    Skrining Kesehatan Jiwa, Religiusitas, dan Kualitas Hidup Mahasiswa Farmasi dan Kedokteran pada Pandemi Covid-19

    Kesehatan mental mahasiswa Farmasi dan Kedokteran perlu diskrining terhadap keberadaan COVID-19. Faktor internal yang perlu diperhatikan adalah aspek religiusitas dan kualitas hidup. Instrumen yang dikembangkan untuk pemeriksaan kesehatan mental adalah SRQ29 serta religiusitas dan kualitas hidup dengan EQ5D. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kesehatan mental dan kualitas hidup mahasiswa Farmasi dan Kedokteran pada masa pandemi COVID-19. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian cross sectional diskriptif dengan metode survey terhadap 44 responden yang meliputi 36 mahasiswa Fakultas Farmasi dan 8 mahasiswa Fakultas Kedokteran. Metode yang digunakan untuk skrining kesehatan jiwa adalah instrumen kuesioner yaitu SRQ-29 untuk skrining kesehatan jiwa dan religiusitas yang berisi 29 pertanyaan terkait kesehatan jiwa responden, dan skrining kualitas hidup dengan instrumen EQ5D. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari skrining SRQ29 mahasiswa farmasi dan FK perguruan tinggi di Yogyakarta mengalami gejala PTSD (75%), cemas dan depresi (61,36%), gangguan psikotik (50%), penggunaan zat psikoaktif/ narkoba (2,27%). Berdasarkan hasil skrining religiusitas menunjukkan nilai yang tinggi terhadap keyakinan dan iman kepada Allah SWT (96,8%). Hasil EQ5D menunjukkan bahwa pandemi tidak berdampak besar pada aspek fisik, namun berdampak pada mental/ psikologis. Kesimpulan penelitian terkait kesehatan jiwa pada hasil skrining dengan instrumen SRQ29 menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa farmasi dan FK perguruan tinggi di Yogyakarta mengalami masalah psikososial. Hal ini saat dikaitkan dengan religiusitas dan kualitas hidup menunjukkan adanya pengaruh faktor internal tersebut pada kesehatan jiwa

    Factors Affecting the Anxiety Levels of Health Workers at Budi Kemuliaan Hospital in Managing Covid-19 Patients

    This study aims to determine the factors that influence the level of anxiety of health workers in handling COVID-19 patients at Budi Kemuliaan Hospital, Batam City. This study uses an observational analytic method and a cross-sectional design with data collection through primary data. The study was conducted in December 2021 – January 2022 at Budi Kemuliaan Hospital Batam City with a research population of 99 health workers who were directly involved in handling COVID-19 patients with a total sample of 91 health workers who met the inclusion criteria and the sampling technique used was total sampling. The research data was taken using a questionnaire and then processed using SPSS. Of 91 respondents, 43 respondents (47.3%) did not experience anxiety, 41 respondents (45.1%) experienced mild anxiety, and 7 respondents (7.7%) experienced moderate anxiety. Based on the results of Kendall's Tau-b analysis, there was no relationship between age, gender, family status, level of knowledge, and availability of PPE on the anxiety level of health workers at Budi Kemuliaan Hospital Batam City (p>0.05). The conclusion is no factors that affect the anxiety level of workers' health. Further research is needed to analyze other factors that influence anxiety with different methods and measuring instruments

    The Relationship Between Anxiety and Compliance of Swab Officers in Using Masks During the Covid-19 Pandemic

    The Covid-19 has spread in Indonesia, including Kulon Progo, causing casualties. Symptomatic patients will interact with swab officers at Wates and Nyi Ageng Serang Regional Public Hospital it can cause anxiety for the swab officers on duty. Coping with the spread of Covid-19 is by obediently wearing a mask. Anxiety is a factor that can affect a person's compliance. This study aims to determine the relationship between anxiety levels and compliance with the use of hospital swab masks. This study used an observational analytic method with a cross-sectional study approach. The sample of this study was swab officers who served at Wates and Nyi Ageng Serang Regional Public Hospital in August-September 2022 and who had met the inclusion criteria. The sampling technique of this study used total sampling with a sample of 27 people. Of the 27 samples, only 26 respondents were appropriate with inclusion criteria. Data analysis used the Chi-Square test to test the hypotheses obtained from the answers to the questionnaire as a research instrument. From the results of the analysis, it was obtained sig (2-tailed) of 0,236 (sig> 0.05), so there was no relationship between anxiety and compliance with the use of masks for swab officers at Wates and Nyi Ageng Serang Regional Public Hospital. The conclusion is the majority of respondents were female, and there was no correlation between anxiety and compliance with swab officers' use of masks at Wates Hospital and Nyi Ageng Serang Hospital.  At Wates Hospital and Nyi Ageng Serang Hospital, there is no gender difference in swab workers' compliance with mask use

    Early Detection of Mental Health of Doctoral Students UAD due to the Covid-19 Pandemic through the Questionnaire Method

    Stress and a decrease in student learning achievement can be triggered by the mal-adaptive coping experienced, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic which requires students to adjust physically and psychologically in the learning process on campus which is now done online and is more independent in learning. So, psychological support for students, especially UAD doctoral students, needs to be done, one of which is mental health screening. The purpose of this study was to determine the mental health condition and social support of students. In the end, this will be the basis for providing psychological support and improving educational and learning activities for UAD Doctoral program students. The research method used was the adjustment and validation of the Self-Report Questionnaire (SRQ) 29, covering aspects of mental health, namely anxiety, depression, stress, use of psychostimulants/substances, symptoms of psychosis (reality rating disorder) and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD); Customize and validate social support questionnaires; Submission of ethical review; and Conducting an online survey of mental health, anxiety, depression and social support for Doctoral students. The results obtained from SRQ29 showed that as many as 30% of students experienced PTSD and 10% experienced depression. However, the results of the high religiosity test and quality of life were not compromised. The conclusion of this study is that the existence of religiosity and spirituality can provide positive coping to reduce mental disorders and improve the quality of life for students during the COVID-19 pandemic
