The results of the study revealed that the mismatch intensity rain rate of water absorption into the soil formation of a surface relief and soil erosion, uneven and zakiraliyev soaking imperfection open irrigation system at a superficial irrigation, the need for different irrigation methods in the growing and not growing periods, low coefficient land utilization, high cost of irrigation and other features are, to a certain extent in conflict with the requirements of watering cultivated with techniques for / of crops in an area at the deep groundwater

Modification of cytogenetic and physiological effects of space flight factors by biologically active compounds

    Get PDF
Physiological and cytogenetic changes in the Welsh onion plants induced by a short (82 days) and long term (522 days) space flight are expressed in decrease of seed germination, inhibition of stem growth, depression of cell division in root meristem, and increase in the number of structural chromosome rearrangements. The treatment of such plants with solutions of a-tocopherol, auxin, and kinetin decreased the level of chromosome aberrations to the control one and normalized cell divisions and growth partly or completely

CONSERVATIVE FLUIDS AND LUBRICANTS BASED ON TURBINE OIL, NITRO, AMIDO AND PARAFFIN WAX

    Get PDF
To create conservation fluids and lubricants based on the oil acids and polyethylene polyamine (PEPA) synthesized amidoamines, and based on α-olefins (C12, C14 and C16-C18) and the nitric acids-nitro compounds. Using of amido, nitro and solid n-paraffins in the turbine oil T-30 (Standard 32-74) formulated lubricants and conservation fluid which are tested under different conditions. It is shown that in comparison with the preservative fluid, the preservative lubrication more effective

Sequential Colocalization of ERa, PR, and AR Hormone Receptors Using Confocal Microscopy Enables New Insights into Normal Breast and Prostate Tissue and Cancers

Multiplex immunohistochemistry (mIHC) use markers staining different cell populations applying widefield optical microscopy. Resolution is low not resolving subcellular co-localization. We sought to colocalize markers at subcellular level with antibodies validated for clinical diagnosis, including the single secondary antibody (combination of anti-rabbit/mouse-antibodies) used for diagnostic IHC with any primary antibody, and confocal microscopy. We explore colocalization in the nucleus (ColNu) of nuclear hormone receptors (ERa, PR, and AR) along with the baseline marker p63 in paired samples of breast and prostate tissues. We established ColNu mIHCF as a reliable technique easily implemented in a hospital setting. In ERa+ breast cancer, we identified different colocalization patterns (nuclear or cytoplasmatic) with PR and AR on the luminal epithelium. A triple-negative breast-cancer case expressed membrane-only ERa. A PR-only case was double positive PR/p63. In normal prostate, we identified an ERa+/p63+/AR-negative distinct population. All prostate cancer cases characteristically expressed ERa on the apical membrane of the AR+ epithelium. We confirmed this using ERa IHC and needle-core biopsies. ColNu mIHCF is feasible and already revealed a new marker for prostate cancer and identified sub-patterns in breast cancer. It could be useful for pathology as well as for functional studies in normal prostate and breast tissues

Study of Crystal Characterization and Chemical Interaction in the Ternary System Ho-Sb-Te

    Get PDF
Complex methods of physical and chemical analysis: differential thermal analysis (DTA), X-ray phase analysis (XRD), microstructural analysis (MSA), as well as density and microhardness measurements, were used to study the nature of chemical interaction in the Ho-Sb-Te ternary system over the entire concentration range along the following sections:1. Sb2Te3-Ho2Te3, 2. Sb2Te3-HoTe, 3. HoTe-Sb, 4. HoSb-HoTe, 5. Sb2Te3-Ho, 6. HoSb-Te. The projection of the liquidus surface of the ternary system and the diagrams of the state of internal sections were constructed according to experimental data and literature data on binary systems: Sb-Te, Sb-Ho, Ho-Te. It is established that sections (1), (2), (3), (4) are quasi-binary, and (5), (6) are non-quasi-binary sections of the ternary system. The incongruently melting compound HoSbTe3 is formed in the Sb2Te3-Ho2Te3 system and the area of solid solutions based on Sb2Te3 ~ 3‑5 mol% at 300K was found

In the article are given an analysis of the results of researches carried out for the purpose of selective treatment of the Naphthalane oil fraction boiling at 260-3400C with ionic liquid (IL) -morfolinphormiate synthesized on the basis formic acid + morpholine and - N-methyl-2-pyrrolidon (N-MP) and  as an extractant. The aim is to remove poisonous components -  sulfur compounds and toxic carcinogenic polynuclear aromatic hydrocarbons in order to improve therapeutic properties of Naphthalane oil cut. For this purpose we have used extraction method. On the basis of the conducted researches the role of -N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone and IL-morpholinephormiatee in extraction conditions have been determined in selective treatment of Nafthalan oil, according to the results of spectral analysis residual amount of aromatic hydrocarbons decreased from 18.5% wt accordance to 2%, 1.5%. As well as the amount of sulphur decreased from 0.0354% to 0.010%,  0.011% and 0.019%.In the next stage the treated raffinates with N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone has been purified on silica. In a result amount of aromatic hydrocarbons drastically decrease to be 0.07% and 0.02%. As a result we aquire transparency and at the same time the percentage amount of aromatic hydrocarbons drastically decreased from 2% to 0,07%, 1.5%, to 0.02%. Raffinates obtained in a 2-4 stage dearomatization with N-MP and IL. Raffinate are measured on NMR, UV and IR spectral analysis

Investigation of thermal properties of gadolinium doped carbon nanotubes

    Get PDF
Thermal properties characterizations for 10% and 15% Gd doped multi wall carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) were investigated. TGA/DSC and TEM techniques were used for characterization. The features of mass loss characteristics for synthesized nanocomposite carbon nanomaterials were investigated. The specific heat capacities of the samples at a constant pressure increased as the temperature increased

The article presents the results of implementation of the electronic logbook for visits accounting and students’ progress on the Human Anatomy Department of theVinnytsiaNationalMedicalUniversityby M. I. Pyrohov at the Medical and Dentistry Faculty. Observation were held within 2015–2016 academic years. For this time we have managed to mark the list of advantages of the electronic logbook over traditional one. The electronic logbook gives very fast access to progress results for the student, the lecturer and the Head of Department. It is also helps to inform the deanery about the students’ marks and to demonstrate students with academic debt.
