75 páginasLa investigación diseño de un currículo coherente y pertinente para atender a la población Wayuu escolarizada en la institución etnoeducativa Nuestra Señora de Fátima, nace de la necesidad de no contar con un currículo que desarrolle la etnoeducación y la educación propia. El punto de partida: analizar el currículo existente para considerar su coherencia y pertinencia, acordar elementos mínimos que se deben considerar para diseñar el currículo que desarrolle la etnoeducación y la educación de lo propio, definir el currículo pertinente y coherente para atender la población Wayuu escolarizada en la Institución Etnoeducativa Nuestra Señora de Fátima. La investigación cualitativa y el diseño investigación acción permitió la participación de la comunidad educativa para llegar al propósito general de la investigación. Se utilizaron dos instrumentos; el análisis documental y el grupo focal, estos elementos hicieron posible analizar documentos importantes y las percepciones de los participantes en el reconocimiento del problema y hacer propuestas para la transformación de la realidad. La investigación contiene siete capítulos, a continuación de la introducción, luego la formulación del problema, marco institucional, marco teórico, estado del arte, metodología, análisis y discusión de la información y las conclusiones que muestran el paso a paso para llegar al objetivo general. Las principales conclusiones respecto de los objetivos específicos están referidas al diseño de un currículo pertinente y coherente, en línea la Ley 115 de 1994 y el Decreto 804 de 1995, este último porque apropia el bilingüismo para valorar la lengua materna, preservar la cultura y desarrollar valores propios del ser Wayuu frente a los valores de la convivencia nacional centrado en la interculturalidad.The research design of a coherent and pertinent curriculum to serve the Wayuu population enrolled in the ethno-educational institution Nuestra Señora de Fátima, arises from the need not to have a curriculum that develops ethno-education and self-education. The starting point is to analyze the existing curriculum to consider its coherence and relevance. Agree on minimum elements that must be considered to design the curriculum that develops ethno-education and education of one's own. Define the relevant and coherent curriculum to serve the Wayuu population enrolled in the Ethnoeducational Institution Nuestra Señora de Fátima. The qualitative research and the action research design allowed the participation of the educational community to reach the general purpose of the research. Two instruments were used; The documentary analysis and the focus group made it possible to analyze important documents and the perceptions of the participants in the recognition of the problem and make proposals for the transformation of reality. The research contains six chapters that begin with the introduction, formulation of the problem, institutional framework, theoretical framework, state of the art, methodology, analysis and discussion of the information and the conclusions that show the step by step to reach the general objective of the same. The main conclusions regarding the specific objectives is the design of a relevant and coherent curriculum, in line with Law 115 of 1994 and Decree 804 of 1995, which appropriates bilingualism to value the mother tongue, preserve culture, develop values of the Being a Wayuu in the face of the values of national coexistence centered on interculturality.Maestría en Dirección y Gestión de Instituciones EducativasMagíster en Dirección y Gestión de Instituciones Educativa
