ECONOMIC AND STATISTICAL ASSESSMENT AS A TOOL FOR QUALITY MANAGEMENT OF LIVING FOR SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT OF THE REGION
The article shows that the quality of life of the population control problem has become paramount, and results of the evaluation, describing the current status, dynamics and trends are the basis for the formation of social and economic policy of the Russian Federation subjects. Methodical approaches to the assessment of quality of life. On the example of the Kaluga region held economic and statistical evaluation of the quality of life on the basis of objective indicators

IMPROVING THE EFFICIENCY OF URBAN TRANSPORT INFRASTRUCTURE BASED ON DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES
The need to improve the efficiency of transport infrastructure, which is an important subsystem of urban services as a determinant of the quality of life of the city’s population, has been substantiated. The factors that determine the quality of the urban transport system, the features of urban transport have been highlighted. Transport infrastructure development in Russia has been analysed. It has been proved that in the conditions of the formation of the digital economy, artificial intelligence systems are an effective tool for decision-making. In the formation of intelligent systems for managing urban transport flows, the use of network models has been proposed, for which mathematical methods are necessary to obtain not only point, but also interval estimates of the model parameters, taking into account a priori uncertainty
Quality of life assessment of the older population at the substantiation of active longevity strategies in the context of structural demographic changes
Demographic aging is an evolutionary process, that requires the development and implementation of the state policy of active longevity in order to improve the quality of life of the population and sustainable development of the state. The results of studies to assess the quality of life, the rule-making activities of international organizations to ensure active longevity have been summarized in the article. Based on the results of the analysis of structural demographic changes in the Russian Federation, the significance of the task to improve the quality of life of the elderly population has been substantiated. Methodological approaches to the quality of citizens` life assessment for justification of the state strategies for active longevity have been offered
Research methods of properties of dissipative structures formed while the impulse energy input into the material
Впервые исследованы свойства диссипативных структур, образующихся при импульсном вводе энергии в материал.The properties of dissipative structures formed in materials under dynamic non-equilibrium processes are analyzed for the first time
Photoinduced optical anisotropy (PIA) in condensed media - nature, properties, applications.100 anniversary of weigert effect
In 1919 F. Weigert published a paper on an effect detected by him. In solid solutions of complex molecules of organic dyes induced anisotropy of optical properties appeared under ecitation by polarized light. This paper stimulated investigation of anisotropy of different materials by optical methods. Significant results have been obtained for data on anisotropy of primary processes of light radiation and absorption that relate to specific features of intermolecular interaction in condensed
matter. The effect is used in holography, integrated, fiber and polarization optics, in systems for information recording, storage, processing and displaying
Nanomesh aluminum films for LC alignment : theoretical and experimental modeling
A porous system for LC alignment is reviewed. Fabrication of nanomesh aluminum films and their porous structure are described. Methods of the nanomesh parameters for optimal LC alignment are discussed. A model of the LC alignment in a porous system is proposed. The LC orientation type is determined by the free anchoring energy and the micropore diameter. The difference between planar and homeotropic anchoring energies appears to be lower than the interaction energy by two orders of magnitude
Some New Reactions and Properties of Xanthane Hydride (5-Amino-1,2,4-dithiazole-3-thione)
Aminomethylation of xanthane hydride (5-amino-1,2,4-dithiazole-3-thione) with the RNH2–HCHO system has resulted in the formation of the derivatives of new heterocyclic system (3,7-dihydro-5H-[1,2,4]-dithiazolo[4,3-a][1,3,5]triazine) in low yields. The reaction of xanthane hydride with dicyandiamide has led to thioammeline [4,6-diamino-1,3,5-triazine-2(5Н)-thione]. Some practically important properties of xanthane hydride and its derivatives have been investigated. Xanthane hydride has efficiently exhibited carbon steel corrosion in neutral aqueous media. The prepared compounds have not exhibited growth-regulating or antidote activity to herbicide 2,4-D
Molecular Genetic Analysis of the Complete Genome of Tick-Borne Encephalitis Virus (Siberia Subtype): Modern Kolarovo-2008 Isolate
Determined is the complete genome sequence of Kolarovo-2008 strain (Siberia subtype) of Tick-borne encephalitis virus (TBEV), isolated from a tick in the suburbs of the Tomsk city. Nucleotide sequence analysis testifies of the fact that the level of genetic differences within the Siberian subtype of TBEV amounts to 10 % of the nucleotide sequence and to 7 % of amino-acid sequence for certain virus genes. 3'-HTO of the genome of Siberian subtype has the highest rate of variability and the homology level ranging from 65 to 97 %. Kolarovo-2008 and Vasilchenko (isolated in Novosibirsk in 1969) strains have the highest level of genome homology. The level of dissimilarity between the two Tomsk strains is substantially higher: the total number of amino-acid substitutions in Tomsk Zausaev and Kolarovo-2008 strains equals to 124, and 3'HTO level of homology is 79 %. Identified genetic variability of the Siberian subtype of TBEV is of a great importance for further development and enhancement of tick-borne encephalitis virus diagnostics
