This paper focuses more on Automation of Drainage waste removal equipment. There is a problem of blockage of drainage, to overcome this problem automation of the system is necessary. Our concept is to use this in an efficient way to removal of solid wastages from the water. The system only requires water flow to operate the turbine. Cleaning has become a basic need for all human beings and it is unavoidable in daily routine process. It is necessary to keep our environment clean because we get fresh air from our society and near around surrounding. In our project machine is designed in a such way that which will operate on mechanical energy and there no any use of electrical or any other energy sources. The motion is transmitted to scrubber from the wheels of the machine through the simple gear train. The dust or garbage is collected in compartment which is easy to remove from machine. It is the better alternative for conventional machine

Exo-Skeleton Arm Using Pneumatic Cylinder

Exoskeleton is type of device which can be worn over the human body. It is a device which can be powered by motors, pneumatics, levers, hydraulics, etc., to amplify the force of the operator and provide more strength. It is used to increase the load lifting capacity of human beings. It can be used for arm, knee, fingers, etc., according to the application required. Past exoskeletons for arm are bulky and expensive. So, we designed the exoskeleton arm which is light weight and has low cost. It consists of parts like aluminium (frame material), pneumatic cylinder (double acting), Directional Control Valve and compressor power supply. The necessary strength and motion of the exoskeleton arm is provided by pneumatic cylinder. The main aim of this project is to help the industrial workers in carrying heavy loads. This exoskeleton can be used for rehabilitation purpose. Also it can be used by physically weak people for their daily work
