsequently external giant warts were removed using radiofrequency device. There was no recurrence of excised warts during 3 month follow-up. To our knowledge, this is the second reported case of maggots in genital warts
Early diffusion-weighted magnetic resonance imaging findings in neonatal herpes encephalitis
Neonatal herpes encephalitis is usually caused by herpes simplex virus type 2 and results in significant morbidity and mortality. Imaging diagnosis with ultrasound, computed tomography scan and conventional magnetic resonance imaging may be normal in th
