A note on conscientIous objection by health care professionals
La objeci贸n de conciencia sanitaria cobra carta de naturaleza en los a帽os setenta coincidiendo con la introducci贸n de las legislaciones legalizadoras del aborto. Posteriormente se extiende a otros 谩mbitos de ejercicio de los profesionales sanitarios. Su regulaci贸n id贸nea sigue siendo cuesti贸n sumamente discutida. En Espa帽a la regulaci贸n es m铆nima, incompleta y no siempre coherente. La jurisprudencia constitucional tampoco ha contribuido a aclarar la situaci贸n. Las posiciones doctrinales que abogan por una regulaci贸n fluida basada en la acomodaci贸n, podr铆an no resultar las m谩s beneficiosas para los usuarios del sistema de salud.Conscientious objection in health care comes to a nature in the seventies coinciding with new legislation legalizing abortion.
