de estudio se obtienen al aplicar el T2 a los 7 días post corte en la primera réplica;
In the province of Pichincha Canton Quito, Gualea parish, at the “My Little Eden,”
was the assessment of three organic fertilizers: humus 6 tonnes /ha (T2), bocashi
6 t/ha (T3) and vermicompost 6 tn/ha (T4), applied at two times post cut (0 to 7
days) in the production of maralfalfa (Pennisetum sp), developed in a preestablished culture, experimental units were 32,5x4 meters each, using 3
treatments T1 control (without fertilization) with 4 replicates, and having a total
useful area 640 m2
. The distribution of treatments was done by a complete block
design Azarbifactorial. The results report that the best yields in the study variables
are obtained by applying the second replica 6 th/ha humus (T2) at 7 days after
cutting, there is 58.88% basal cover, aerial cover 100% plant height of 3.33
meters, number of stems / plant 124.5, 823.65 green matter production tons / ha /
year dry matter production of 123.23 tons / ha / year. In compositional analysis the
best protein content (10.47%) was obtained by fertilizing with the control treatment
(T1). The economic analysis indicates that the best cost benefit was recorded in
T2 at 7 days post corte con 3.60. it is recommended to fertilize with 6 tons / ha of
humus (T2), as it reorted the highest rates of production
