    The use of UAVs in agriculture represents a new market ready for explosive domestic growth, and could even be a game changer. Like the PC industry, many military funded technologies have been combined in products that are now just sold as a niche novelty for hobbyists. The agricultural UAV industry is near the point where the market can shift from this hobbyist, smallscale into an agricultural necessity, much like the PC industry shifted when IBM and its PC came onto the scene. Many small companies (and divisions of larger ones) are working on the use of drones in agriculture, but face unique regulatory challenges. This paper explores this budding agricultural UAV market, compares existing agricultural solutions, examines the technologies behind this new market, the regulations constraining this technology, and includes an evaluation of the field’s economic and technological likely future

    The Sombo participants in the United States have only had regional tournaments to exhibit their skills and determine the most competent players. A majority, of the Sombo teachers and training facilities are located, in the most populated areas of the country, the Northeast and Southwest. Therefore, there is a verifiable need to provide a National Championship. Due to the cost and complexity to plan and provide a suitable venue the Central City Organizing Committee proposes to make the National Championship a semi-annual event. Organizing and successfully executing a National Championship sporting event, for the National Governing Body of the Sombo Sport Organization, is a multi-year task and requires careful coordination and collaboration with the Governing Body and local organizing committee. The objective of this project is to present and obtain the National Championship Sporting Event from the Sombo Sport Governing Body, concluding in the successful execution of the premier sporting event for the sport of Sombo. This project proposal will cover scope, budget, schedule, risk analysis, monitor and control methods, audit plans, communication plan and termination plan. As well as relevant project management tools, to successfully plan/execute the project that will include required deliverables to achieve the objective of the project
